The staff were absolutely brilliant, a massive shout out to Giorgos the waiter, he made our evenings so special and was super helpful and welcoming. The town is very close nearby, makes for a great walk along the coast

There is a smaller thermal pool outdoors and one indoors too, with a spa. Had a wonderful blow dry and style for only €30 as well. Food was amazing, lots of options even for me as a vegetarian

Only comment is to read the signs carefully, everything is listed in English. Amazing price for all inclusive, drinks menu very extensive, including cocktails, not just beer and wine

We enjoyed our stay at Mitsis Galini hotel. The stuff was friendly, the room had a nice view of the sea and the pool and both the dinner and the breakfast were above the expectations. We will definitely come back!

We went at end of October, just before the end of the season. Hotel is beautiful, clean and spacious, top quality. We had two double rooms facing the pool and sea, with a balcony

We had a great time in the hotel. Furthermore, Nikos SV from the food hall was very attentive and polite always with a smile and offered us really great service. He always made sure we have everything need

Throughout our stay we felt that the staff really loves children, so we felt safe, relaxed and comfortable. The stuff talked with the kids, smiled, remembered their names, and did their best to make us feel at home

This hotel is especially worth visiting because of the people who work there, but also for the delicious food, great location with beautiful garden and pleasant beach, and excellent facilities for children

Bus stop is near hotel, which is very convenient. However, cleanliness should be improved — in a four star hotel there should not be yellow stains in the basin, and rooms should be cleaned under the beds

We spent our holiday with our 4 year old daughter at Irene Palace Beach Resort last June, and this year we decided to return because of what we appreciated most — the family atmosphere and warm welcome

Irene Palace Beach Resort is a great choice for families with children. The food is excellent, very much like what you’d find in traditional Greek taverns – everything we tried was delicious

Hotel is luxurious and in the right spot. No noise from the avenue and also free parking. Lobby is amazing and there was also a guy playing the piano. The room was clean and the bathroom full of Greek white marble

The hotel is conveniently located 5 min walk to the center and to the lake, large yard with plenty of parking and a garden to relax

Royal-style furniture and decor in the rooms, excellent service. The breakfast was diverse, tasty, high-quality food

Breakfast was another highlight: an extensive selection, well-presented, and served by genuinely friendly team members who enhanced the experience. That said, several oversights detracted from the overall value

Most notably, the spa was closed, no reason given - until the end of October; something that was not disclosed at the time of booking, despite our reservation being made directly through the hotel

However, the property does show signs of age, and certain aspects would benefit from thoughtful refurbishment; particularly given the premium pricing. Service was a clear strength

We didn’t use the pools due to the wonderful beach and loungers. The hotel gym was excellent for a solid workout, rowing,step and running machines together with a balanced and safe selection of loose and fixed weights

There are excellent restaurants in the area, roots and Sirrocos being particular favourites. A bus takes you into the old town of chania for 2 euros and it is a 20 euro taxi journey back

Breakfast was excellent in quality and choice. The view from room 427 was amazing. The beach is stunning sandy and safe. In the middle of October we spent our days swimming in the sea

Had a great honeymoon stay at the resort. They treated us well and we had an amazing upgraded room. The hotel is very nice and the all inclusive option is nice. Their drinks are good and the food isn’t bad

Very comfortable hotel in excellent position. Lots of restaurants nearby and bus outside every 15 minutes to Chania. Hotel provided fruit, bottle of wine and biscuits in the room.

This is the perfect hotel if you’re looking for peace and relaxation, as it’s very calm and not lively. We took a taxi into Chania a couple of times, it’s a beautiful place and definitely worth visiting

Both lunch and dinner offered a good selection of hearty dishes from Greek, home-style cuisine, along with a generous salad and fruit buffet. Unfortunately, the drinks in the all-inclusive package were less impressive

The room was great and cleaned everyday. The food on the buffet was so nice and the view from the hotel was breathtaking. Not one bad word to say. Great visit from start to finish.

A taxi from the airport to the resort was about 30 min and 45 Euros. I recommend coordinating with the resort to schedule your pickup prior to your arrival. Staff was excellent and accommodating

Unique and vastly expansive property. It was so large that there was a whole other pool and another beach we didn’t even discover until the night before our last day

Be sure to go on all the elevators as they take you to different places. A rental car place and an ATV Quad excursion is economical and within walking distance to the resort

The views from this hotel are mesmerizing, sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. The only minus for us was that if you want to go to the beach you need to pay for lounge chairs, it wasn’t very expensive

The restaurant and bar have amazing staff and a good variety of choice. The location of the hotel makes it very easily accessible to Kos town with a few restaurants also on the way

The breakfast and other food at the pool bar restaurant was really excellent. There is an expert in house pastry chef who makes wonderful cakes , biscuits and pastries

Room was a good size, comfy bed and all SC facilities if required, fridge, microwave etc. Only slight negative was bathroom which was fine, but bit dated, however considering cost of holiday this was not a problem

Hotel in very good location (15 to 20 mins) if you want a short walk to centre Kos Town/ Harbour. Personally thought hotel in good surroundings, very safe and traditional, not run down

It is difficult to push someone in a wheelchair on the pavements because of their unevenness and trees! However I found it okay pushing on the road - just be extra observant!

The hotel apartment was wonderfully spacious and had many great touches. The Greek night was a highlight so fun. It is suitable for couples and families

Food at snack bar served till 8 pm and very well Presented very clean and towels and bedding changed regularly , will deffinately return again, plenty to do within walking distance , and excilent Beach very near

Having the best stay here, hotel is very clean rooms cleaned everyday food standard is high! Very rare on all inclusive the meat is cooked properly but everything has been!! Which is amazing!

Two lamps weren’t working when we arrived, but maintenance fixed them right away after we mentioned it. In the evening there’s live Greek music, a lovely bar, and a nice area with plenty of sunbeds around the pools

I had a wonderful stay at Zante Park resort&spa ! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I checked in. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view

Kids won’t get out from them all day. Hotel have private beach with sunbeds. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Staff is friendly and very helpful, they help us with some things

We came for our brothers wedding and I can say that everything was amazing! We loved the food, it was authentic Greek and so flavourful! We want to go back for vocation!

One of the main elements that made our trip so special was the outstanding service provided from the Blue Dream Team, Dessi, George, Sofia and all their colleagues were incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed at all times

We have had the most relaxing week here at Blue Dream Palace , the staff go over and above to make your stay memorable. The food was delicious, Breakfast was always entertaining with our omelette server great guy

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Blue Dream Palace in mid June, and would certainly love to return for another visit! The location and facilities were ideal for us, we loved the sea view from our room, that there was plenty of sun-bed availability around the pool, and also really enjoyed a Spa day, with a fabulous massage from Elena (would highly recommend!)

Xrissa provided entertainment to our kids and helped us order a cake for our kid's birthday anniversary. The food at the restaurant is delicious. We loved our stay and recommend it to others as well

Location is walking distance fron all the important things. The rooftop restaurant is great with a stunning view of the Acropolis. Special thanks for arranging a surprise cake for my wife's birthday

Room is comfortably spacious, clean & amenities are available. Breakfast was excellent and the staff at the Kahlua restaurant were all friendly and nice. Even the hotel staff from the concierge to Frontdesk.

You can enjoy great cocktails until 1am, and no rubbish brands. It was really sad to leave, but this will definitely be our choice of place whenever we’re back in Crete!

Great hotel with some really nice touches. The hotels in great shape with super views from your balcony. The rooms are big with quality large bathrooms. The outside pool in a great size

An amazing stay! The place is well located, in a quiet area away from the busy town, but right across from a bus stop that can take you to Chania centre for €3

The hotel is something out of the “White Lotus” series; fantastic pools, right in front of the sea, great restaurants, and best of all; amazing staff. Everyone is sooooo friendly that you literally feel like hugging them

Our Bedroom although big was very dark and extremely tired The bathroom was in need of attention black mould around the bath and shower, there was a leak from the shower that ran by the toilet Hotel was full of Lycra clad Swedish/Danish who were loud and seemed to take over the restaurant and the pool area! As one group left another group arrived

Garden area near the pool was a little unkept needed attention there seemed to be a leak on one area of the garden near the restaurant which was getting muddy Snack bar other than fruit food was awful Food was average not 5 star! In fact it became very repetitive !!Breakfast same every morning, Evening meal very little fish

We had an amazing time at Mare Blue! The beachfront location was perfect, and we loved lounging by the pool and trying the local food at the buffet. The vibe was fun but not too loud, and the staff made everything easy

We have struggled a bit with the cleaning service coming when our children had their afternoon sleep. But other than that we have had a great time. Food was delicious, every day there was something we liked

It is a bit visible the hotel is older, but things were clean and stuff was always willing to help

Lots of activities for children, every day animation programs from various travel agencies who never asked if you have travelled with them or someone else

I went all inclusive and glad I did as it is a bit isolated ( 15 mins by bus to Irapetra for 2 Euros ) , I enjoyed the food so much that I had no urge to leave and try another place , the variety quality and was excellent , great salad bar and proper Greek main courses

French agency would have their events in French, but when they saw someone does not speak French they would translate to English too. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel

For us was second time visiting Lydia Maris. There is a significant upgrade to the restaurant. Pizza and souvlaki are the same , ok. Some of the rooms are renovated and the atmosphere is still quiet and family oriented

We booked a week stay at the Lydia Maris for a half term break - me, my partner and our 5 year old. Lovely hotel with great facilities. Plenty of space to relax around the pool. The beach was less than 10 mins away

The room was perfect for our needs, the beds were comfortable. It was in need of some bits and pieces that needed improving but as it was the end of the season I would expect those to be done by next year

Perfect hotel, good breakfast but lunch and dinner can be better. Very clean and amazing staff. Amazing and friendly animation team, all day activities very entertaining. Highly recommended!

There were a few local shops and restaurants but as we were all inclusive we didn’t really use them

Anyone who manages to get my partner up on stage dancing must be doing a good job! Things did slow down towards the end of the week as the season was coming to a close but we still had a lovely time

The hotel was very good, Ira, Sara, Zoi and Sia were very helpful and the best staff. The rooms were very spatious and clean, as well as the food was vety delicious.

The girls in the restaurant waitresses and waiters are excellent, especially the sous chef Vicky , restaurant, floor, manager Sia , and the three servers /waitresses Zoi, Ira,, Sara were always running and serving non stop, my family was very happy and impressed with the services and amenities of the hotel

Really nice experience! The food choices were a lot, the property was clean. We would like to give a special thanks to the animation team! Even if we didn’t have kids, we really enjoyed spending time in their activities

Not only are there 2 pools, but also a sea down the street. You can ride jetskis in the sea. There's also a bar, an 8-ball place and a lot of shops nearby from this hotel

The only problem that I had an issue with is that the drinks after ordering took a long time to come. But I understand that the staff is always extremely busy (just giving some feedback)

I really love this place! I like the food from the buffet, you can choose what to eat in the morning or in the evening. The rooms are a little small for my liking though

So generous with free wine tasting, cocktail and cooking class experience, very close to the beach and restaurants and surrounding villages - plenty to do ! The staff were accommodating and willing to please answering any questions or requests

The staff were lovely and hard working, the hotel was very clean and smelt really nice. The location is perfect, you are a 2 minute walk to the nearest beach and there are lots of bars/restaurants and shops nearby

Very nice resort on the hill above Sivota, lots of pools, good sauna and steam room. Does require some steps no matter where you go. The staff were excellent taking all the bags to the room

Our stay at Sivota Diamond Spa Resort was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The setting is peaceful, very clean, and offers a breathtaking view of the sea. The room was comfortable and well-maintained every day

Perfect magical hotel with unbelievable views as it almost taken from the White Lotus show.. But please invaste a bit more in your kids club and breakfast because they don't comply with a 5* standard

Because of these numerous goodies and entertainment, one can’t help but notice that the management spends a lot of money in order to make their guests happy; whether it pertains to the variety of food, numerous Staff or the many programs offered

I can’t speak positively enough about this hotel. We came as a family of 4 with a 4 year old and a 20 month old and everything about the hotel is so carefully thought about and children are really really well considered

The pools are lovely with the main pool being big enough to swim lengths etc and have plenty of room when it’s busy and the children’s pool was fantastic for our girls and I’d imagine children up to at least 10-12

There’s a mini Astro to play football on and the steps down to the beach right next to the pools. On the beach there’s a dedicated play space with a climbing frame

The kids club was fab, indoor and outdoor space one for babies and then one for 4-12 year olds. Our little girl did crafts, had face paint and made mini pizzas as well as playing games

I don’t mind kids, but in dining area was like 30 kids screaming all at once it’s crazy, similar problem is loud rooms. i would make 1 hour eating time only for adults. Otherwise everything about hotel is on the peak

I would especially like to mention Dalma, Bianca, Francesca, Niko A, Yannis, Dimitra (main restaurant), Simone (the singer), Kleidi (bar), Juliana (beach bar), and Kalliroy (reception), whose exceptional attention and care made our stay truly memorable

Cleanliness: Impeccable! Common areas and rooms were spotless, and housekeeping was consistent and thorough. Noise level: Very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for a restful holiday without disturbances

It didn’t feel like a typical hotel holiday at all, it felt more like spending time with friends. Everyone was incredibly professional, yet the warmth of their welcome was simply unparalleled

The Greek restaurant at sunset is a magical experience. We also had professional photos taken at the hotel, which we will cherish as a lovely souvenir of the trip. I couldn’t recommend it enough

My week at the resort was one of the most fantastic stays of my life. Not only were the scenery breathtaking and the food delicious, but what truly stood out was the staff

We struggled a bit with the toilet door lock which seemed to be old and the door handle wasn't very stable. This was our first time with all inclusive and we absolutely loved the food in the buffet restaurant

There was never a dull moment, yet we could also find quiet spots to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Overall, this all-inclusive hotel exceeded our expectations

Excellent as usual 13th time at his hotel we love it, food excellent and varied choices at each meat, staff very friendly and always helpful . This year he man pool is heated which is a plus

The sun loungers by the pool were all reserved at 7 am so it was nice that there were plenty of sun loungers also on the beach. Just beware that the lift between hotel and beach could be unreliable

We got stuck in the lift with two adults and a child (warm greetings if you're reading this!) and let's just say it wasn't a nice experience although the situation was handled quickly by the staff

Kids enjoyed the kids club- arts and crafts, mini discos, super heroes, Minnie and Mickie mouse, face painting, pizza cooking class and loads more. Thank you for a memorable holiday!

Recently stayed at mitsis faliraki from 28th Oct - 4th Nov. As a family but for our honeymoon. Greeted by Nikos on arrival who helped show us our room and take up our cases

Very handy! Overall all the staff were incredible, the hotel is clean and a fab location with plenty of food to eat! Would definitely return to this hotel and would recommend to family and friends! My only feedback would be perhaps a child’s mini disco before the main entertainment and perhaps a dj for a while after the show for anyone not wanting to go outside the hotel at night

Made to feel very welcome and Nikos would greet us each day as he seemed to remember all the guests. He was also on hand to help with any queries we had

A late food option between 10:30-4am was great and my daughter loved the none stop crepes! Kids club was great, all super friendly and could drop in and out when she wanted! The pizza making was super cute! Location is amazing right on the beach and although end of season the bars are all in walking distance if you want to venture out or hire a car etc

Excellent staff throughout all departments, especially pool bar, main bar and front office (including George, Louisa, Erwin, Adrianna and many many more) Beautiful beach, some very delicious foods (especially grilled salmon) Taxi drive from/to airport only 18 minutes

Very clean rooms, great food everyday something different, great activities throughout the day, snack bar great too and the beach has many available sun-beds, amazing drinks and great service in buffet restaurant, and now I am saving the best till last which is the animation team, Sam is a great leader of the animation team

The only small negative - the room (standard family room) was quite dated and there were a few minor issues - the shower kept falling off the holder when you turned off the water, back door was stiff to unlock and a couple other small things but I havent changed the review from 5* as it really didnt matter too much to us

Tibi and Bogdan are the best 11/10, they know how to make the “crowd go wild”, great dance moves, great talk and loved their approach to kids, my baby Tymon who is quite shy to strangers felt very confident and absolutely loved them

Also an iron would have been useful rather than having to use the cleaning cupboard! Again, not a major issue but something to feed back! Thank you all - hopefully we can come back soon! Ami, Ben, Ruby and James

We had a fantastic stay at the Avra Beach Hotel and were so impressed with everything it had to offer. The food was outstanding for the entire duration of our stay, with a great selection and consistently high standards
