We stayed here very recently. The hotel is perfectly situated. Across the road from a beach & beach bars. A very short walk to the lake. Close to the harbour & the marina. The hotel is well kept & clean. The owner Popi goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect for you. Nothing is too much trouble

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo.We stayed for 2 weeks and we have nothing to complain about, - nothing at all! The manager, Popi, is extremely service minded and helpful and full of information regarding Crete and Ag. Nikolaos. We highly reccomend this small and cozy hotel!

Fabulous apartments, all amenities, fabulous beach opposite, easy parking on the roads or port.

Kept promises We had high expectations having seen the previous reviews. We must say the Palazzo met them. Just willing to find some minor critics we can mention the bed: comfortable but closed along three sides so that one has to climb over the other to exit

Big rooms, great view! You get everything you need for your stay, very comfortable beds, great cleaning service, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. On top of everything Popi is a great host and very welcoming. Definitely recommended.

Gorgeous, calm & quiet location overlooking a beautiful river, mountains, beach and sea - feels like you are surrounded by nature but in a few minutes you can drive to the main town Agios Nikolaos for great restaurants & night life & shopping. Amazing stay all around but would call out the staff is fantastic lead by Dimitris, the daily breakfast in room, the comfort and cleanliness, the location, everything was perfection - stay here if you can.

We stayed in the Junior Suite for four nights and loved it. The room is comfortable, spacious, and tastefully decorated - and the team at the Sand Suites keep it spotlessly clean. The pool and terrace area is generous for two people - plenty of space to relax and a lovely place to eat breakfast (breakfast is different every day and more than enough to keep you going until lunch or later). Very nice location, the town here is so quaint & lovely. The room was great, bed comfortable and I was in love with the plunge pool. Short walk to the beach & the restaurant next door was great. The breakfasts delivered to your room were so good & presentation was the cutest. Parking on-site which was great.

This place is just perfect to enjoy a holiday! It is in a very nice area of Crete with the town Agios Nikolaos in walking distance (30 minutes). Right in front of the hotel is the beautiful beach Almyros with a small river. We spent two weeks in this paradise on earth. Our room and the huge terrace provided real luxury comfort. The staff (Liana and Manos) are very kind and professional, any request we made was fulfilled immediately. Very nice complex with a large pool and loungers. The equally beautiful beach is a 5-minute walk away. Parking is available directly at the house. The apartment is modernly furnished and very nice, although the space is a bit limited in the bedrooms and on the terrace. The kitchenette is large, although the kitchen utensils could have been more comprehensive to allow for proper cooking.

Excellent location Great room with lovely view overlooking the sea, met the owner fortini who was very friendly and pleasant , room was well equipped with everything you could need , our flight home was late at night and we asked could we keep the room on at a extra cost, but fortini explained that the room was already booked for new arrivals , but found us another room , we asked how much and how...

Fabulous in every way. If i could give more stars zI would. The apartment was very comfortable, beautifully appointed with a stunning view from the huge balcomy & the kitchen well equipped. Added to was the bonus of the delightful Fotini who welcomed us warmly and offered helpful advice & recommendations. We have a fabulous few days there & I would happily recommend Bellevue Suites to my family ...

Our stay was great, I wish the towels were a little thicker and change every day, also we could have had more coffee bullets for expresso machine.

Great location, lovely well decorated rooms, but the best thing here is the thoughtful owner who gives great recommendations
