21 Room9 Was absolutly a perfect Holiday. The Hotel is perfect and every day you feel like home. They clean the room's perfect. But the best was the 3 lady's and 1 guy at the pool. Georgia, Sofia, Despoina, Manolis

Quiet atmosphere with the feeling of mindfulness. Lovely and attentive staff with a special touch. Very good service in every way. Good location with a short walk to the town which has nice restaurants

We had lovely time we love the architecture the design of the room 25. we just would like to mention that there is no space to hang out clothes. and a more comfortable chair will be nice

The food all prepared fresh and made with love you really can taste the perfection placed into ever dish. The staff friendly helpful always a smile

The hotel accepts children but there's no children's activities or small pool. However a small sandy beach is only a 5 minute walk away with very clear, shallow water

The hotel offers daily adult activities like darts, stretch & tone, aquarobics and there is a gym. The spa offers a free 15 mins massage to all guests (which was lovely). The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable

Small but pleasant pebble beach in front good for snorkeling, €7 for umbrella & sunloungers. Parking is free in the vicinity but spaces limited. I wouldn't stay here again but it is "acceptable"

This is a great hotel situated right on the seafront across the road from the promenade and rocky seashore. The initial appearance is deceiving as the main part of the hotel is 4 floors up and set back from the road

The room has been refurbished, with a tiled floor (some still have the old carpet), new wardrobe and a coat of paint. The Aircon keeps the room just cool enough and is not too noisy

Breakfast was a good selection but busy, coffee poor. The pool and terrace area isn't as big as the photo suggest. Limited number of sunloungers quickly "reserved" with towels

Well located not far from the marina and the city center, this hotel seems to be surviving. The rooms are clean and the bedding is comfortable. In the bathroom, a tiny bathtub doubles as a shower

The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance to the city of Agios Nikolaos and a number of beaches. It is situated in a quiet location but also very central

There is a municipal parking 1 min from the hotel with reasonable prices. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast with very big variety and good quality of products

A real scandal, impossible to take a shower, the shower head is in the bathtub and the bathtub is very small. 53m tall and weigh 65kg, impossible to turn around without flooding everything

Family-run hotel, 5/10 minutes walk from the center with a supermarket nearby. The lady is very kind and helpful. Only problem is that it's on a roundabout so it's a bit noisy

But if you get a double exposure room there's a fabulous current. Very nice place near supermarket and city center. The only problem is a bit noisy because of the traffic

Amazing views from the room! Probably the best views in Eastern Crete. It's a 5-star boutique hotel. Looks brand new, located at the Agios Nikolaos port

Don't expect too much for that price. Its 10 steps to the beach and restaurants. They have an elevator to the floors but in entrance you have to take like 10 stairs without help. Would recommend for that price

Pleasant, quiet and inexpensive hotel. Good restaurant, cafe and beach within 2 mins walk. Be aware that there are several steps up to the main entrance from the pavement.

Hotel ok but nothing more. Convenient location for going out at night, but difficult to park next door. Breakfast with industrial foods, it's a shame. Shower room very small.

Wonderful stay! Not far from the city center, the pools are nice and the staffs are friendly. Breakfast was so good and they even have live musician playing for dinner

Lovely property with lovely stuff and wonderful facilities. The half board may be worth skipping as €100 goes a long way at the town centre just down the street.

I’m not your normal busybody who leaves reviews for anything I am however exceptionally fussy and this by far is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in having visited many hundreds of hotels over the last 40 years the room the staff the food everything was superb and the location is fantastic

Amazing, would definitely recommend to others! Bus station is just ten minutes away from the hotel. Very easy to get here from Agios Nikolaos station. Loved every single second of my stay!

There is a caveat, the fat people and parents with kids will not be easy, as the hotel is on a hill, you need to overcome the steps on the outside of the hotel and in between the floors as the Elevator does not work regularly

Just came back from This beautiful place with my friend. Hotel Immaculate very peaceful. Breakfast good with plenty selection. Staff Monica and Nicki very friendly and helpful. Beds super comfortable. Highly recommend

Had a 2 night stay in the Deluxe Double Room with seaview and minipool. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. Large balcony area which had sun loungers, table and chairs plus the minipool

Overlooking sports running track and the sea. Wish there was instructions how to use the minipool. Our fault we could have asked. We found a sandy beach close by too. Visit Jollies bar a few doors along

The room was beautifully appointed. The shower creme and shampoo were baby powder scented ! So lovely. We had a very nice continental breakfast for a very reasonable €7 ! Hotel is perfectly situated

Had a great time staying here, hotel room and hotel is clean employees are very friendly. The hotel is very close to the beach and the center of agios nikolaos everything on walking distance

All the rooms have air conditioning and almost all have a great view of the sea, very nice!

The room was very clean, spacious with a huge balcony where we enjoyed the vies, had drinks and also it has a clothe line to dry our beach things! The only thing is that the kitchen did not had AC but a sofa to accomodate a third person, I am not sure how somone would sleep there because it was very hot

Beside this, the kitchen has a good size. There is no parking at the hotel but you can use the free parking at the port

I did use earplugs as don't do great with road noise, but they also drown out my husbands snoring! On arrival we were greeted by Damose who carried our cases up the steps, gave us some lemonade and a map, also recommending some restaurants and beaches

It is a fairly basic hotel in that it has no restaurant and the rooms are also quite basic, but the staff were lovely and we wanted for nothing

When I became ill on our last full day he was so helpful in sorting out a taxi to the hospital, and when my wife came back to collect a couple of things I needed he gave her a lift back so she wouldn’t have to walk in the heat or wait for another taxi

Had the best night sleep away from my husband and kids in the honeymoon suite! Local food recommendations were great and the location is perfect for walking around to everything in the area

Great hotel! If you're not too pretentious, the value is exceptional. The hosts are friendly and the cleaning standards are high (daily cleaning). This was very important for us (especially during this times)

Great place to stay when visiting the East of the Island. The vistas here are breathtaking, wheather it's the moon rising over the golden mountains or the multitude of corals to explore

We stayed once in a simple room and once in a studio. The studio is great for a longer stay. Feels like an apartment with lots of storage, desks, table, big kitchen. Clean and close to the city centre, just a walk away

This hotel must have done some recent upgrades as room 401 had a fridge, stove sink, big shower, new floors, comfortable bed, no issues with cold/hot water, large patio and even a washing machine for clothes

All of this and it was the most affordable price in the area I 100% would recommend staying at this hotel! The owner was also lovely and helpful

Very old and dirty building old furniture and the kitchen appliances very cheap air conditioning very good and the bathroom was new and clean no view especially the rooms at the back is OK for 1 or 2 nights and the location is not bad

Behind the harbor in a small street. Very cool with friendly and assisting staff. If you get a room in the upper floors you get a nice view of the city, the surroundings including some breathtaking sunsets

Only one minute to the sea; I would have liked to see some English news on the tv though the Wi-Fi signal proved to be excellent!

There is a nice view from the roof garden and a private parking lot outside the hotel which is quite cheap
