Elena who workes in the reception accomined us to our room and WHAT a beautiful room on the upper level in the newly renovated section of the hotel, see pictures

Owner/General Maganger Dimitris came to greet us and welcomed us home, we feel like family. We stayed in two rooms during our 2 weeks stay beyond our control

Our hotel has closed for the winter and we have already started planning many things for the new summer 2018 season! Stay tuned, we will keep posting twice a week.

It's been two years since we visited our favorite hotel Oscar Suites & Village in Agia Marina Crete, now our 3rd trip

Obviously a quieter time in the season in September but we loved being able to walk in and get a table, get a bed around the pool pretty much anytime

The area is chilled, if you are after late night sessions this isn’t likely the area of Crete for you but for us, perfect We would definitely go back for a chilled week of relaxation Thanks to you all (even you Jimmy (Dmitry) despite you trying to ply us with Metaxa) We really enjoyed our stay

Dimitra & Evdokia Hotel

The gardens were lovely and well maintained. One of the 2 pools was out of action but never had a problem getting a bed and top pool was nice. Great location just off Agia Marina main road nearer to the Platanius end

The bathroom was small and toilet next to shower but what we have come to expect from this level of accommodation. Cleaner came in everyday other than Sunday and towels and sheets changed every other day

Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops and only a few minutes down to the nearest beach bar. Would recommend taking a hairdryer as although one in the room next to the mirror doesn't stretch very far

Also many of the sunbeds are on grass which I wasn't too keen on because I get bitten badly and as the accommodation is set in gardens be prepared with repellant etc

Spacious studio with balcony with everything needed for basic self catering with fridge and toaster and 2 ring hob

Just returned from 2 weeks with a friend. We always book 2 or 2 plus star accommodation so know what to expect

Despina Apartments

Would have been nice to apologize immidiately and offer some extra as a kind gesture. The shower head’s upper holder was broken in our room but we weren’t bothered about it after not having toilet paper the first night

Hotel is by the ocean so sunbeds and shades for free, pool area was tiny but cozy, clean and enough with good service and food with drinks. We are coming back next summer!

The restaurants head waiter is very kind and polite. As we arrived midnight after 15h travel, we did not have any toilet paper until next day

Hope they wont try to charge it from us, we’ll see. Room was very clean and tidy, every day new sheets and towels (except sunday)

Would’ve been nice to have a chance for a firmer and thinner pillow. The pillows in the closet were the same as the ones in bed.

The staff were incredible. So nice!!! The room was older and needs an update. AC worked great. Perfect location. We walked to everything. Went scuba diving near the apartment. Had a great couple of days here.

The home cooked meals, gathering area, balconies, and pool are all things we look forward to each year. This family run business provides a homelike atmosphere and top notch service

We (two adults and a child, 9) had a wonderful stay at Elma's Dream. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the beach, quality restaurants and bus stops

Ten years ago this quickly became our annual holiday destination. The location is perfect to visit local attractions or simply walk to the beach and relax

The sea was close and when the sea is rough it's a lot of fun. Hercules is very cute and wants lots of cuddles. Rocky it’s also so cute but he is a little diffident

Everything you would need is nearby, yet you are away from the noise. Regardless of room type, they are a terrific value. We have stayed in a variety of rooms and each one has been spacious, clean, and comfortable

I highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to the beach in the Chania area. The staff were super welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Sweet ladies in the reception, the breakfast was delicious, new things every day. All in all a very good stay, they get our biggest recommendation!

The are so many options to take any activity or tour from this hotel, in good prices. Excellent room cleanliness, beautiful view from our room and very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was also really good

The rooms are large with all amenities and very comfortable beds. Everyone who works there was great and you could see they take an active interest in ensuring their guests have everything they need and enjoy their stay

Great stay at Forum Suites! Our family of 9 enjoyed our stay at Forum Suites this summer! The property is well maintained with a lot of privacy between all the rooms

Beach across the street, another a short walk up the hill. 45 minutes to Kissamos, do a private charter to Balos. Friendly staff at breakfast and dinner

The staff is very friendly and always helped me with my requests. The hotel is near a wonderful beach and a bus stop right in front going to Chania

The only opportunity for improvement is the breakfast buffet - although it very fresh - it could use a few more options from day to day. I would certainly recommend this place and we would love to come back!

This place is very quiet, clean, nice rooms, and has a very good bed, and a very nice garden. Located not far from the beach and from the center of Platanias. Lenita and me strongly recommend stamataki's studio

The Studio 4 is the right size, clean, has enough natural light, it's pretty and with a lovely terrace with sea view, comfortable bed

The maid service was excellent and the property was a short walk from the main drag of Platanias, with several excellent restaurants nearby

Whilst I do acknowledge we should have researched this more , all of the research I did do let me to this resort

Anyway it was not the fault of the hotel but I also think that maybe it should be made clear when they accept the booking that the resort does not really open up until May/June? It would have helped us

As we couldn’t possibly entertain ourselves and 2 kids for the week, we ended up moving to Chania the next day so had to pay for another place to stay for the week

We let the manager know why and he was very nice and offered help if we needed it - not sure what that could be - maybe be could’ve given us a lift to Chania

The local taxi driver , who was friendly and really helpful, said we had picked the best place for us, but just at the wrong time of year

The room was nice, very basic but for the price nice and clean and the manager was really friendly

Amazing place all staff friendly and went above and beyond for us can't wait to come back in May 2024! My son is Autistic and this place was relaxing and quiet for my son nice subtly music on near the bar and pool, plenty of room for him to run up and down, can not fault the place

The apartments are spotless and there is plenty of room inside, good cooking facilities and a choice of beds !! The house keeping team are very respectful and professional, I don't know why I haven’t stayed here before

Friendly staff, car parking for free and close to restaurants and bars but far enough away to be quiet. The gardens have a lively scent to the evening air. The only negative was a noisy air con unit on the balcony

There are nice well kept grounds and a lovely pool thats quite deep so nice to swim in. The beach is about ten minutes walk and Lidl is 5 minutes across the road. I’ll definitely be back September 2023

Honestly, as a lone female traveller this place has won my heart ❤️ Fanis and Kriti are both so lovely, the staff feel like one big happy family and nothing is too much for them to help or advise you

Location was ideal as it was close to shops, bus stop and a stones throw away from the beach. The place was clean and neat when we arrived. It had spacious rooms and a good size terrace with chairs and a table

The hotel is located in Platanias, nearby Agia Marina. This is a small, but cozy hotel with service-minded and nice staff. The management is allways solution-oriented. The hotel has air-condition and sunbeds

The hotel is located by the beach, so you are practically living next to the sea. Nearby there are a lot of nice restaurants and other shops. Nextdoor neighbour is a minigolf and playground for children

The kitchen had a small fridge and freezer, pans, kettle, cutlery, plates and an electric stove so definitely can cook food instead of going out. Each room had an air conditioner even provided us with a hairdryer

The area is very touristy, but the hotel is quiet and very clean with "rooms" that are more like apartments! The kitchenette is very well equipped with all you need for cooking, and also to make tea or coffee

The rooms were cleaned when we went out and the lady we met always had a big smile while saying good morning. It was a quiet place and had sun beds and umbrellas at the beachfront

The hotel was great! We were searching for smth not far from the beach,and it is just 5 minutes to walk

The apartment has a good location (near the beach, bus stop, two supermarkets and the sea is a 5-minute walk away). There is a washing machine on the top floor that you can use

We had wonderful views of the sea from our room. The apartment was very quiet and had everything we needed.

To improve the e perience and safety I would say that a smoke detector is necessary and update the old style cooking hob arrangement please. The apartment and hospitality is excellent. I loved my stay. Thank you.

We were there late august to mid sept so might be more pressure in high season. Renting a car recommended , you get to see so much more of Crete (Anna Cars recommended). All in all, can recommend Ilona Apartments

Great Our stay was great close to a great beach and walking distance to a nice restaurant. The aircon thermostat didn’t work so aircon went all night and got very cold. Our host was very helpful and lovely

It was more than perfect. We were welcomed very kindly and warmly. The sea is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in Greece. The atmosphere of the room is amazing. The balcony is huge. Plenty of parking.

The location is excellent—within 5–10 minutes’ walk to three lovely beaches (two sheltered from waves), near two large supermarkets and many great restaurants and bars. Chania is easily reachable by bus every 20 minutes

The large clean studios near the beach with the kitchen and a huge balcony. There is all that you may need, kitchen, coffee maker, refrigerator, iron, hair dryer, air conditioning, and also all infrastructure around

Very nice and clean Studios with see view. Good location near the beach. The stuff is very friendly and professionally. We visit it every year and we are very satisfied. We recommend it without doubt.

Thank you so much to George for a fantasic holiday. The apartments were spotless and cleaned everyday. Amazing location by the sea, lots of restaurants and bars close by

Bus stop is directly opposite the apartments, and there are plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants along the road in both directions. It's also reasonably quiet on a nighttime if you are a light sleeper like me

Great location as the beach is on your doorstep, loungers are available at 2. There is a shared pool with the hotel next to the apartments that you can access as long as you order drinks (which is fair enough)

George the manager of the apartments is friendly and helpful with everything from advice on where to eat, shop and excursions. The place is kept meticulously clean every day by George and the lovely Valentina

Mastorakis Village

We visited in may so we were surounded by a very nice smell of blooming flowers. The only thing I would see as an improvement is a wider choice of food for breakfast

We had same overboiled eggs, cereal, ham, cheese and bread every morning for a week. A big advantage was fresh orange juice and hot sandwich pan though. To sum up the best two star hotel I have ever stayed at!

We are grateful for the cleanliness, warm attitude, the stay was very comfortable and cozy ☺️

And the staff was extremely friendly and helpfull. The hotel does not have a restaurant or a bar but that is not an issue as there is a variety of tavernas near by

Very good hotel! Very close to the beach and the main road with the stores and the restaurants.

Breakfast is dissatisfying: every day the same; no feta cheese, no veggies (only tomato), no real honey. So prepare to eat some market cheese every day… Air conditioning is extra, we had to pay 60€ for 10 days

Location around 15 min walk from Lidl, Synka and about 10 min from the closest sea, you are close to 3 beaches - Yannis, Iguana and Sunset beach from Agioi Apostoli, 15 min by bus to Chania center

The apartment has all you need for your vacation to be without any worries, clean room, well equipped kitchen (also a sandwich maker inside :) ), towels changed twice in a week and linen once but it was ok for us, garbage taken daily

Out of 8 forms of accommodation in a month Angela's was the only one with a hair diffuser for the blue dyer! Perfect place, close to everything, had all you needed, I would stay again & again!

The hotel is very clean, and the staff are absolutely wonderful – friendly, helpful, and always smiling. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Perfect place to stay, hosts are very very kind and helpful. We felt like home. Ask them for car rental, together with the stay it was great price. We really hope to be back

Visited these beautiful apartments sept 24 , we had No. 3 which shared a large beautiful courtyard type area with No. Close to beach , close to the shops etc , yet perfectly quiet and peaceful , totally idyllic location

Great place to stay for a relaxing break. Clean comfortable rooms with great outdoor area. Close to amazing beach, nearby pool, restaurants and all other amenities. Maria was a super host and nothing was any trouble
