Everything was perfect! The food is very nice, the rooms are spacious and very clean! The sun beds are really comfortable and the hotel is next to the beach! I recommend it!!

The rooms do not look like the ones promissed on Booking. The bathrooms are old and look really bad. There is a good variety of food for breakfast but it does get boring during a 7 day stay

The staff are nice and friendly and the wifi is strong. The entire island kept having power outages and the hotel doesn't have a backup generator so there was no electricity in the hotel

Sea in this area is a bit colder, but really refreshing during hot day. You can also use hotel pool with "warm" watter. This wasnt for sure our last stay :)

Wow what can I say, a little piece of heaven on earth. A traditional family run hotel and restaurant at a beach location. Renowned Greek hospitality is ever present. We have never been made to feel more welcome

The beds are comfortable (we asked for extra pillows and sheets and this was no problem at all), the pool/beach area is great, all the staff are very friendly and great to talk to

We are halfway through our stay here and are finding it so relaxing. This is a typical family run Greek hotel with great family service

We stayed here for 5 nights, the owner is very friendly and allowed us to check in very late due to our flight, greeting us with water and getting us sorted

For the price we paid, the hotel was more than adequate, we didn't do anything more than sleep there, so it made for a very suitable base

There was a slight mixup with rooms, which he went out of his way to resolve for us

We only stayed for a couple of nights so the room didn't need to be cleaned so not an issue like in other reviews. Staff were friendly and helpful, there's a great little supermarket close by too, handy for little bits

The breakfast is also good, it’s decent and fresh with a cheap price added to your room but definitely worths it because you’ll spend much more money if you want to have the same breakfast anywhere else on the island

The review is based on the category and the prices of the hotel. We stayed at a deluxe room for 7 days with breakfast. Cleaning 10/10 We were informed that the cleaning is made upon request to the reception

The room was shining when we entered. We asked 1 time to clean the room and 3 times to change towels, and the sweet lady that took our requests, cleaned it all of the 3 times which was heartwarming

Rooms are a good size and very comfortable, with working AC and a lovely little balcony. There was also a fridge in the room. Given the high prices generally in Kos, the room was good value

Air conditioner was not working properly but since we only stayed for one night we didn't bother to do something. The location of the hotel is really good, close to the beaches and city center

There's also a supermarkt next door which is very handy. There's a pier just a few meters at the other side of the road aswell, in case you want to swim in the sea too

Excellent little bar and grill in kephalos! Went for the XL Ribeye steak and was not disappointed - food was cooked to perfection and the large selection of wines on offer just made the meal

Would recommend a visit here for the views and atmosphere - it is a little pricier than other restaurants but still worth the visit!

There are three swimming pools - one with 3 slides, the larger one with attractions for children and the largest one typically for relaxing and swimming

Our stay at Kipriotis Village Resort has been nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, the staff have been extremely helpful and welcoming

next to the largest there is a snack bar where they serve the best gyros. There is also a bar with all kinds of drinks and spirits by each pool. The hotel area itself is very well-kept and ideal for walks

Throughout our stay, she has looked after us and treated our kids with the utmost care, making us feel truly valued

Paula and mamo are the best animation team rhe beer pong is great, food is also great we were on the top floor of the hotel and it had the best view of the world, red sky bar for sunsets and a taxi to Kos is only 10 euro, the snacks at the pool are also great

Dining and Restaurant: The hotel restaurant was spacious, offering a wide variety of food options, though the menu was somewhat repetitive, which could be challenging, especially for younger guests

There are some suggestions to improve: - the food needs to be titled - water dispensers separate from the bar or even bottles / otherwise long waiting for just water - exclude paper cups - hand out some information about program and make sure to update the app (we came down to the beach to have Pizza assuming it closes at 6pm but we were told it closes at 4pm) - have kids animators in the club who...

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist, making us feel welcomed. The location was ideal, just a short walk from various attractions

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a complimentary drink by the pool whilst the check-in paper work was completed. Throughout our stay ALL the staff were extremely polite and efficient

My boyfriend and I stayed one week at the Kipriotis Maris Suites with an all inclusive package. The village was huge and offered a lot of services (restaurant, bar, swimmingpools, minimarket and sunbeds on the beach)

Thanks to the receptionists that suggested us escursions and things to do in the city, especially to the only one that spoke in Italian (sorry but I don't remember her name)

We loved the atmosphere and the peace of this place and we recommend it to couples or families that want to enjoy the sea, the view and the beauty of the coast. Excellent quality-price ratio!

Just not a 5 star hotel in anyway so dont expect one it a 3 plus everything from food to drinks were average and the rooms not the best and some very far away up steep hills and steps not much room round the pool either

The hotel grounds are stunning, green palm trees everywhere and maintained very well. Little chickens out the front and super friendly little cats wandering about, everyone loved them as very sweet

Why people say it's not enough is beyond me, it was all amazing! I'd forgotten about the hotel tax on arrival, so keep in mind as it's classed as 5 stars it's the top end of €15 night

We had a lovely stay in the Superior Suite room with sea view. We are a family of three with a five year old child. The room was a lovely size, the staff were fantastic and accommodating

It's a bit of a walk into the town proper, but manageable. Plenty of nice places to eat nearby. Rooftop bar is lovely in the evening. We definitely recommend this hotel, especially for a romantic getaway

We stayed one night as we were catching a ferry in the morning. Very attractive hotel a 10 minute walk to the ferry. Really nice breakfast with a sea view. I'm sure a lovely place for a week holiday.

We enjoyed the wonderful beach just a few steps from the hotel. Very few places produce the childish sadness when it's time to leave. Triton was defntely one of them

The place place where we stayed was an ağartment flat with two bedrooms,two bathrooms, and a big living room with an American kitchen. We spent a lot of time at the balcony, which was as big as a room

We spent about 7 hours on a beach DAILY, it was nice and windy, the vibe is private and small

The hotel is an easy walk to the town and only a few minutes to the beach and marina where there are lots of good restaurants and bars. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel

This family run hotel is a favourite with us, we have been coming here since 2012, we have stayed in the apartments which were renovated two years ago and are spacious with a lovely walk in shower and everything you need should you wish to fend for yourselves

This says it all to me, people from not only the United Kingdom but all over Europe come back time after time because the hospitality is spot on. The Kappas family go above and beyond to make your stay the very best

Nothing is too much trouble for them whether it be recommending and booking a restaurant for you, explaining various trips you could go on, where to hire a car, the list is endless

From greeting you at reception to pouring your first cold drink they are always smiling and treat everyone like they’re part of their Greek family! The apartments are very modern and have everything that you would need and this winter the hotel rooms are going to be renovated to a similar high standard so I’m looking forward to seeing these next year

Having visited on many occasions we simply keep coming back for not only the weather but the fact that we’ve made so many friends over the years at the hotel

Two balconies, two bathrooms and cleaned every day. There's a private beach area etc etc. We're already planning on returning this year. Not so much · You have to cross the road to get to the private beach

There is beach access across the road with sun beds but we spent lots of time by the pool as so many nice shaded seating options

Theology has as much cocktail knowledge as any London mixologist so we enjoyed her creations around the pool and Keno , whose service at the bar & restaurant with a smile was so professional yet relaxed

But the road is not busy and is not an issue. The cyclists are more frequent. Just like most Greek islands, parts of the beach have pebbles. it is recommended to have rock hopper shoes

Stayed here as a single parent with a 9 year old daughter in August 2025. We had a Seaview double room which was kept spotlessly clean with the daily maid service

I was surprised by the familiar atmosphere in that hotel. The reception was on a incredible high standard and also Jimmy the Barkeeper prepared us some very good cocktails while we could watch the football game

The room came with everything you need for your stay including an iron & board which came in handy as I'm not the best suitcase packer. The hotel itself is also kept very clean and we'll maintained

Shout out to Dimitris (Jimmy) in the bar who gave lots of advice about where to go and places to eat and also for getting us drunk. Worth every penny!! We will definitely return soon!!!

Staff are so so helpful and friendly. The rooms are great size and spotless. Pre warning had to pay for aircon but we didn’t mind. Would return here and highly recommend it

Absolutely beautiful hotel overlooking the sea. Well appointed simple rooms, water and mini wine in fridge with a couple of local pastries. Perfectly placed to walk into town, but quietly placed away from noise

There is some music from the bar next door, but with the door closed it is not audible. Generally you are outside of the crowdedness in this hotel. The views from the balconies are absolutely stunning

I stayed here in June for a couple of days – perfectly located a bit off the beaten path, so you can enjoy peace and quiet, yet still close enough to the city center

Rooms seem recently decorated with nice features however bathrooms are dated. We didn’t use the pool due to lack of seating and space. Also most balconies are overlooked

So was a bit tricky if you wanted to cook a meal we ate out every night & made the most amazing cheese toasty's other than that can't fault the place. we have just booked to return next year

We have been coming here for 27 years, this time with three generations for 1-3 weeks. The value for money is unbeatable. The rooms are perfectly fine and clean, with a wonderful view

There is a lovely atmosphere (and lounge music) by the pool. The beach is indeed natural (as described in the brochure) with many stones/rocks. In October, there were free sunbeds everywhere

Rooms nice and clean although could do with modernising. Although have to pay for sunbeds. Hotel is on a mountain so very steep. You do have a mini bus to take u too and from rooms. From shops and restaurants/bars etc
