Hotels with sea view in Kos

Just returned home from this lovely little place. The most stunning grounds and the sea so blue. The pools are lovely and quiet and not a sunbed war in sight. Staff are so lovely and very accomadating

There is a bus just outside reception to take you into Kardamena, which is a must. No good for kids, they would be bored unless they are very little, and just happy with pools and the sea

If I could give more stars I would , I can not fault this hotel , it's like it's run by a family , so clean all staff are excellent, they try to learn your names , there all super friendly ,food is supper, different every day , good choice , the rooms cleaned everyday , towels fresh , would defo go back , in fact we started looking for next year , Hope it does not change Many thanks

Lovely small and very friendly hotel. Have had a fabulous 10 nights here. Great if you want a nice chilled quiet holiday. Staff are fantastic and go above and beyond. Special thanks to Ida, Valeria, Panos and Cosmos

Excellent food both for breakfast and dinner. Last but not least, staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to make your stay that much more special. Overall a great stay and will for sure come back

If there was a higher score we’d rate it higher,the hotel was lovely,food great,rooms,great comfortable and clean. A nice quiet location but a bus stop at the entrance takes you to kardamena for €2

Last but not least I particularly enjoyed their breakfast sitting in front of the sea

Fantastic family hotel - we go regularly and always enjoy our stay. Staff could not be more welcoming and location, facilities and accommodation are really good value for money

Breakfasts are varied and good in quality and Covid measures reassuring

this family-run hotel is like a home away from home. We felt very comfortable during our stay and everything was made possible to accommodate our needs

For example, we were upgraded to a sea-view room because the hotelmanager said it was available and thought we would like it (we LOVED it!). The staff is so very, very nice

The rooms are big enough for two persons, there is a small but nice looking bathroom, an AC and a fridge. The area of Kefalos beach feels like it never really recovered from the financial crisis

Room had air conditioning which there is no charge for, a small fridge and a balcony with table and chairs. Pool with a pool bar which serves quality food from 1000 - 1600, good choice selection and all cooked from fresh

Rooms are nice and tidy, most, if not all rooms also have a balcony which is reasonably big. The breakfast is good enough, we didn't eat much because we were saving ourselves for restaurants anyway

Family of 4 stayed in a family room with a double bed and bunk bed. Our room had ample storage for us all and we didn't use some drawers or clothes rail

Hotel is a short walk from the main street (around 5-10minutes) and is up a hill a bit - this didn't bother us but might not suit the less mobile

Have come here a couple of times my gf first stayed here 20 years ago. Your treated like family such a beautiful chilled out place

There is free coffee and juice as well for the breakfast so if you want to, you can just go get a cup of coffee

Kos is a beautiful island but the pantheon made it so much better!! The room was perfect with everything you need, the view was absolutely stunning from wherever you where in the hotel and the staff were so lovely and welcoming

Great hotel! This is our third summer holiday in a row here. The setting is breathtaking, the rooms are clean and comfy. The owners and staff go that extra mile to ensure your stay is perfect. Highly recommended.

We had the best stay at the Pantheon Hotel. Beautiful views both day and night. Staff especially Janet made our stay extra special- they all made us feel welcome and made us feel right at home

A gorgeous spot with even more gorgeous hospitality! Travelling as a large family group with both an octogenarian and teenagers to please, we couldn’t have chosen a better place

Dinner was great, there were plenty of food options (even as a vegetarian, which I was pleasantly surprised with). Breakfast, on the other hand, was pretty simple

Like others have said, the rooms are small and dated, but we found that the 80’s decor gave the hotel its charm, and although there were a couple of issues with our room, we didn’t let it bother us, as we were only there for a few days

Quite good hotel with a great owner, pool in the hotel next to it and gym available if you pay. Value for money is perfect and location is near to the sea. Shower is not the best but for the price you cant expect more

This hotel deserves more than 2**. It's severe with basic amenities, but with great location, clean rooms (they are cleaned almost every day, including towel and linen change) and contributes full breakfast

We loved staying at Yiorgos hotel! The rooms are great, breakfast is yummy (and included!) and the staff are very friendly and hospitable!

For the money it costs, and the star rating, I could happily recommend if you needed somewhere to use as a base. The only real issue we found is that the sound travels throughout the hotel because the walls are very thin

All in all it was percect stay for us with an 8 month old baby your in the center of the town but when you close the window you cant hear the noise…my baby slept well thru the night… i would comeback to stay at jasmine again and definetly recommend this place as well…

Perfect rooms, excellent location and staff very clean rooms and very comfortable ,fantastic view We had a grade holidays. We were in the center of Kos town in front of Kos port. We are looking to visit again this place

It was an amazing experience , the room was spacious the bathroom was newly renovated… the kitchen was equipped with the essential stuff… the aprtment itself is clean very clean for that matter…

Everybody was nice and the location was perfect to go around town and the beach side…

The only other thing that aren’t good is the small shower. The rooms are great with a small kitchen for making the and coffee. The beds are really good for Kos standard. AC in both rooms and the balcony is ok

Location is perfect and you don’t hear the noice from the surroundings. The hotel is small with few rooms and only staff at daytime. We only got one key to the hotel and the room witch is a negative factor

Well this may state 2 star hotel but I think it should be at least 3 star and the service/reception you receive from Nistar and all the staff is defintely 5 star , Clean rooms breakfast plentyful good choice available across road from beach bars and resturants , book early to avoid disapointment , Lovely pool easy to access comfortable sunbeds , All on the flat We will definately be back , Thank you

Intercity bus stop is located near the hotel. The hotel has a nice environment. The rooms have comfortable mattresses, pillows and other necessary things. The bar in the hotel lobby was always especially useful

I was very lucky to spend several wonderful days at this extremely welcoming hotel. This was my second visit there. The location is five-star: beaches and restaurants, shops are within walking distance

We're not really breakfast people - but the snack bar is great value & excellent food. We paid extra for a sea view room - wow it was fantastic, especially at sunset

10 minutes stroll on Sea front there is the main area of Tigaki with plenty of resteraunts and tavernas

Just had a lovely holiday in the Akti. Smaller room than we have normally had but we only slept there. The location, staff and beach over the road are fab. The breakfast is all you need and the snack bar food gorgeous

Stopped twice withina year, staff was brilliant could not do enough for you , food was great , great location if you love the beach and 10 minutes from the strip Nice clean rooms , can't wait to go back

My girlfriend and I stayed at Akti Dimis for 5 days. We had a wonderful time there. The airport ist only 20 minutes by taxi. The beach was the most beautiful i have ever seen and right at the hotel

Our flight was very early in the morning and they even let us have breakfast some minutes earlier. They organized our taxi to the airport succesfully. I can highly recommend a stay at Akti Dimis

Very nice place, ideal for price and comfortable, closely from beach and windsurfing station, shops, but very quiet, nice seaview, even first floor, very hospitable host, big room, balcon, clean room and bed, small kitchen with one burner, but your can use barbeque, swimming pool in other hotel, placed nearly, but your can use it everyday without problems

Can I give five stars twice? Eva and Bill were the nicest hosts we've ever met, they were friendly, helpful and we even got fresh fruit almost every single day as presents. Thanks for everything!

The apartments are pretty standard, a small kitchen, bathroom with shower, a small bedroom with two beds and a nice terrace. The whole apartment was very clean when we arrived

Good location, nice beach, very friendly people. Basic accommodation, fair price. Good free WIFI in apartment. Use of great swimmingpool of neighbour Jack apartments!

The apartment is a 5 minute walk away from the beach and is also close to a local supermarket. The landlords are also very friendly and always ready to help

All in all, while the apartment is not so big, it is still great value for money

Very welcoming staff will do anything for you, great for families, we come back every year here sometimes twice a year, its just a 2 minute walk to the supermarket and not far at all to bars and restaurants

What a lovely relaxing 10 days spent at the elga. Lovely hotel yes the hotel is basic but it was clear and tidy. Cleaned everyday apart from Sunday maids day off but bins were emptied

After reading lots of reviews, it looks like some people want 5* treatment. never gone on holiday to expect toiletries and things provided. but this lovely 2* hotel, is so peaceful and relaxed

Clean linen and towels changed once per 7 days so twice for us as we spent 10 days however if towels needed a change sooner just ask at reception and fresh will be given no problem

Family orientated, Stella, Petros and Leah cannot do enough to help you and if any problems occur and are reported as they happen, they will get it sorted

We had a toaster, kettle and a two ring hob plus cutlery and pots and pans etc. If you don't want to eat out. Staff are lovely and very friendly

If you are seeking for the original greek hospitality this is the place! The rooms are very nice and clean. You are provided with everything you need: clean sheets every two days and extra towels for the beach 🏖️

The best accomodation in Kefalos, probably in all of Kos island. Barbara is one of the best guests I've had so far, very nice and welcoming

A small hotel just by the sea(kind of private beach), five minutes drive to Kardamaina, spacious and comfortable room (the studio) includes coffee machine and good quality bed linens and towels:)

This is exactly what we were looking for and if you're looking for a self service type of accommodation, this is probably the best on Kos when you factor in the private beach, distance to dining, the airport and other attractions

It is a rare place across Europe where you have your private beach. You won't need any parasols because there are huge trees just on the beach. The rooms are expressly spacious and there are enough equipments to cook

Literally right next to the beach, it's a 30 second walk there and the hotel has sun beds out around some of the trees just in front of the beach. The room is spacious with air conditioning and everything we want

Everything was perfect! The food is very nice, the rooms are spacious and very clean! The sun beds are really comfortable and the hotel is next to the beach! I recommend it!!

The rooms do not look like the ones promissed on Booking. The bathrooms are old and look really bad. There is a good variety of food for breakfast but it does get boring during a 7 day stay

The staff are nice and friendly and the wifi is strong. The entire island kept having power outages and the hotel doesn't have a backup generator so there was no electricity in the hotel

location is perfect for exploring in every direction and only about 10 minutes walk to either the beach, the port, or old town. all the staff are very friendly and someones always available on reception

The pool is very good and the location is perfect, you are in the middle of everything. It is very quiet and cozy, without a doubt I would repeat many more times

Close to plenty of bars and restaurants, only 5 minutes to the beach. Great bar and lounge area. Staff always helpful. Pool area gets the afternoon sun.

pool area is good considering its in the town, especially for an afternoon dip and some late sun after the beach

The breakfast is good, only thing is they could maybe switch up what they offer every few days as we were quite bored of it by the end of our trip

Unfortunately I came here while working and the wifi is literally the worst Ive had across 12+ countries and nearly double the amount of hotels

The location is perfect, the pool area is quite small but we always managed to get a bean bag to sit out on. The walls are very thin so if you’re a light sleeper it might be an issue but it was no problem for us

Sea in this area is a bit colder, but really refreshing during hot day. You can also use hotel pool with "warm" watter. This wasnt for sure our last stay :)

Wow what can I say, a little piece of heaven on earth. A traditional family run hotel and restaurant at a beach location. Renowned Greek hospitality is ever present. We have never been made to feel more welcome

The beds are comfortable (we asked for extra pillows and sheets and this was no problem at all), the pool/beach area is great, all the staff are very friendly and great to talk to

If I had one criticism it would be that there is a lack of wardrobe space for 4 of us (but we have brought a LOT of clothes in fairness and we have easily made do)

The air-conditioning you pay extra for (but well worth it), you pay extra for the sunbeds on the beach (but they are very comfortable and the view is amazing)

A bit messy because they push extra chairs and extra makeup table unnecessarily into the room. But the mirror is so low you can't even use it. Tiny fridge that items easly fall out of due to no safety walls inside it
