The mirabello beach hotel and village is one of the best hotel I ever went to. The location is unique in its own way, and the staff treats your as their own family which make you feel like home

Let’s start of with the room, we stayed in one of the villas in the resort, situated on the end of the cove away from the restaurants and main reception area, which I rather enjoyed as we were away from the hustle and bustle of the bars and night entertainment

The resort has a brilliant kids club which my son loved going to. The food at breakfast and dinner was 5 star such a great variety and all to a very high standard. The early dining system for children was brilliant

Daios cove, or as I may say a cove of dreams. My family and I stayed here during the end of July to early August and this resort is absolutely exceptional

The room service was on another level, this is by far the best room service I have ever had in a hotel, there is a vast menu with a wide range of different food and desserts, from ramen to rice there is anything you could ever wish for

The views of the cove are absolutely phenomenal and the sea is pristine and clear. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, in Greece

Next the pool, the pool itself is beautiful and cold (in a good way) however there is a huge issue with getting sunbeds by the pool

Not a good selection at all, very small offering. I survived on greek salad and grilled fish. Baklava excellent! Lots of weird rules around the All Inc

Gym - some equipment older but new stuff was being delivered whilst we were there. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice

The food and service are good. The massage, on the other hand, was very disappointing. Instead of a deep-tissue sports massage, we were only lightly stroked, despite repeated requests to apply more pressure

We spent 7 nights at this lovely hotel. Our room was basic very clean. The shower was an issue the shower screen was on the wrong side so when the shower was in use the floor was soaking wet

Fantastic seaview room - we were upgraded free and I'm glad as our room was really spacious. Exceptionally clean everywhere. Pool areas lovely and we always found a bed

The staff at the hotel was very kind and I want to mention especially Marina from the guest relations team, as she helped to organise a wedding proposal in the best spot of the hotel with views to the Mirabello bay! I loved our room and our shared pool, however our room was left to the reception area and the pool bar- some nights music was extremely loud and guest were extremely loud (if I wanted party vacation I would go to Mallorca/Ibiza) A door that keeps some noise away from that corridor would be good

The size of the hotel is perfect, not so many people and you feel that you have your space. It is an adult only hotel and very calm. The food (breakfast and dinner) is very nice (buffet)

The renovated rooms are fabulous (be sure to book a renovated one, because the old ones are not nice. I was told that they will renovate all rooms in the future)

I wouldn't call this a budget hotel. Me and my other half loved it, we plan to go back soon. Great atmosphere funky entertainment and good distance to the markets and whatnot near the port

The hotel is dated but public areas are in good order. It was bought in June by a property investment company and no doubt will have a makeover, as it's neighbouring sister hotel is right now

Small but pleasant pebble beach in front good for snorkeling, €7 for umbrella & sunloungers. Parking is free in the vicinity but spaces limited. I wouldn't stay here again but it is "acceptable"

Breakfast was a good selection but busy, coffee poor. The pool and terrace area isn't as big as the photo suggest. Limited number of sunloungers quickly "reserved" with towels

The hotel offers daily adult activities like darts, stretch & tone, aquarobics and there is a gym. The spa offers a free 15 mins massage to all guests (which was lovely). The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable

Hotel reception also recommended good day trips to local olive groves, spinalonga day trips and to the town of Kritsa to explore…all well worth doing

Fish were everywhere! The team was so helpful in planning catamaran trips as well as local excursions. And the resort food was so delicious. We are already missing that breakfast buffet! We cannot wait to return!

We especially enjoyed the sheltered cove for swimming and snorkelling. Children spent all of their time in the sea, rather than the pools as felt so safe in the sea. Loved the jetty bar for an after dinner drink

Well located not far from the marina and the city center, this hotel seems to be surviving. The rooms are clean and the bedding is comfortable. In the bathroom, a tiny bathtub doubles as a shower

The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance to the city of Agios Nikolaos and a number of beaches. It is situated in a quiet location but also very central

There is a municipal parking 1 min from the hotel with reasonable prices. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast with very big variety and good quality of products

A real scandal, impossible to take a shower, the shower head is in the bathtub and the bathtub is very small. 53m tall and weigh 65kg, impossible to turn around without flooding everything

Really helpful service, great food all week, nice drinks, including cocktails, and the two a la carte restaurants were incredible - by any comparison they were brilliant, and easily the best you'll ever find at an all-inclusive resort

First off it's not 5stars it's a 4 star hotel go with this in mind and you'll be fine. Food in the Italian restaurant was great. Food in the buffet restaurant was excellent even for a fussy eater always some thing to eat

12 euro taxi each way to the town or the bus 10 past the hour outside the hotel 2 euros each way. Hotel perfect where it is no noise at night

Don't plan to stay by the pool as you have to get up by 6 am to put your towel out 😱. Went to the beach every day which is excellent on the left hand side

Has its own beach, spa and multiple pools. Room was really big with an amazing view. People are super friendly, very good service. Buffet was really yummy and many options. Overall really good, definitely recommend

All went very smooth from the beginning to the last minute. Very good variety of food and drinks. Sea view family room with amazing views. There are no queues for the drinks and food even hotel is fully booked

To there's also fresh bread and rolls to choose from and a vast array of dried fruit and even cakes and doughnuts. This is an adult only hotel so if you are looking for a romantic break this place is definitely for you

Essence is in the negative aspects that can be improved. Gotta say that the whole staff was EXCELLENT AND VERY KIND AND HELPFUL and the breakfast was very good

The host "George" is a legend, nothing was to much and he was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about things to do and always happy to help

I think they should reprogram them right away because it woke me up at 2, 5 and 8 AM The staff is perfect. Super friendly they gonna help you with anything you need. It's easy to park and the whole place is beautiful

All in all this is a really excellent laid back family hotel, particularly for families with younger kids who prefer a quieter more relaxed vibe (entertainment was nicely low key for us)

if you want a peaceful pint then it's perfect, the poolbar is open late so it's lovely sitting looking out to sea with a nightime drink listening to the waves, vicky and doxa at the bars are amazing cheerful and friendly and make your time there enjoyable, they are lovely ladies and I have never met nicer people, the beach is so beautiful and so easy getting in the sea for a swim as they have taken...

There was a different vibe in June than August as it was not the usual school holidays so the hotel was mainly occupied by families with pre school children this meant our children didn’t meet many children their own age

The food at the taverna was great, the octopus, calamari and suflaki were our favourites along with the Greek salad and homemade bread. The wine menu was very good (we would recommend the nautilus rose)

We had a ground floor apartment this time and my advice would be if you have older children and you get to sleep in a little later opt for a upstairs apartment as we had not lots of little stomping feet above us any time from 6am and a lot of time, crying in the night

Warning though: make sure you secure a room in the lower levels if you are disabled or have difficulties walking uphill or using stairs as it can be pretty steep ! If you are in good physical condition take the highest levels, definitely worth the daily effort and you will leave the lower ones for those who actually need them!

Perhaps being a French holiday hub, this hotel focus on French culinary standards. The holiday goers here are mostly French, very happy and awesome bunch that are friendly, smiling and enjoying the food, sun and wine

Hello!! rested at the Cretan villige Beach hotel 4`stars from october 2-8. Thia is my best holiday this year. The territory of the hotel is beautiful. The view of the sea is amazing

It was my first time visiting Greece and I was definitely not disappointed. The environment is large and maintained. The food did not disappoint either. There are several pools, not one or two bars

There is a caveat, the fat people and parents with kids will not be easy, as the hotel is on a hill, you need to overcome the steps on the outside of the hotel and in between the floors as the Elevator does not work regularly

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always making sure we felt comfortable. The beach is very close, just a short walk away, which made everything even more relaxing
