They clean the rooms every day if you want and change your towels. The air conditioning was a real lifesaver during the hot days — it kept our room cool and stopped us from sweating all the time

Clean rooms, kind stuff and at the heart of the town for a reasonable price

Location We had bicycles, which was ideal — although you could walk everywhere, we just preferred bikes. The hotel is right behind the city centre. Walking to the city took us 5 minutes, same with the beach

The location is also not too busy; the only thing we heard were a few cars passing by, and that’s it. Very nice location-wise, I must say. Room and hotel The room we stayed in was clean, cool, and nicely decorated

When my girlfriend and I were about to go back home, we thought she had lost her ID, and the front office employee immediately offered to call the restaurant we had visited to make sure it wasn’t there

nice and clean hotel. the room space is more than enough. the pool bar is also good. the breakfast was better than most of the hotels in Greece.

We stayed here first and last night of our holiday before taking the ferry to get to and from Patmos. Our flight to Kos was delayed 2 1/2hours so it was gone 11. 00pm before we arrived, so straight up to the room

Rooms are tired and there's 6a lot of noise from the street. But breakfast is great, and the rooftop pool terrace was the best!

The rooms are very comfortable, equipped with everything you need, excellent bathroom with roomy shower. Breakfast is more than adequate and sets you up nicely for that day, and the resident parrot is very entertaining

We only stayed here for one night as we were travelling the next day. Room 200 was for 3 people and was very comfortable and clean with free water in the fridge. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and beanbag loungers

I have nothing but praise for this hotel. The location is perfect, the hotel is extremely clean, the staff is always smiling and friendly, the breakfast is delicious and varied, for me the best ever in 3-star hotels

We went self catering, but eat out most of the time. I would comment that the kitchen utensils & cups etc were spotless. The pool was a traditional rectangular shape & although quite big, it did tend to get over crowded

weird? cheese and ham, not much choice really. The best option was yogurt + cereals + honey. I guess breakfasts served in the pool bar are way better, just cost additional money

Our apt had a kitchen with two single beds & a bedroom with double bed. The rooms were made up every day & were clean, comfortable & spacious. A special thanks to our cleaner Anna & her ever smiling, friendly colleagues

The hotel is made up of several blocks. We stayed in a first floor one bed apartment in one of the new blocks. Check in was easy & throughout our stay the reception staff were very helpful, including arranging car hire

You can do a day trip to Bodrum, Turkey which is very close, but we didn't bother. Our favourite beaches were Lambi (north side of Kos town), Tingaki (North coast & miles of sandy beach) & Kardamena on the South coast

Once you know your way around, there is a large free car park near to town, to save your legs & avoid the cyclists LOL. Kos town & harbour were buzzing & suitable for all ages. A lot of history, shops & restaurants

As the sun sets, the breeze flows and the music plays, it’s a place to relax and unwind. We will definitely be returning here and bringing our children to enjoy the next experience with us! Josh & Beth :)

My family stayed at the hotel next door; the Pantheon View. Our hotel didn’t have food due to the families splitting the hotel into two (Pantheon View - bar, hotel, Pantheon - restaurant, hotel)

Kos is a beautiful island but the pantheon made it so much better!! The room was perfect with everything you need, the view was absolutely stunning from wherever you where in the hotel and the staff were so lovely and welcoming

This meant we came over for food on the evenings, the family are so nice and have a lovely little dog called Teddy. We got along with the family very well over the 2 weeks we were there and it was hard to say goodbye

The menus range in food and the food is absolutely delicious, every day they have a new desert of the day, I highly recommend the ice cream cakes, they are incredibly tasty

Nothing is too much for them and make you feel so welcome, This is set up in a hill which is lovely and quiet so if you struggle walking hiring a car to get about is perfect which you can hire at the hotel through Janet or Panos

Like others have said, the rooms are small and dated, but we found that the 80’s decor gave the hotel its charm, and although there were a couple of issues with our room, we didn’t let it bother us, as we were only there for a few days

Quite good hotel with a great owner, pool in the hotel next to it and gym available if you pay. Value for money is perfect and location is near to the sea. Shower is not the best but for the price you cant expect more

This hotel deserves more than 2**. It's severe with basic amenities, but with great location, clean rooms (they are cleaned almost every day, including towel and linen change) and contributes full breakfast

We loved staying at Yiorgos hotel! The rooms are great, breakfast is yummy (and included!) and the staff are very friendly and hospitable!

For the money it costs, and the star rating, I could happily recommend if you needed somewhere to use as a base. The only real issue we found is that the sound travels throughout the hotel because the walls are very thin

The beds are comfortable and clean with the best pillows for a good night's sleep. There is a snack bar with very reasonable drinks and lunch options. The pool area is clean with plenty of sunbeds and a large deep pool

The pool is loveley but never many people using it with always sunbeds available

I have to say Chrisoula did her best to make things better but the fact is that this hotel needs desperately upgrading a lot and I said this so no surprise and the family know this but alas I feel this won’t happen which is a shame as it is potentially very good with money spent and it is in a good spot with a nice pool and surroundings

Shower-head falling off hook frequently,poor pressure and grubby inside due to age. towels rail fell off minute 1 and left off

This is a really relaxing laid back hotel, great views of the beach and chapel, very comfy beds and very clean. The staff a friendly and chatty, the food is lovely and plentiful with drinks in a chilled glass

Just back from staying at ionikos with my daughter. From the minute we arrived we felt welcome. The rooms are clean with a kettle, fridge and hairdryer

Just stayed at Koala hotel kos, this hotel is spotlessly clean the staff are so nice and helpful nithing is to much for them, the rooms a cleaned daily towels changed every 2 days, breakfast was good a lot of choice, couldn't have asked for more, aircon is at a charge but that is ok, its a 2 star hotel should definitely be a higher star rating

We had initially arrived at the hotel at 2am, tired and hungry from travelling, and the receptionist had offered to kindly help us out by ordering some tasty food to the hotel

The location of the hotel is amazing because you are very close to the town centre and you have 3 markets that are very close to the hotel

The Personnel was very nice, the manager of the hotel Dimitris is a really nice person and also other personnel is very helpful

Easily the best meals we had in Kefalos. The service was superb and the food really was something else. Both the grilled Octopus (with bacon jam) and Vegan Burger were some of best food we have ever eaten

Came twice during our week to Kos, amazing cocktails but on the slightly higher side for Kefalos but very very good. Had the buffalo burger both times and quiet possibly one of the best burgers I've ever had

Sydney bar & grill was just fantastic. The food was amazing the service and staff are so friendly and even got to use the shishas which was a nice treat indeed! Amazing music choices too

I highly recommend this bar/restaurant for a night out. You can even stay there which i found out on my last evening of the holiday

If you are seeking for the original greek hospitality this is the place! The rooms are very nice and clean. You are provided with everything you need: clean sheets every two days and extra towels for the beach 🏖️

The best accomodation in Kefalos, probably in all of Kos island. Barbara is one of the best guests I've had so far, very nice and welcoming

It's a family business and you feel instantly the warmth and hospitality, something you can not experience at the big fancy hotels

It's quiet and suitable for families with or without children. The breakfast buffet has a big variety for everyone's taste

Myself and my fiance stayed here for 10 nights. The food was really nice despite reviews and all of the staff were so friendly. About a 25/30 minute walk from the Kos town, so not ridiculously out of the way, but quiet

The bar was always open though everyday and night with music. Even the reception staff were so nice and welcoming. This hotel is not just 5 stars to us but 100. Fantastic hotel and holiday and cannot wait to return

We got a penalty ticket (completely unrelated to the hotel) and the staff were so helpful with helping us to translate it, how we can pay it and showing us where on Google maps

Entertainment was catered for all age groups, at least 4 times a week, the night when there wasnt give us chance to see the town and harbour at night and how beautiful it was

My fiance loves eggs and bacon, the waiter would offer and make it for her every morning for about 3 mornings when they began closing their restaurant

The beds are comfortable (we asked for extra pillows and sheets and this was no problem at all), the pool/beach area is great, all the staff are very friendly and great to talk to

The only cons I would say are paying for air conditioning (€7 per day) and paying for sunbeds on the beach (€6) Other than that, we would visit again

Room was small, for 2 people. No room to open suitcases or store them. Bins emptied daily, but towels and bedding only changed twice in our 10 day stay

Beds are comfy and rooms are fit for needs as you spend all your day outside. Pool is great and so close to beach every morning

There is a fee for beach sunbeds and other added features like air con but that's to be expected. So anyone who complains is just silly. Cleaning staff in every day fresh sheets and towels and cleaned our room spotless

The bathroom was even smaller. Feet in the shower cubicle when you sat on the toilet. Two mornings in a row there was no milk at breakfast and the coffee machine was out of order aswell

There's also a bus stop a few meters away from the hotel as well as a small grocery store just around the corner. Breakfast is served every morning. Although not on the "gourmet side", it's adequate and tasty

Although not very spacious, our room conveniently accommodated two people and their luggage. The room is not luxury but is functional and clean. AC is also available but it comes with an extra charge of 6 Euros per day

The room was cleaned every day. The hotel, in general, looked clean. The staff were excellent -polite and helpful

Room and bathroom were cozy for 2 guests, but we had a nice balcony to sit on (and when you're in Kos, you won't be spending much time in your hotelroom anyway)

The hotel is located across the street from the Kos marina and within walking distance from the port and old town. There are several eating places in the neighborhood including some good restaurants

Swimming pool was lovely and clean 5 mins walk to the beach. Remember to buy beach shoes because of the pebbles. Plenty of places that you can hire sunbeds some are free if you buy drinks and snacks from

Outside rainbow restaurant were 5 euro each and we bought lunch there to which was delicious and we had 2 evening meals Supermarket 1 min walk away We booked the 3 island cruise boat trip with JD tours that was brilliant

An absolute little gem of a hotel. The hotel is a family run establishment. It’s exceptionally clean throughout. The pool is lovely and lovely sun lounges too. The family were very helpful and fun

Owners are friendly and welcoming. the rooms are traditionally greek. 2 single beds together and TV and fridge in the room and we had free WiFi. Air conditioning for a extra cost I think 8 euro a night

The garden area is well maintained as is the pool. We paid extra for air conditioning 7e per day, safety deposit in reception a small charge and tourist tax is 1

Fantastic place, ideal for those, who wont to really relax. Hotel run by a friendly family, who took care of everything. Very clean and pleasant everywhere. A family atmosphere prevailed every day

I’ve stayed here three times and booked to return. It’s clean (cleaned daily apart from Sunday, towels and sheets regularly changed) it’s a great location, family owned who are kind and welcoming

The Aircon is extra but well worth it. The room is kept clean and tidy and the girl on reception in the evening is lovely. Over the road is a great pool and bar to get food and drink which I always use

It is a family owned hotel and the staff are lovely and were happy to help when whenever we needed directions or needed to order a taxi. The hotel rooms are basic but very clean

This is my third time coming here. Love how basic but clean and well looked after it is. The rooms have everything you need. The bed is comfy and the bathroom has a walk in shower. There is a wardrobe and a fridge

I spend little time in the room on holiday so why spend a fortune on something you don't use?! Would certainly return here

Love gaurd at the family pool was by far our favourite she made all the kids feel welcome had a laugh with everyone. Serena was amazing too part of entertainment team, always checking on everyone and making them smile

Loved the resort, entertainment. Only issue we had was closed snack bar, pasta bar, noodle bar and pretty much any food that would interest the kids wasn't available bar chips and sausages from main restaurant

The bar in the hall next to the reception is nice. You can get a drink at the bar (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and get a tasty snack from pastry shop nearby. There's an arcade right next to the reception

There were always plenty of sunbeds and shaded areas available, both by the pools and on the beach, which made relaxing effortless

Room: We had a room I think its called Superior with Pool. It has much space and a balcony with direct access to a shared pool

Food quality was good with some changes throughout our stay (12 nights). There is light entertainment most nights. Free shuttle to beach and back regularly. Public bus to Kos town stops at the Hotel

The restaurant itself offers various food at the buffet. It is all good but there are not many differences between lunch/dinner or even other days. I expected a bit more variety regarding fish

The room though however had a distinct lack of power outlets with the necessity to unplug something to use any personal items. The bathroom has a hair dryer but no other power outlet

There are plenty of sun loungers but you can pay extra to put daybeds by the pool. Can't fault the cleanliness or appearance of the hotel. The studios are quite spacious

Modern clean hotel with lovely Mediterranean planting. Good food, large pool and waterslides. The dining room staff were excellent

The facilities are all well looked after although could do with a refresh. There were always plenty of sunbeds available. Food was great at both the buffet and the two A La carte restaurants

Old town is nice but the area leading up to that from the hotel is a bit run down with rubbish and old broken furniture just left around. Sadly Kos wasn’t for me, I preferred Rhodes

Bar staff were lovely and drinks made with branded spirits. Main negative was from our room from around midnight through until the morning all you could hear was cockerels crowing

We visited this hotel for 10 nights in September The hotel is situated around 15 mins from Kos Town and is very isolated with no shops apart from an internal hotel shop which is well stocked but no magazines or books It’s classed as a five star which it clearly is not but that seems a ploy for the tourist tax I’m sure 20 years ago it was 5 star but it needs significant improvements to attain that...

Room was ok not very clean ,hair all over bath tub and toilet , sheets also had marks on them they havent provided water or coffee or milk other than on the first day of arrival ive had to buy some , I had to ask to borrow an iron , the hairdryer is on the wall so old fashioned,doesn't dry hair properly , ive been here 4 days so far not had clean towels , the bar staff are lovely, the food is OK ,the...

Room is lovely and clean and has everything we need. Lovely clean pool and jacuzzi is great (albeit a little chilly)! Bars are great and staff work really hard to get everyone served quickly

Only thing I would suggest is a little bit of music by the pool, but do understand that’s not everyone’s cup of tea. s very rocky getting into the sea here, so pool shows are a must!

Everything is very clean the rooms are large and well-maintained. The pool is also nice and big, and the location of the pool is amazing because you can see a beautiful view
