We've enjoyed a couple of weeks staying in this hotel with wonderful staff. There was no loud music from the bar in the evenings unlike other nearby hotels. Location is perfect - 4 beaches nearby, Lidl, bus station, nice park for morning jogging. Free gym is another big plus for fit people. Great beach hotel Very nice little hotel. Close to at least four different sandy beaches. Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good, with options for vegetarians. The rooms where alright. Regular cleaning and functioning AC. What makes me lower my rating was the bitter attitude from the staff and the route you had to take to get to the restaurant/beach. It was basically a back alley with cars and huge piles of trash.

We had such a wonderful holiday here! The staff are very friendly and the apartments were cleaned to a high standard 6 days a week. We had a late arriving flight and when we got there there were plates of fresh food and bottled water waiting for us. Nice beach hotel for families just outside Chania Decent hotel, next to a nice beach, just outside of Chania. My partner and I paid extra for a studio apartment which sleeps 4. It was a good size and very clean throughout. The grounds are also beautifully kept. Customer service was very good. I felt the food was mediocre and the rules around the all inclusive package were poor. You can only enjoy non branded vodka and scotch at happy hour or pay for brand name anytime. Not cool for a 3star. The menu was restricted as well!

This property was beautiful! Right on the beach!!! Wonderful view of the sea from the room and patio! The room was tastefully decorated and everything was clean and welcoming. The hotel grounds had flowering landscaping and the whole atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. This is w onderful hidden gem just 15 min walk from the Venetian Harbor in Old town.
