The structure, for the external part, is really very beautiful, with large spaces and a beautiful beach. The two swimming pools are basically only usable by children, since they are not very big. We had a late arriving flight and when we got there there were plates of fresh food and bottled water waiting for us. Reserved hotel at 3/2023 for 2 families and asked rooms next to each other via email. When we arrived to hotel 9/2023 they said that this is not possible since hotel is full.
