The culinary experience at Lambia Resort is truly the highlight of the hotel – full of flavor, authenticity, and executed with impeccable organization

My recent stay at Lambia Resort on the island of Kos was not only a relaxing vacation, but also a professionally inspiring experience

At the same time, there was a clear understanding of international guests’ expectations, offering a diverse and inclusive menu without compromising on quality

Air con was very efficient and easy to use, automatic window blinds were great, although because we weren’t overlooked we didn’t need to use them much. Shower pressure was great and always had hot water

My husband and I stayed for a week sept 25 , my first point is I have booked to return this year, using EasyJet. The hotel, room, pool area, pool toilets, breakfast room was spotless clean

From the hotel to the other end of the bay where there are a few more bars and restaurants is a good walk of about twenty mins if you are slow , walking on the sea front there is not for the disabled choose the main road

Breakfast was plenty full , loads of choice , ok you have to wait for the toaster , another one would make it easier but it is Greece and that’s fine ! I love Kefalos it’s quiet, peaceful, no rowdy gangs, just good restaurants and a few good bars nearby

Our room was serviced daily by a pleasant singing mature cleaner who was lovely. The view is amazing of the bay, most of the rooms are on the ground floor and get plenty of shade

There are sun beds belonging to the hotel just down a few steep steps, never crowded always got some with like minded book worms

The restaurant’s food is outstanding and with beautiful unencumbered views of the Egean sea and of Turkey on the background. The restaurant’s live music is sophisticated and romantic, but can disrupt early sleepers

Rooms offer sea view but quite close to the road so some noise A smart choice in a central location

Extraordinary Service, friendly Staff ready to assist, the quality of the food is very good. Small parking space in front of the hotel. The location is close to everything and the views are stunning!

This place was absolutely mind blowing, I sent my parents for a special trip and they were not disappointed. The staff looked after them so well, they upgraded them to a much better Room

The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, with prime views, and very comfortable. The bathroom is particularly spacious, which is quite rare in the Dodecanisos

A small hotel with a calm atmosphere. The quality is slightly above the Greek 3-star standard. Everything is clean and quite working. Food is not hedonistic, but it is fresh and varies every day

Nice Hotel, very friendly staff, good breakfast, the beach was very nice, all in all, everything you expect from a hotel in this price class. The only silly thing was, that you had to pay extra for the air condition

I stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The hotel is lovely and ideally located right by the beach. Rosie and the entire team were so kind and welcoming throughout my stay

Compared to reviews from previous years, the WiFi was available everywhere (and I think even on the beach) and the room air condition was free this year

We liked the beach with sunbeds both on the sand and in the natural shade on the grass under pine trees. We didn't use the swimming pool, beach bar, or the massage service, but other people enjoyed it

Only issue here for me were the cats as few running around the hotel. ️ Beach The hotel has a private beach with a volleyball court. It was quiet, even in peak season, but quite stoney with ample sunbeds

Great Hotel, with good staff you can always Talk to. Nice and clean Rooms just like the whole area

Tv’, safe and ample wardrobe space. The bathroom was modern, with a great shower and complimentary toiletries. Service All staff were consistently pleasant and polite, which made the experience even more enjoyable

Improving transport infrastructure would really benefit guests and the island overall. ✅ Final Verdict Overall, the hotel is a clean, friendly, and relaxing with great food, service, and entertainment

My kids really enjoyed the entertainment team who made them laugh and made their stay feel welcoming. Cleanliness Spotless throughout. Rooms were cleaned daily, and sheets changed every other day

️ Facilities There’s a small but decent gym available—perfect for a quick workout. The buffet was varied and fresh, and each evening featured a different cuisine, which kept things interesting

As a pescatarian, I always found something, though if you’re fully vegetarian, the options might be a bit more limited. There’s also a Gyros snack bar open from lunchtime until dinner serving gyros, toasties, and chips

Huge shoutout to the entertainment team, Charmaine, Jaylin, and Kat, who kept everyone entertained from 10am to 10pm! The buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner had lots of great options

We had a room with a view to the sea wich only a few had. Taxi or bus to Kos city takes like 10 minutes. Not much to see outside of the hotel area

I stayed here with TUI and had an amazing time! We arrived at 1am and were pleasantly surprised to be given packed lunches so we had something to eat after our journey

There was lots to choose from…Football, volleyball, table tennis, darts, dancing, aqua aerobics and the kids club. The rooms were cleaned every day and were very modern. The beds were the comfiest we have ever had

Loved it.. Clear friendly food was fantastic and none wasted. Close to town on a bus route or 10 euros in a cab. Staff kept the bar open on the first night as we were late and dehydrated. Going back again.

There were basic bread rolls, one type of ham and cheese, jam, honey, some boiled eggs (inconsistently cooked), cake, and yogurt with canned peaches. The coffee was okay, but the juice didn’t taste good at all

I stayed at Kos Bay Hotel for one week and overall, I found it to be simple but functional – a decent choice for travelers who mainly want a place to sleep and spend most of their time exploring the island

Room – 4/5 The room was basic but clean and had everything we needed: • Strong air conditioning • Decent fridge with a small freezer compartment • Wi-Fi could be better, but was fine for most things • Only one power outlet near the bed, which was inconvenient • The shower was extremely small, although it was high enaugh, and the water pressure and temperature fluctuated a lot • The chairs on the balcony...

It’s clean, well located, and affordable, but not ideal if you’re looking for a quiet place or modern amenities. I’d recommend it for people who plan to explore the island and just need a place to sleep

Hotel:
The hotel is older, but everything worked fine. The location is okay, but if you plan to go to Kos Town daily, you’ll probably need a bike or some other transport, as it’s about a 20–30 minute walk

The room was always clean, breakfast did its job (nothing special but enough to start the day), and the staff was generally helpful – though it’s true they could be a bit friendlier

Location absolutely excellent,they all so helpful from the guys on reception to the lovely cleaners could not say anything but praise my Mrs being in a wheelchair the staff always on hand to support me to make her holiday special it is with that I would highly recommend, rooms are a little dated but absolutely spotless ,see you soon must have a return best wishes

We loved our stay at the Astron. On arrival we did think the corridor to room and room was a bit tired looking , it was late at night but next morning room is roomy and bright, lovely view of pool

The pool area is perfect the view from the front of hotel is beautiful, unreal location. Lets hope it doesn't change too much only a little bit of a update otherwise its perfect

Always so pleasant and friendly as we came and went. The real wow factor was the view from our balcony, room 205 , absolutely amazing view overlooking the beautiful marina

The apartment was spacious, clean and traditional, with a large double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen area. The bathroom had a bath with shower attachment, toilet, sink and hair-drier

We had a perfect stay at this lovely hotel. A lovely quiet beach is just steps away from the rooms and it is so peaceful yet only a short walk into Kardamena for some great restaurants and shops, car hire, etc

The location right on the crystal clear Aegean Sea is just as fantastic as the beautiful nature, the wonderful garden, the comfortable apartments with great sea view and the very nice and hospitable owner Nikos

The room facilities in the kitchen/dining area (fridge, small electric hob, kettle, coffee machine) and bathroom (great local soap and toiletry products) were exactly what we needed

Our apartment was on the ground floor, which we had asked for, and the sliding doors in the bedroom were leading onto a private terrace with a table and chairs, from where we could overlook the beautiful, well kept garden with its palm trees, and the sea beyond

It’s a dream place to stay if you’d like to have a relaxing, quiet, and private holiday. We stayed for 7 nights (beginning of September) and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. The room is spacious and clean

They have sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool. Have a poolside bar, food was very nice and prices are good. Good choice of breakfast on buffet. Short walk to the beach, supermarket and other restaurants

Chrysoula Hotel based in the picturesque resort of Kefalos on Kos Island. The island of Kos is located in the Aegean Sea and is one of the most beautiful islands of Greece

I stayed in 1 bedroom apartment. Had a fridge, hob top, kettle and utensils etc. There is a balcony off the bedroom. Table & chairs & washing line. Large swimming pool which was very clean

Would definitely recommend it

Good choice for breakfast which was always being replenished and tables cleaned. Always plenty of sunbeds at the pool, all times of day with large clean pool

Great location with sandy beach and shop, depending if you want stay that end of Kefalos. All staff very friendly and helpful, also with the children

The housekeeping staff were lovely they went above and beyond to keep our room and the resort spotless clean they were so friendly always smiling 😃 we were the last two people to leave this resort when it closed for summer and as we had a late flight the staff held the resort open and provided us with food and drinks until we got collected for the airport that evening we had such a lovely time chatting...

We had an amazing time from start to finish the staff were so so welcoming and could not do enough for us so kind and friendly the manager even gave us a lift into the town and showed us around the beautiful Kos

A mighty fine hotel, but they should enforce the 'no sunbed reservation' policy, right now there's an alco-team Polaczki Leżaczki that leave something tiny on the sunbed and disappear for hours, of course in the best sun time

Great one-week stay at this hotel. Apart from nice and modern design, definitely the best part is the staff, especially at the reception desk (younger person with dark hair) and pool bar

We had a wonderful stay at Harmony Crest Resort! From the moment we arrived late at night, the reception staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile

In our experience, It has the highest value for cash. We arrived to Kos at 3am and the place was open with someone to accept us. Clean rooms with balcony, kind staff, let us leave our luggage after check out

Recommend! Yes, it is a 3 star hotel so you can't expect the fanciest facilities, don't forget it is also one of the cheapest places you can find on the island, especially in this location

Good place for watching a soccer game! The bartender Janis was super friendly and if you want to watch any sport event, he will make it possible! Price per beer (0

33) is not cheap (3,50) but it's worth it if you want to watch some sports or have a good evening with a cool bartender! :)

The boys in reception and bar too handsome. At least models, when i have weather i join them for coffee.

A nice surprise at Kos island! Extra large rooms, nice decoration, big bathrooms and lovely terrace! A bit crowded around the pool but still a lovely hotel. Ps: Very polite employees!!!

There are also plenty of bars and restaurants closer by. The nearest beach is just a 5–10 minute walk, though we preferred the city beaches a bit further away, which offered free sunbeds

Great hotel, great service and delicious breakfast!

We stayed for five nights in mid-September. The hotel is slightly outside the town centre, but it’s an easy 20-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride along a dedicated track

Well situated slightly back from main thoroughfare. Beach was about 300 mtrs away. Staff were really helpful and polite. Reception staff were particularly helpful

The only reason I’ve given four stars instead of five is that our one-bedroom apartment had no windows, which was surprising for a fairly modern hotel

21st July 2025 & 13th October 2025 I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the wonderful Gaia Gardens Hotel not once, but twice this year – first in July with my two teenage daughters (aged 14 and 16), and again in October as a solo traveller

From the moment we arrived, Gaia Gardens felt less like a hotel and more like a loving home tucked away in paradise

As a single mum travelling with two daughters, feeling safe and at ease was paramount – and Gaia Gardens delivered this in abundance. The warmth and hospitality from the team made us feel instantly welcome and cared for

Both visits were truly special, and I can’t wait to return next season. Gaia Gardens is a gem – a place where you’re not just a guest, but part of a family

I also hired a car from 'Gaia Explorer Rent A Car', conveniently located in the hotel reception – a brilliant safe and friendly service with the best insurance that made exploring the island easy and enjoyable

Stayed at this hotel for a few days. Calm place right by the sea, we really liked. Room was simple,but clean, staff friendly and easy to talk. Beach is just in front, and sunsets from restaurant were really good

We stayed at Mammis Beach Hotel and were absolutely delighted! Great location: just a couple of minutes to the beach. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious. The room was clean and cozy, with a sea view

Very clean pool, nice breakfast, and very close to the airport (10 min drive). The atmosphere is very traditional and friendly. The only small thing is the 15-20 minute walk to the main town, but it's very peaceful here

It's great to be able to relax in such a wonderful place. The main advantage, in my opinion, is that there is a swimming pool and the beach is nearby. That's great!

This was a last minute booking for myself and my mother who is in her 80s. Check-in was straightforward and our room slightly dated but clean. All sea facing rooms overlook the reception roof but that's not a problem

Definitely not a 4* On arrival we had to pay €100 for the local taxes as it’s €10 a night for a 4* then we had to pay €100 for aircon as apparently the season ended 15th Sept but staff told us it ends Oct 13th and when we asked other people some weren’t t charged

Location isn't the best for shops/restaurants as you need to head into town for this. Hotel is fabulous clean, comfy & great value for money. The staff are friendly & very helpful especially the ladies on reception

Heard some complaints about food not always being piping hot but I think that this is quite normal for a Greek buffet - and it didn't bother us (in a hot climate) as there was always plenty of choice

Just came back from an amazing stay at Kipriotis Hippocrates on Kos ☀️ The hotel was super clean, in a perfect location — really close to the center, so it was easy to explore and enjoy the island

Kettle and normal size fridge in the room, but you're asked not to eat and drink in the hotel room as they have a pool bar, although it wasn't open in the beginning of May. Nice swimming pool and also a paddling pool

Great family welcome. Clean rooms with several sheet and towel changes in the week. Beside restaurants bars and supermarket and a very shirt walk to the beach. A lovely spot and I totally recommend staying here

The staff are ok but the reception staff are welcoming especially Irena who is an angel, if you want to book anything go to her, we booked Zia for 4 adults and 2 children with a pick up coach at 5

The meals are buffet style and a variety of foods, always cold and hot options and you will find something! Can take a few minutes to refill when dishes empty but not long and always hot

we had booked ahead for a meal and to see the sunset which i highly recommend as it gets very busy but well worth a trip. The entertainment is every other night but a good variety

I was a little concerned having read reviews before we went but we had a great time. The negative was the beds! Not very comfortable but we managed for the time we were there

Very welcoming staff will do anything for you, great for families, we come back every year here sometimes twice a year, its just a 2 minute walk to the supermarket and not far at all to bars and restaurants

What a lovely relaxing 10 days spent at the elga. Lovely hotel yes the hotel is basic but it was clear and tidy. Cleaned everyday apart from Sunday maids day off but bins were emptied

After reading lots of reviews, it looks like some people want 5* treatment. never gone on holiday to expect toiletries and things provided. but this lovely 2* hotel, is so peaceful and relaxed

Clean linen and towels changed once per 7 days so twice for us as we spent 10 days however if towels needed a change sooner just ask at reception and fresh will be given no problem

Family orientated, Stella, Petros and Leah cannot do enough to help you and if any problems occur and are reported as they happen, they will get it sorted

We had a toaster, kettle and a two ring hob plus cutlery and pots and pans etc. If you don't want to eat out. Staff are lovely and very friendly

this recently renovated hotel was in a great location (one minutes walk from the harbour), good value with spotless room with nice balcony.

Last minute hotel booking If you wanted a sea view wasn’t possible as was on a street up the road from marina. Was good value for money considering it was a last minute booking for one night

Had family staying in other hotels so we used there pools, literally a stones throw from the Marina in Kos Town, all bars, restaurants and shops in walking distance. Modern rooms for Greece and very comfy bed

Several dining options, a place called Broadway is worthy. Walkable to any tourist area while being in a safe location.

Lovely Hotel, room was spotlessly clean, bed was very comfortable, very handy for the port, and also very near the Old Town, staff were very pleasant and helpful, would definitely stay here again
