While we were not able to dine in the main restaurant area with our puppy, the staff did not hesitate to help set us up a table in an area close by and served us a delicious dinner

Great variety of food for breakfast considering its low season now. The Spa was one to die for and our only regret was that we could not book the hotel for another night on our return trip back to Croatia

Epirus Palace Hotel was great! The breakfast was really delicious and Cisse the cook was super kind to take care of us. He offered to fill up my water bottle, and provided very kind service

The rooms were very comfy and the beds were perfect. The bathrooms were fancy though our shower door was a little messed up. Either way, Epirus Palace Hotel was a great place to stay at!

I cannot praise the hotel enough but what makes it so special is the friendliness and helpfulness of every member of staff from front desk restaurant staff and room attendants

The rooms were a little bare as unnecessary decorative items were removed, understandable otherwise the staff would be spending hours & hours cleaning the room for the next booking, but we still enjoyed our stay

Spa you have to book a slot to use sauna room. Entertainment was mainly kids songs of an evening and 90% of people there were over 40 so not audience based at all very poor

This was my first experience of an all-inclusive hotel with my two children and it did not disappoint. The children loved the huge variety of food in the restaurant and visited the snack bar daily

Alex in the dining area is so lovely, and the gentleman serving the drinks in the evening outside near the stage is also wonderful! Overall a lovely week, thanks to Atlantica Princess!

My only negative is that the restaurant did get quite noisy at times but that would obviously be during the very busy periods

Fantastic staff especially the waiting staff they were the amazing especially the man that served us during the night I apologise can’t remember his name but he knew our drink and kept bringing them over can’t recommend this hotel enough I would definitely go back again

The room is simply great, the "worst" thing that was in the room was a slightly worn-out handle in the bathroom, but I'm more writing this as a kind of "joke"

The waiters and waitresses were on the ball and it always felt clean. In fact, the same can be said of everywhere in the hotel. The bars were self-service for a lot of drinks, but we didn't mind that

Arrival: we had booked the shuttle transfer which worked for us, very quick journey. Reception staff wonderful and so pleasant

Had so much time for us and lots of information. The food was really good! That was our biggest worry, but we enjoyed every meal. Not everything was oven hot, but that's to be expected at a buffet

The beqch is clean and nice and the other areas are also clean and cozy. The design of the whole hotel are is well done and greatly maintained. Absolutely recommendable, especially out of season

We liked the most, that there is actually a bit of greek food every day, because why going to greece and not having greek food? The restaurant and bar staff is very helpful and friendly

We love this hotel! This was our second visit and won't be our last! On arrival we were given a complimentary glass of chilled prosecco and taken to our room by golf buggy

Our room was lovely, spacious and clean with a lovely sea view terrace surrounded by fruit trees. The pools, terraces, gardens and beach at this hotel are gorgeous

The food was lovely with plenty of choices and the service from Athina and Yoli made our holiday! Athina was a big part of why we returned to this hotel. She is lovely and goes above and beyond to look after you

We had a deluxe room with sea view and the room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed, plus was nicely designed. The room cleaning staff did an amazing job

Nice hotel selected by our tour group. Room was a little tight but nice. Lobby and bar area is spacious. Breakfast area had a great view. Close to a 24 hr supermarket, pharmacy, bakeries and good restaurants

Great hotel. Had to get used to the half shower wall. Everything else was above average.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room doors stay open, are not spring loaded to close.

Outstanding hotel in a great area. The rooms have new TVs and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed having a big shower with great lighting. The hair dryer is modern too

The location is excellent: close to a metro station, making it easy to reach the entire city. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub instead of a shower, which makes showering less comfortable

Same with around the pool it would be great if there was an outdoor bar/ more people around serving for drinks/food. You have to get a taxi to Lindos Town which costs 12 euros each way

We had a private plunge pool which was great for some private time but the infinity pool and beach were also fantastic. We are returning home feeling incredibly relaxed

Cons: The direct beach access isn’t a nice beach or worthwhile visiting. The bar of an evening could be better service with better entertainment for a better atmosphere

Nice beach next to the resort. Very nice and comfortable room.

The property is quite large and have many blocks to the resort We booked a deluxe sea view room and when we arrived they placed us in the 2200 block at the end and our room was not sea view and facing the white cement block to the road

Areas for improvement, the beach area was not tended and rubbish was left on the beds, to be fair the hotel did send staff down when pointed out to tidy the area, but 2 days later it had not been cleaned again

I am a 5 star hotel traveller had many an experience good and bad, we ad a fantastic stay and we're treated with loving care throughout our stay, five star + to all the staff who made or stay a special experience

From our point of view we hope that this calm atmosphere never changes as even when the hotel is full to capacity it never feels so - in fact the hotel just seems to absorb the crowds and remains therapeutically relaxing and laid back

1) Location : The Royal Blue is just an oasis of calm , tucked away in an unspoilt area of Crete. There are no tavernas nearby or rowdy bars so this is not for you if you are looking for a party hotel

The restaurant staff are always attentive at breakfast- special mention to Rokas and Katarina who looked after us every morning, remembering our drinks orders without us having to say a word

2) The staff : from the moment you walk through the front doors you just feel as if your troubles melt away. You are met by smiling reception staff who genuinely are pleased to welcome you

If they say ‘Home is where the heart is’ then The Royal Blue has certainly become our second home as it steals a small piece of our hearts every time we leave

Loved the hotel, and one of the nicest pools I’ve seen. Excellent facilities around the pool for relaxing and drinking. Wonderful area taking you to the sea (much warmer than the pool) with chairs screwed into the rocks

What a fantastic hotel , and wonderful people, the main restaurant has amazing food and the friendliest people, one night was ‘Greek’ night with superb music two staff members also sang and they were both brilliant !!

Our wedding was perfect!! It was the most magical location and the food was phenomenal!! We are so grateful for the support from the hotel. Special thanks to Theodorakis who helped everything run smoothly on the day.

This is an amazing family run hotel and quirky. The rooms are small, very dated in their design and dark but always perfectly clean. We would go back at the drop of a hat but see if we can get a modern room

Beautiful blue water with little fish mooching around your feet. The room was smart and the bathroom decent, albeit small for truly 5 star hotel rooms. They were making an effort in the restaurant

Greek night was an excellent treat on arrival, I would recommend that. Breakfast is in a different area with stunning views but the options could be better. Still quite happy with it though and again, good service

The beach is very pebbly as other people have described. But if you wear sandals in or water shoes it’s fine. The location is beautiful as well and perfect for exploring the area The food was delicious and varied

We had requested a walk in shower , which was lovely. Kindly they had also given us a ground floor room & a complimentary bottle of wine. Our room was really modern & comfortable, as was the rest of the hotel

Spent a week here in October with my family. The hotel was absolutely beautiful- the renovation was great. Our room was spacious and lovely. The swimming pools were also great. We were able to swim every day

This is a lovely hotel on the edge of Kalamata. Refurbishment has been done very well and staff went out of their way to help. Pool and gardens are lovely as photos suggest

The bathroom door had to be changed because it made a loud noise every time we closed it. The room floor was quite dirty when we checked in (see photo). If you are vegan, 95% of the buffet is off limits for you

on arrival was greeted by very friendly staff. The hotel room was spacious and clean with a great balcony and views. the hotel and grounds were lovely and clean and kept like this at all times

The cleanliness of the hotel was on par, all the staff was a delight to talk to and very engaging with all their clientele would highly recommend for all your needs

The beach was nice and quiet if you wanted a tranquil place to go as the pool does get a bit manic. We loved everything about oceania beach hotel 10/10

We were a bit bemused by the bell boy who insisted on taking our bags a few yards to our room and would not go until we gave him a tip. We ended up giving a larger than normal tip as we did not have any smaller notes

There was a lovely water channel outside our room and a water station nearby which was useful. The toiletries were very nice and we also had a free mini bar. The hotel is very clean and the grounds well maintained

The indoor pool was very cold and you had to wear shoes and dry yourself between being in the pool and going to the steam room etc. as well as having a shower in between also. It was very strict and not relaxed

Konstantino delivered excellent customer service at the Coffee snack bar on-site , the lunch time food here is well worth a try and makes a nice change from going to the main restaurant for lunch

The food was a very high quality and the cakes etc beautifully presented. The staff in the restaurant were very pleasant. There was a Dr there 6 days a week. We were less impressed with the Spa

The train along the coast is worth a go and you can either stay on for the hour and a half of hop off and get back on the next one. Now unfortunately for the negatives

Great choice of pools-main one was busy with shallower to deeper end, small baby pool next to main pool, splash pool with toddler slides and water sprays, main waterpark/slides which came into pool and then at the opposite end of hotel was a gorgeous pool that felt very exclusive with a self service snacks fridge and soft drinks machine

Very beautiful hotel with polite service. Food are very delicious but the only downside was its repetition. Swimming pool and slides are very funny. Animators complemented each day with cool attractions

But it was easy taking the local bus to Chania, Agia Marina or Platanias to visit tourist stores and places. The local bus whent every 20 minutes. The resort was nice and it had much of what you could ask for

We had the all inclusive, don't know if there was any other option at this hotel. There were plenty of food options to use from, salads, starters, main course and desserts. Service was good and friendly

Hotel consisted of several two story apartment buildings with plenty of rooms in every building. The atmosphere at resort was nice, much flowers, plants and trees. Rooms were nice, we had two rooms

There was a bar and a small grill at the pool were refreshments could be gotten. Snacks, french fries, burgers etc. and later in the evening cocktails. The personal was friendly and helpful

I spent a whole week at this hotel, and I really liked it! The hotel is truly excellent — everything is top-notch. The food deserves special praise: breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were very tasty

My daughter and I had a couples massage with Stella and her colleague. My daughter had a chocolate massage, and I had 20 minutes of intense kneading. The experience was very pleasant

It's just what we wanted for this holiday after a stressful couple of years. If you're more adventurous and want to explore traditional Greek Old towns, then you may be disappointed

The beach is also very nice, but watch your steps! There are jellyfishes sometimes! But anyways, I reccomend you to visit this hotel during summer vacation! It's great experience!

The beach, metres from our room, is one of best I've been to in Greece. Soft, gently shelving sand into crystal clear water with enough complimentary sunbeds to ensure we never struggled to find a great spot

where to start, first off, this resort is not a 5*. It may be on paper but for service and variety it is not. On arrival you only get one bottle of water in the fridge for a Junior suite with a private pool room

I do understand some comments about the food - if you're not keen on fish, beef or pork you may struggle with the choices available, however, I was more than happy with the food at every meal & so was my partner - he also loved the gyros served at the pool bar where there was a good selection of snacks & salads all day

This is also the same in the evening for the main restaurant food and the same hot food is put on both sides. It seems pointless and was the main reason we ate out 5 nights of the 10 night stay

There is no pool side service or beach service or even room service for the beach front private pool rooms. Unlike actual 5* resorts you usually get a scan to order a QR code for drinks

The grounds are well kept and the rooms are clean and spacious, the cleaners are the star of the show and work wonders. The food whilst nice enough gets very repetitive very quickly

Breakfast is the same offering each and every day, mostly catering to the Germans on site, so get German sausage and omelette of the day eggs and two trays of bacon

Elvira (maybe I got her name wrong) in reservations who helped me a lot to book the room, she assured me that everything is as trip. com says and finally I made the decision to book it!! Ms

unbelievable kind hosts. staff was incredibly polite and attentive. nice and decent meals. excellent position. right on the beach. lot of pools. large parking. very pet friendly.

There are only two things that make this hotel a 5* which are the location and the staff. In particular, Dora, George at the beachbar, Evangelina and the young daytime receptionist who couldn't do enough for you

Who charges you to use a pool in a 5* hotel?? We had a beachfront bungalow the location of which was perfect. The housekeeping staff are fabulous but even they can't improve the worn out decor

Maria at the reception is very kind and always smiling!!! Ms. Evangelia, the public relations manager, is very sweet and kind to inform us about everything that interests us!! Ms

The restaurant staff also worked very hard and always had a smile. The food was absolutely fine for a buffet with some good choices however, no sign of the al a carte restaurant

Best buffet in the world!!! Truly we couldn’t stop eating haha . Our room was very nice. Lovely pools . Really kids and family friendly. The water park is amazing also for adults

My stay at The Royal Senses Hotel in Crete was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining modern luxury with traditional Cretan touches that create a tranquil and inviting atmosphere

Property was visually beautiful. Lots of nice pools and great views. We were switched into a different room “equivalent” than what was booked. Need to have a car rented or you will be stuck in the property

Value for the money was not there
