Hotel is a bit outdated, but sauna gym and showers were great + modern. The location is top tier we found many great restaurants around too

Everything was good, starting with their warm welcome, to their extraordinary hospitality, the service was great, the hotel is beautiful, its location is perfect near everything, we just walked to all touristic places

This is by far the most luxurious hotel I have ever been to. With a surreal view of my favorite Acropolis. The service is perfect, the staff is friendly, the food is of the highest quality and the rooms are perfect

The room was very clean, they also have a pillow menu for free where u can choose the pillow that you like. The breakfast was very variable, an open buffet with lots of choices

Simply, a hotel without a single complaint or flaw! I would like to go back to him again

There is 2 mascots Captain T & Tui the robot who again my little girl just adored and they also do a healthy eating scheme which encouraged my daughter to eat super well this holiday in order for her to collect stickers and get a certificate! My review is based on what we paid for a family of 4, all inclusive, it was definitely worth the special offer price, however it is not a 4* hotel (though we didn’t pay 4* prices)

Where do I start? I need to mention the hotel itself, it’s beautiful and definitely lives up to its name ‘Elounda Breeze’ that breeze is very welcomed on the hot days that we had! It is very hilly so be prepared to walk but there are the gentlemen staff that can give you a lift in one of the carts (which my little girl enjoyed very much- especially sitting backwards)! Lovely hotel in a great location. Walking distance to Elounda, plenty of entertainment from reps that clearly love their jobs, and beautiful views. We had a shared private pool which was lovely

A couple of k’s walk down to the village but you could always grab a taxi. We rented a car which we parked at the hotel with no extra cost. Would definitely return to this hotel

I have allergies and am always nervous trusting others to cater for me particularly with cross contamination. I was very worried about having a buffet style restaurant

Overall we had an ok holiday in the princess Sun. BUT Sauna and steam room were out of order. Gym has mostly old / broken and missing equipment

The hotel was perfect for our needs; the family room,( 2 bedrooms with connecting door) with outside patio & grass area was a bonus! We definitely needed the air-con, which was very efficient & my 11 month old grandson slept well

Lovely family holiday here at the Princess Sun. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They are professional and knowledgeable at wanting to give you a good time. It's a quiet location up the hill from the main road/resort

Aegeo Spas at Princess Sun Therapists Stefanos was professional and polite. The suite layout smell lovely with all the oils scent.

This is the second time I've stayed at The Princess Sun Hotel and Spa with my 2 daughters aged 7 & and 10, and once again, it didn't disappoint

We appreciated the ample sun loungers by the pool and the food and drinks in the restaurant, which had plenty of choices. But the all inclusive wine was not good. The spa treatments were very good and relaxing

We couldn’t have been happier with our decision to come here, we loved it so much we kept extending our stay! The entire property is beautiful, very well maintained with lots of perfect facilities to keep you both relaxed, as well as children happy and busy! The kids club had great activities as well as the playground which our daughter loved going to

If I found one small fault was that we had a bathtub in our room which was poorly designed as the shower head couldn’t be turned much so only faced one way in front of the glass door which didn’t help to prevent water from leaking out, so we had the whole floor from behind the toilet flooded every time which was inconvenient to clean up and a hazard with a toddler

Fantastic beach and pools, exceptional spa, great food, wonderful attentive and kind staff (thank you Chrysa from the pool bar!). Had plans to travel around Chalkidiki but preferred to stay in the hotel

The spa is top notch- my husband and I have stayed in many top spa hotels around the world and really found this one to be excellent. The staff all around are so kind, efficient and go above and beyond

The room was cleaned on a daily basis, no complains about food, staff or beach. Unfortunately, some guests are doing a lot of noise in the middle of the night (the hotel cannot educate them)

The pools were immaculate, though a bit cold and could have been warmer but we loved them nonetheless. The beach is stunning and also well maintained

Me and my wife was a guest in Vanoro Hotel, for a weekend. All staff, special receptions are FRIENDLY & GREAT. Restorant & breakfast was PERFECT. Tasty food, A LA CARTE, for all day. Sauna, wellness , gym, new, clean

One fun note: our local tour guide was so impressed by the hotel during a quick visit that he immediately booked a staycation there with his wife for the following weekend! I would highly recommend Vanoro Hotel to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Thessaloniki

I enjoyed the ambiance of the Vanoro Hotel very much. I found the hotel very clean, trendy with a friendly supportive staff. The location was very convenient for my sightseeing agenda

We stayed there with my wife on the 22nd–23rd of November. The staff are very friendly and professional. The à la carte breakfast is excellent. The room quality is very good

If you are looking for a hotel in Thessaloniki, you don’t need to look anywhere else

The staff are great here everyone very friendly, Sypro’s at the pool bar looked after us really well and went over and above and made the best cocktails! Thank you! Also the lady at breakfast with red and black braids she was very cheerful every morning always in high spirits

There isn’t that much going on in the town/village but we started off getting taxis to the main places but then rented a car from across the hotel for €130 for 5 days which saved us lots of money, as it’s around €25 each way to get to an from the main towns near by

Another place to try is peskesi watch the YouTube video on it, it shows what it’s all about and the food was some of the best we tried, we didn’t drink but starter, main and two sides with a bottle of water and beer came to €50 euros

We went half board which was good we were happy because they said we can swap evening meal for lunch which worked for us as we like to eat out in different places in the evening

We didn’t manage to make it but the Greek night at knossos in the village looked and sounded great, we went on a normal night and the owners were so welcoming so give that ago

Hotel is good food, good variety with all all inclusive hotel food it’s a little samey but I can’t complain

The place is very clean, stylish and a real 5-star hotel. We went to free Pilates session & cookie session. Service is very accommodating, sauna open specially for us untill 21:00 instead of 18:00

They had fantastic vegan options at all the restaurants we visited from the breakfast buffet, to the Blue Monkey, Xasteria and Minotaur which we truly appreciated. The property was beautifully maintained

We enjoyed our stay. All the hotel staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel is extremely family friendly. The only downside was the limited variety of fruits available at breakfast.

Would love to come back here as there is everything you need for a brilliant holiday! Nearest beach is only about 10 minutes walk - down quite a steep hill but as it’s not far it’s not an issue! Couple of shops and cafe bars at the beach that are really nice! Definitely recommend the Blue Bay for a lovely relaxing break 👍🏼

Beautiful hotel and surroundings, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, the food was superb and freshly made and refreshed in a timely manner, our entire family were extremely happy with the food choices each day and the all inclusive aspect meant we never missed out on any snacks or ice creams around the pools

The hotel is close to the little beach at the bottom of the hill and this is well worth a visit and we often enjoyed a few hours down there soaking up the sun or getting a different view over sunset

Though one small point of criticism, it seems to us that the variety seems to be a bit less compared to last year with more of the same dishes returning every lunch and dinner

The staff at the hotel are fabulous, friendly and happy to help. The outside area is small but well kept and lovely to sit around. There's a bus to and from Heraklion. The entertainment was fun and different each night

We arrived at the hotel and immediately they upgraded our room to a room with a private pool (very nice, but unfortunately not usable). Everything was perfect and appreciated

The hotel service and meals are very good. The hardware facilities, bedding, and bathroom design are unreasonable, and the lack of dry and wet areas is a headache.

Wow! We had a fabulous stay at the Angsana. The level of service from the time you check in, chilling by the pool or eating in one of the restaurants is superb

The Location is at the top of a hill, so be prepared! We personally enjoyed the walk to the beach through the little farm, but I can imagine at the height of summer, may be very hot/tiring! We hired a car, which allowed us to drive around to a number of other walks and beaches, and whilst the weather was not perfect for sunbathing, it was great for walking

The thing that made this hotel was the service of the staff, who were all outstanding- for the Waitresses at the restaurant, to Dimitris in the bar, and the reception staff/porters, we were made to feel welcome

We arrived late due to our flight being delayed, but from that moment onwards it was the staff that shone throughout our holiday. Check in was quick, courteous & our bags quickly dispatched to our room

The sea was lovely and warm, but the pool was bracing!!! We had a room with a jacuzzi, which was perfect for enjoying after a day out, looking over to Kastri Island and Nisyros

Nothing was too much trouble. We were on Half board, which was great value. It allowed us a starter, main and desert from the menu, with an additional salad to share

You absolutely must book this hotel for the unforgettable panorama and the exceptionally friendly staff, who truly go above and beyond to make your stay fantastic! We stayed in a Panorama Blue room, which also gave us access to the bar and the second swimming pool

The hotel had a lovely relaxed feel to it and meal times were all the better for this. The food was of a high quality and varied through the week we stayed. The quality and variety of meat dishes in particular was noted

I do have an issue with noises, due to neurodiversity, so it probably affected me more than it would have done others. There’s not a lot that can be done about this issue though, as Panorama have no control over it

We traveled in October, so it was relatively quiet. The breakfast was excellent, and dinner was buffet-style. Not everything was perfect, but there was plenty of choice

According to locals, the day before the hotel opened, Crete experienced an unprecedented weather phenomenon – a Saharan sandstorm that left unmistakable traces and completely undid the extensive cleaning work carried out beforehand at the hotel complex

The High Beach Resort is a very well-maintained and visually appealing hotel complex. We arrived on April 2nd, 2026, the official start of the season

the atmosphere at the hotel was not the best and the entertainment was not good , it was disappointing you felt no need to dress up as watching the entertainment was outside from the canteen under the shelter and very cold in the nights

The open bar was a pleasure to be in, the service was brilliant; Husein the bartender was very professional and quite experienced in this field of work, he made sure that all the orders were completed to the highest standard and always gave service with a smile, he is the best bartender I have ever been served by

Arrived at the resort to not been checked in tidy TUI had Made A mistake of only booking two the room rather than four had to ring TUI to sort the issue out and another hour before checking in which not good after

It was easily the best hotel experience I've ever had, the island is beautiful and the hotel is a wonderful place to stay

Showers beside the pool very old too, water running badly as the limescale is all around the shower head. When we decided to go to Kos town, there is a mini bus driving up and down the hill every couple minits

We booked a room but couldn't make it due to delays. They did a free cancellation and when we arrived the day after we could make use of the shower and Pool against a small fee. The people are super friendly and gentle

There are also amenities for guests in the lobi like fresh lemon water and cookies. The lunch in the restaurant is very delicious and fresh, also are the deserts, the prices are good and the service is kind

The only downside is that you have to walk up the stairs with your suitcases to get to the reception area, and you also have to carry your suitcases up the stairs when leaving the hotel

Very clean and tidy bedrooms with very comfy beds and clean sheets, also there is excellent air conditioning, nice enough bathroom with great shower. Rooftop area and pool were very nice with an ever present lifeguard

The food and cleanliness of hotel is second to none,everywhere is absolutely spotless, I would suggest visiting afytos a stunning little village,the hotel runs a bus to there on Tuesdays at 9 and pick up 12,if that is not enough time for you to explore ,a taxi will cost roughly €30 back to the hotel

The receptionist Kiki is such a bonus to the hotel so polite as with many other staff members, like vivikar(probably spelt wrong) who works in the restaurant, another huge bonus to the hotel,along with the Manager such politeness goes along way

From check in we had such a great experience, no hassle easy transaction, we originally had a room at the reception and asked would it be possible to move a little closer to the ocean,and without hassle we were accommodated

The beach is small and quaint with a limited amount of loungers, but uf you have sensitive feet I suggest swin shoes

Our new room allocation really made our break special as we could see the ocean a lovely bright and airy room(405)

The staff apart from the rude reception lady were so nice and friendly, Stavros the barman was a top man, he made our stay and evenings, very friendly, a funny guy! Staff at this hotel made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Fruit plater in room and Bottle of wine. Dorian n the restaurant was fantastic nothing too much bother. Always smiling and so good at her job

Apparently the balcony room wasn’t on our voucher and is extra which wasn’t stated, anyhow they moved us to a side view room with a balcony, which was much nicer, thats all we wanted

We seriously thought we had made a mistake booking this hotel, we got to receptionist at 9am only to be told the manager wasn’t there until 11am, so we returned

The walk to leapetra is about 10-15 minutes, easy walk, you can cut through to the promenade which is pleasant through to the bars and restaurants

The food itself was faultless- so fresh with lots of choice and the orange juice just out of this world! We are Scottish and can’t access Mediterranean fruits that fresh so really savoured the freshness of the salads and fruits

Our luggage was set aside whilst we were presented with cold towels & lemonade and the receptionist checked us in. It was almost midnight and check in was quick and efficient as we were tired from our travels

Next morning we went for breakfast and another warm welcome was given by all the lovely restaurant staff (all the Katerinas, Nectarina; and Barbara - all assets to the hotel with their sunny dispositions)

You can tell the team are happy at work and that they have worked together for a long time - there’s a buzz about the place as they clearly know how to speak to people yet get the job done

It’s difficult to know where to start with this review but it all started with a warm welcome from George, the night porter, who greeted us on arrival

The room was well appointed and there was food waiting for us along with the stocked minibar of water, soft drinks; and a bottle of wine

Things we didn't like: extra charge for sunbeds, bathroom needs upgrade, distance from nearest city. All in all, Blue Dolphin is a good hotel for a family vacation

Then there are rooms which are so clean that I never saw something like that in my life and those rooms are visited by cleaning crew every day (fresh towels and bed sheets). Rooms are very nice, new and large

Perfect accommodation and services! Very clean, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious! Relaxing vacation, nice beach, private beach, great sun beds, no loud music in the night! You can hear the sound of the sea from the room! We will definitely come back! The entertainment team was also really nice, they create a great show in the evening for the kids!

First, I want to give you reasons why I gave this hotel 5 stars (and I have been over the years in many good hotels). Private beach is superb, laid back and quiet, Blue flag certified with a bar/restaurant

The hotel is wonderful - the room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The food is delicious and varied, there was plenty of seasonal fruits. The staff is friendly and helpful

We had great 2 weeks holiday at this hotel. It was very clean and we had a quiet room overlooking the back, the tennis court

The drive to Sitia from Heraklion is uneventful and not difficult albeit narrower and windier roads when nearer Sitia. The hotel is at the far end of the beach area that is down from the town

The check-in process was easy and they had a room for us a bit earlier than the check-im time, which was very nice. The room is small but not less than typical Greek standard
