Hotels with sea view in Kos

My wife and I stayed there with our son and daughter. It’s a wee bit out the way but there’s a fairly decent bus service or not too expensive taxi ride to Kardamena. Preferred the village to Kos town

What a wonderful family run hotel! Father and son, George and Francis were always available to help to make our holiday a fantastic experience. We will without doubt stay there again in the future.

Absolutely wonderful hotel with a great family of owners, always helpful, very clean rooms, cleaned every day, bed linen and towels in the rooms changed every other day, everything you need, including a fridge, large, clean swimming pool with pleasant, not cold water

I stayed recently at the Sunny View Hotel. George and his son Francis were impeccable hosts and made our short stay unforgettable. This beautiful, clean hotel will be our first choice when we return to Kos.

What a wonderful hotel! The family cannot do enough for you, nothing is any trouble. Beautiful pool and surroundings, the terrace and breakfast area are new and very nice with pool and sea views

There is a Bar-B-Q once a week with dancers and entertainment which is a must! The location is close enough to the town (just a stroll down the beach front), the beach and next to a bus stop which runs frequently

The rooms are very comfortable, equipped with everything you need, excellent bathroom with roomy shower. Breakfast is more than adequate and sets you up nicely for that day, and the resident parrot is very entertaining

I have nothing but praise for this hotel. The location is perfect, the hotel is extremely clean, the staff is always smiling and friendly, the breakfast is delicious and varied, for me the best ever in 3-star hotels

We stayed here first and last night of our holiday before taking the ferry to get to and from Patmos. Our flight to Kos was delayed 2 1/2hours so it was gone 11. 00pm before we arrived, so straight up to the room

We discovered it was about a 15 minute walk from the ferry port. No taxis to greet incoming passengers off a ferry, but thanks to Google maps we made it to the hotel on foot

Breakfast the next morning was good, only thing lacking perhaps was some fresh fruit. Apart from that plenty of other choices. On our return we arrived mid-afternoon

Rooms are tired and there's 6a lot of noise from the street. But breakfast is great, and the rooftop pool terrace was the best!

The swimmingpool and the space for laying in the sun is really big

Fantastic Staff, very professional, kind and always willing to help, which is not always a thing - thank you! Location is also good, not that far from city center (about 20 mins walk)

Very nice swimming pool area along with great snack bar - good food, decent prices. The rooms and especially toilets need immediate renovation. Also, the less said about the breakfasts included in the booking, the better

Our apt had a kitchen with two single beds & a bedroom with double bed. The rooms were made up every day & were clean, comfortable & spacious. A special thanks to our cleaner Anna & her ever smiling, friendly colleagues

Its really nice, the rooms are really big, and the people are friendly. The place is 20minut walk to the city. So if you want some rest its the perfect place to be

The hotel is made up of several blocks. We stayed in a first floor one bed apartment in one of the new blocks. Check in was easy & throughout our stay the reception staff were very helpful, including arranging car hire

As the sun sets, the breeze flows and the music plays, it’s a place to relax and unwind. We will definitely be returning here and bringing our children to enjoy the next experience with us! Josh & Beth :)

My family stayed at the hotel next door; the Pantheon View. Our hotel didn’t have food due to the families splitting the hotel into two (Pantheon View - bar, hotel, Pantheon - restaurant, hotel)

Kos is a beautiful island but the pantheon made it so much better!! The room was perfect with everything you need, the view was absolutely stunning from wherever you where in the hotel and the staff were so lovely and welcoming

This meant we came over for food on the evenings, the family are so nice and have a lovely little dog called Teddy. We got along with the family very well over the 2 weeks we were there and it was hard to say goodbye

The menus range in food and the food is absolutely delicious, every day they have a new desert of the day, I highly recommend the ice cream cakes, they are incredibly tasty

Now with their new addition of the restaurant dining view, overlooking the sea and giving you a cooler location to eat. The drink and food menu’s are just as we’d have liked

Like others have said, the rooms are small and dated, but we found that the 80’s decor gave the hotel its charm, and although there were a couple of issues with our room, we didn’t let it bother us, as we were only there for a few days

Quite good hotel with a great owner, pool in the hotel next to it and gym available if you pay. Value for money is perfect and location is near to the sea. Shower is not the best but for the price you cant expect more

This hotel deserves more than 2**. It's severe with basic amenities, but with great location, clean rooms (they are cleaned almost every day, including towel and linen change) and contributes full breakfast

We loved staying at Yiorgos hotel! The rooms are great, breakfast is yummy (and included!) and the staff are very friendly and hospitable!

For the money it costs, and the star rating, I could happily recommend if you needed somewhere to use as a base. The only real issue we found is that the sound travels throughout the hotel because the walls are very thin

If you are seeking for the original greek hospitality this is the place! The rooms are very nice and clean. You are provided with everything you need: clean sheets every two days and extra towels for the beach 🏖️

The best accomodation in Kefalos, probably in all of Kos island. Barbara is one of the best guests I've had so far, very nice and welcoming

It's a family business and you feel instantly the warmth and hospitality, something you can not experience at the big fancy hotels

It's quiet and suitable for families with or without children. The breakfast buffet has a big variety for everyone's taste

They’re closing for the season today, but not once did we feel rushed out of the hotel

Myself and my fiance stayed here for 10 nights. The food was really nice despite reviews and all of the staff were so friendly. About a 25/30 minute walk from the Kos town, so not ridiculously out of the way, but quiet

We got a penalty ticket (completely unrelated to the hotel) and the staff were so helpful with helping us to translate it, how we can pay it and showing us where on Google maps

My fiance loves eggs and bacon, the waiter would offer and make it for her every morning for about 3 mornings when they began closing their restaurant

The doors onto the patio are slightly funky, but we got the hang of it and didn’t really give us an issue. WiFi was a bit choppy at times but for the most part it was fine and fast

The rooms were always clean, they leave water and feed the stray cats

The breakfast is good, only thing is they could maybe switch up what they offer every few days as we were quite bored of it by the end of our trip

If you’re looking for good location over a ‘luxury’ hotel this is perfect. The rooms were always clean and the staff at breakfast were always lovely

The location was fine, rooms were clean, and breakfast was as expected for hotel standards. Our major complaint was that the air-conditioner would shut off after a few hours

Unfortunately I came here while working and the wifi is literally the worst Ive had across 12+ countries and nearly double the amount of hotels

The location is perfect, the pool area is quite small but we always managed to get a bean bag to sit out on. The walls are very thin so if you’re a light sleeper it might be an issue but it was no problem for us

The hotel was overall quite nice. The location is absolutely amazing, being as close to the city center and beach as you could imagine. The staff were incredible, providing excellent service throughout our stay

The bathroom was even smaller. Feet in the shower cubicle when you sat on the toilet. Two mornings in a row there was no milk at breakfast and the coffee machine was out of order aswell

Wow what can I say, a little piece of heaven on earth. A traditional family run hotel and restaurant at a beach location. Renowned Greek hospitality is ever present. We have never been made to feel more welcome

Nice and big, cleaner was in everyday. Left it spotless for us to get back to. What a lively guy who owns it too. We unfortunately needed up with a poorly child and he couldn't do enough to help us out

Called his family doctor and got him to the hotel for us. The evening meals where lovely too. What more could we of asked for. Would definitely return to this hotel

Having to pay extra for the air conditioning dosnt seem right in this day and age. The staff were friendly enough but hotel felt dated

Tiny bathroom, and had to sit on toilet with feet in the shower tray but never mind. Cheap and cheerful though, and you get what you pay for

Rooms were perfect for us, big fridge, balcony, good showers, always cleaned, a safe and air conditioning. In a prime location! Again, the staff were lovely, family run. 30pm and we had to check out at 12pm

We, a family of five, had an incredibly happy and peaceful time at the hotel. The hotel has been renovated, and the rooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean. I highly recommend the breakfast

they do everything to make you feel comfortable. I got a room there during high season when I had to change plans from one day to the other. they always find a solution even in high-peak times

Boris and family made our day with their hospitality during our day in Kos! We were able to keep our luggage at their hotel while we explored the island and they even helped us carry our bags and drove us to the ferry station

He let us keep our bags in a a safe place whilst we went out to enjoy our last day and let us change in his personal quarter's. Would definitely stay again when we come back to kos ♡

We have had the most amazing time on Kos and used these apartments for our base. It is clean and functional with regular house keeping. The Aircon works well as does the fridge and freezer

Very nice place, in the second main town in kos Island. The owner are very nice, polite and helpful, the room very clean and with the comfort you need for a vacation

Great rooms close to Kardamena centre. Big balconies, comfortable beds and clean. Owners Natasha and George are lovely people and most helpful.

Although we didn't book for breakfast, they provided an electric kettle, cups, mugs, enough water bottles, coffee, and sugar as complimentary in the room, which was enough for our 3-night stay

It is an old 3 star hotel which should be acknowledged. This is reflected in the price. It is well maintoaned and spotlessly clean

Sea view rooms have great views - hotel location is opposite where the boats/ ferries come in. - very small port and no noise

By public bus, anyone can easily travel to Kos town, Tigaki, Kefalos, and even other places, and the public transport is impressive in KOS. We traveled by public transport and enjoyed a lot

High-quality service and highly recommended hotel to stay with family. I have visited many European countries but I would say this the most impressive hotel by the service within budget

Eva and George are perfect hosts. The property has large apartments and are reasonably priced. 10 minutes walk to the harbour/beach. Lovely cake left in the apartment and bottled water on arrival

The view is seaside, and the beach is a 10-minute walk away. Eva, the hostess, is very nice. For this price, towels and bed linen are changed every other day, and cleaning is done every other day

I'm very pleased and pleasantly surprised. The rooms are small but adequate, very clean and modest. The kitchen has everything you need. There's a safe and air conditioning

For the price, you get really good accommodation with a bathroom and kitchen, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a balcony!

All in all it was percect stay for us with an 8 month old baby your in the center of the town but when you close the window you cant hear the noise…my baby slept well thru the night… i would comeback to stay at jasmine again and definetly recommend this place as well…

It was an amazing experience , the room was spacious the bathroom was newly renovated… the kitchen was equipped with the essential stuff… the aprtment itself is clean very clean for that matter…

Everybody was nice and the location was perfect to go around town and the beach side…

The only other thing that aren’t good is the small shower. The rooms are great with a small kitchen for making the and coffee. The beds are really good for Kos standard. AC in both rooms and the balcony is ok

Location is perfect and you don’t hear the noice from the surroundings. The hotel is small with few rooms and only staff at daytime. We only got one key to the hotel and the room witch is a negative factor

The view from the balcony - the sea and the pool with columns. On the beach we liked the unusual beds "shells", when it was particularly windy, they helped a lot

Our stay at Kipriotis Village Resort has been nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, the staff have been extremely helpful and welcoming

The pools are fantastic, the food is delicious with plenty of variety, and the overall atmosphere is brilliant. Any help we’ve needed has always been provided without hesitation

The bar in the hall next to the reception is nice. You can get a drink at the bar (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and get a tasty snack from pastry shop nearby. There's an arcade right next to the reception

There are some suggestions to improve: - the food needs to be titled - water dispensers separate from the bar or even bottles / otherwise long waiting for just water - exclude paper cups - hand out some information about program and make sure to update the app (we came down to the beach to have Pizza assuming it closes at 6pm but we were told it closes at 4pm) - have kids animators in the club who...

We were on our family holiday in here and we spent here about 7 days. The rooms are quite big and nice. We checked in after 12PM with no problems whatsoever

Food quality was good with some changes throughout our stay (12 nights). There is light entertainment most nights. Free shuttle to beach and back regularly. Public bus to Kos town stops at the Hotel

The room though however had a distinct lack of power outlets with the necessity to unplug something to use any personal items. The bathroom has a hair dryer but no other power outlet

Even though this Hotel is a 4 star Hotel it attracts the Governments luxury tourist taxes for most of the peak season , so factor that into your costs along with the type of room you need or require

) The beach is across a road from the hotel. It has nice loungers etc and a small bar but you have to walk back up to the hotel for the toilet. Disappointing how much rubbish was left lying around the beach

The facilities are all well looked after although could do with a refresh. There were always plenty of sunbeds available. Food was great at both the buffet and the two A La carte restaurants

Old town is nice but the area leading up to that from the hotel is a bit run down with rubbish and old broken furniture just left around. Sadly Kos wasn’t for me, I preferred Rhodes

Bar staff were lovely and drinks made with branded spirits. Main negative was from our room from around midnight through until the morning all you could hear was cockerels crowing

We arrived after a late flight and received a warm welcome and were provided with food and water in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the hotel

It really disturbed our nights sleep for the first couple of nights, but slowly got used to it. I think the rooms were good but could do with lightening up

Only thing I would suggest is a little bit of music by the pool, but do understand that’s not everyone’s cup of tea. s very rocky getting into the sea here, so pool shows are a must!

We visited this hotel for 10 nights in September The hotel is situated around 15 mins from Kos Town and is very isolated with no shops apart from an internal hotel shop which is well stocked but no magazines or books It’s classed as a five star which it clearly is not but that seems a ploy for the tourist tax I’m sure 20 years ago it was 5 star but it needs significant improvements to attain that...

The staff went above and beyond with their hospitality, always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with a smile especially the manager, and Natalia and Abi, Alex, always helpful, nothing was ever to much trouble, the lovely maintenance gentlemen, so helpful and just lovely attitude, everyone in the reception, restaurant, pool bar and the hotel bar just excellent customer service, multilingual,...

6 star hotels I'm unable I'm from us to explain how beautiful this five-star resort is it is comforting it is kind of manager is a professional I am wheelchair about I had a below the knee amputation in US exit 7 and I've been traveling through Portugal Spain Roma Greece and now I'm in Turkey he is and they are five star

We had a truly wonderful 10 days family holiday here.   From the moment we arrived, the reception was warm and welcoming and a late night snack was brought to our bedroom as we arrived in the middle of the night

Good choice of cocktails too! Buffet is pretty much the norm for all inc. Staff again work really hard to keep on top of the cleaning and always with a smile. All in all I would totally recommend

I also had the pleasure of meeting the hotel manager Mr George who was incredibly kind, courteous, and helpful. His approach to guests definitely elevates the entire establishment and makes the stay even more special

The food is very delicious, especially since it’s free, and the drinks are also free. That’s why staying at Kipriotis Panorama Hotel and Suites is really worth it for a vacation

Kos town, again out right, left at the end and follow the road round past all the beach clubs 20 mins you hit the harbour however just before the harbour all sitting on the sea edge is a choice of fish restaurants (& a Chinese) to choose from they are in some cases pretentious not my personal choice of places to eat

I really enjoyed my stay here, beautiful hotel. Staff were friendly as soon as we arrived. Room had everything we needed with a nice balcony and cleaned everyday. Both pool areas were nice and quiet
