Stella Beach Hotel in Panormos

Good hotel next to the sea
The hotel is really close to the shore. There is a little private beach but it is full of rocks and pebbles. If you want to snorkelling it is a good place with many waves and clear water.
The room wasn't appropriately clean but they cleaned every day and if we needed something, they helped.
The breakfast was good especially the beans and fruits.
We booked a sea-view room and it was fantastic.

It’s a sweet small hotel run by Stella and her family! Service is great, the food (all home made by Stella herself is fantastic. There are some stairs but no elevator. The pool is as the picture promisses….fantastic with a breathtaking view! It’s 5min away from the fishersvillage Panormo with lots or great restaurants to choose from. If there is 1 thing i would recommend to change is to keep the bar open in the afternoon. Other than that a big thank you to Stella and all who made our stay fantastic!

What a fabulous find. A lovely friendly family run hotel, nothing is too much trouble. We booked a basic room which was lovely and clean for myself and my daughter. We were very happy with it but then we had trouble with the shower and toilet. The staff resolved it immediately with no fuss and an apology. We were upgraded to a higher standard room. This was fabulous. The fact that there was no fuss and they were very apologetic made the matter easy to resolve Apart from that it is very very quiet. Pool area spotless and stunning . Small menu choice for lunch but all the same delicious It is approx 20 min walk into Panormos itself. If it was too hot we took a taxi €8 Is approximately 40 mins to Rethymno again we took a taxi €30 each way. If you do not know Panormos then you may feel that you are in the middle of nowhere but 15 mins from your doorstep you have the beautiful fishing village with many shops bars and restaurants. Not much of a beach at the hotel but again there are a couple down in the village Overall a fantastic find for us excellent value for money- basic but that is what we wanted Thank you Stella Beach we hope to see you again Helene Thornton

A great friendly relaxing place to stay. Will definitely be back here in the future . Food is very good and great value. Clean well run and Stella is a great host and fun to be around . Would recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

Such a lovely hotel! The hotel owner was very attentive and just the loveliest. The view is amazing and so is the pool and the food! Me and my boyfriend stayed for 10 nights and we will definitely be going back.
