Hotels with sea view in Kos

We had a very pleasant all inclusive stay at this hotel. The surroundings well maintained, with a clean area and plenty of outdoor seating in the evenings

Ive not reviewed before and we've been here twice. We're also coming back next year as a couple for our anniversary. We came in June 2024 with an 11 year old, 8 year old & 3 month old

The majority of staff speak really good English too and you can also get allergy translation cards from allergy UK just in case you do meet a language barrier (though we didnt!) There's fridges in each room so we bought his oat milk in the local shop and could store it in the fridge

Rooms are cleaned thoroughly & towels changed every other day. Beds are made, rooms tidied up & rubbish emptied on the inbetween days. Entertainment is on 6 nights a week. Anyone that says otherwise is telling fibs

Every day they do a cocktail of the day for €4 each. Which is still an absolute bargain. In the Midlands you easily pay about 8-10 quid for a cocktail. So any whinging on thats a bit irrelevant

So that's not busy and if it was rubbish he'd not have gone back repeatedly! Gardeners are pottering around constantly. They clean the paths and water the greenery every morning

Don't worry - even the furthest annex is only a minute or two walk from reception and the pool. Our room was very clean and light and was serviced every day with towels changed and the bed made/changed

We were very impressed with the spotless rooms and grounds. Pool area was lovely, with comfy loungers. We found the staff very friendly and they made us feel comfortable

Nice chilled bar area and enjoyed having frozen strawberry daquiris. We really enjoyed breakfast every morning. My favourites were the selection of fresh fruits, breads, cakes and honey/jams

Just returned yesterday from this delightful hotel. It's in a quiet location but you can walk to a local supermarket, car/bike hire and 10 to 15 mins to all the shops, restaurants, bars and beach

The food choice was excellent The best omettes I've had for a long time well done chef! The room was good for what you use it for. We did have a problem with shower drain but fixed same morning

functional clean, does the job, staff are nice.. Typical Greek apartment. If you want a villa get a villa. This is a standard apartment nice pool area. Kid friendly

The food and drink at this hotel was fantastic- the cocktails included in the all-inclusive menu were actually proper cocktails made fresh to order, and not some of the rubbish that you get in other all inclusives! My boyfriend and I stayed one week at the Kipriotis Maris Suites with an all inclusive package. The village was huge and offered a lot of services (restaurant, bar, swimmingpools, minimarket and sunbeds on the beach)

We loved the atmosphere and the peace of this place and we recommend it to couples or families that want to enjoy the sea, the view and the beauty of the coast. Excellent quality-price ratio!

The hotel grounds are stunning, green palm trees everywhere and maintained very well. Little chickens out the front and super friendly little cats wandering about, everyone loved them as very sweet

Why people say it's not enough is beyond me, it was all amazing! I'd forgotten about the hotel tax on arrival, so keep in mind as it's classed as 5 stars it's the top end of €15 night

Thanks to the receptionists that suggested us escursions and things to do in the city, especially to the only one that spoke in Italian (sorry but I don't remember her name)

We had a lovely stay in the Superior Suite room with sea view. We are a family of three with a five year old child. The room was a lovely size, the staff were fantastic and accommodating

It's a bit of a walk into the town proper, but manageable. Plenty of nice places to eat nearby. Rooftop bar is lovely in the evening. We definitely recommend this hotel, especially for a romantic getaway

Perfect - central to lots of restaurants. Lovely pool area and beach section for hotel guests with no charge for loungers or parasols. Great selection at breakfast. Excellent place to stay. 👍

The hotel was in a great location with amazing staff and very affordable.

We stayed one night as we were catching a ferry in the morning. Very attractive hotel a 10 minute walk to the ferry. Really nice breakfast with a sea view. I'm sure a lovely place for a week holiday.

The place place where we stayed was an ağartment flat with two bedrooms,two bathrooms, and a big living room with an American kitchen. We spent a lot of time at the balcony, which was as big as a room

Every corner of the premises was very clean. The food was lovingly made, fulfilling, and reasonably priced. The staff were very professional

I read through some of the reviews, please ignore the bad ones, I am not sure what the motivation is behind these, but I would say it is questionable, as they include some blatant lies! This is not a 5 star hotel, if that is what you want, pay double or treble to get it

A great little hotel set on its own, perfect for relaxing. Very warm and welcoming owners and staff. We had Traditional Greek singing and dancing on Thursday night led by the owner. Greek food available in the restaurant

It is a family run business, and the personal touch is very evident, and the owner goes above and beyond to help ensure you enjoy your stay, and he is always available. Lawrie at the bar is lovely, as are all the staff

The food is varied, and fresh, and we were always able to find something we liked (think I seen chicken nuggets once, so I don’t know why someone said this was every night) there was always enough choice

Nervous having read reviews, but pleasantly surprised. Staff came out to welcome us, luggage loaded into their onsite mini bus ready to take to room( can ring for the taxi anytime). Room 615, had stunning views

Plenty of salads,hot food,tea&coffee severed to you at breakfast (stopped everyone walking around all the time). The guy in charge of restaurant, runs a tight ship. (Better than complaining there's no tables)

So polite at music volume increase at water aerobics time. We would recommend this hotel based on the right price at this time of year. Staff were all hard working, friendly and we were sad to leave

Fruit juices are watered down. Bread is delicious and freshly baked and a good selection. There are 2 unused tennis courts that let the area down, owners need to tidy it up or do something else with the space

The water was a hint of light brown, maybe because of the mineral content? The room WiFi was very temperamental, only working fully 3 of the 6 full days we had there. Don't expect much from the TV

Stayed here as a single parent with a 9 year old daughter in August 2025. We had a Seaview double room which was kept spotlessly clean with the daily maid service

This is a lovely hotel for able boded people I was disabled and was lucky I was in a low floor room I stayed there 3 years ago which was brilliant y and found the family more quiet this time and not as friendly but it was end of season there is steps and I found it very slippy to go for breakfast which is continental and unable to do steps had to ask the very kind gentleman to carry my tray everyday...

What can I say first time at this hotel and won't be the last looking forward to returning next year from the moment we walked in the door until the day we left we felt so welcomed everyone always made time to speak and check all was good We stayed in the junior suite overlooking the pool the room was spotless and location perfect Being above the pool bar yeah there was music played all the time...

10 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants all in walking distance. We will definitely be visiting agrelli again this year. Very friendly, welcoming owners and the hotel is spotlessly clean

The room came with everything you need for your stay including an iron & board which came in handy as I'm not the best suitcase packer. The hotel itself is also kept very clean and we'll maintained

We booked this hotel on our trip to Kos, for one night before a week-long sailing trip, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. A nice clean apartment, great service, friendly and smiling staff

Very lovely people work here, a lovely lady welcomed us and they had our room ready early which was amazing, great location, just off of the beach that has bars and sun beds, 10min walk to kos town!

Nothing is a problem for them, I can highly recommend it, and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Kos

30pm, we was told yes that’s done you can pay on the day, the night before we went to pay and they said come back in morning went back in the morning and told there wasn’t a room available 🙄 no luggage storage it’s just left in the foyer and reception keep an eye on it, so not safe we were offered the office until 4pm but again not safe so had to carry our valuables around all day, not the hotels fault...

Whilst staying there we heard others complaining about the cleaning side of things no clean towels, rooms not cleaned etc When it came to leaving we asked two days before if we could keep the room on because we were flying at 10

Absolutely beautiful hotel overlooking the sea. Well appointed simple rooms, water and mini wine in fridge with a couple of local pastries. Perfectly placed to walk into town, but quietly placed away from noise

This is a fantastic property - staff couldn’t do enough for us and would always accommodate for any requests. We had a sea view room and the view was just stunning, the private beach and loungers was a great bonus too

Great rooms, genuinely friendly staff and the sea right in front of the private beach is lovely and full of a variety of fish. The coffee is surprisingly good

There is some music from the bar next door, but with the door closed it is not audible. Generally you are outside of the crowdedness in this hotel. The views from the balconies are absolutely stunning

I stayed here in June for a couple of days – perfectly located a bit off the beaten path, so you can enjoy peace and quiet, yet still close enough to the city center

Nearby there is a supermarket where you can pay with a Union Pay card. The island itself is fabulous: mountains, plains, beaches for every taste with the cleanest sea

Stayed for our 6th time at beautiful Gelli Apartments Kos in July. Not written a review for personal reasons. Our stay again was magical as always, Peter always makes sure of this

The walk to town is very doable - take a taxi at night for 5 Euros if you are too tired to walk :) The amazing pool that belongs to the hotel next door feels like its part of the property since both places are directly connected with a gate

Him and his staff always makes sure our stay is as amazing as always. The economy apartments we stay in have had new beds and decor which was a pleasant surprise and made our stay even more magical

We just spent a week at Gelli apartments (two girls in their mid twenties) and we couldn’t recommend it more! It’s a 15-20 minute walk into the centre of Kos town, taxis only cost back from town €7/€8 if you’d rather not walk

The area was mostly quiet and had a refreshing breeze on most days with plenty of shade and sun! If you are like us and are searching for a great value Greek experience, stop reading and book now! We will be recommending Gelli Apartments to others

Lovely place to stay next to the marina and close to Kos town. Friendly and helpfully staff always on hand. Room was clean modern and had a great sea view.

The balcony was perfect for having our breakfast and lunch on, and for drying our clothes. The sea view over the harbour was spectacular. The kitchenette was well equipped and there was nothing more that we needed

when there’s a change over of staff food ends at 4 so would recommend Eating out in several of the Bars along the road to get your evening entertainment. great seafood to be had everywhere

One of the loveliest, friendliest, good with children, family run places we have stayed in. Very Greek 🇬🇷, basic, spotlessly clean, lovely bed linen. Close to a beach and a couple of tavernas

Kastri itself (fifteen/twenty minutes walk away down the main road for the fit person) is a lovely sea-front place, with some nice hotels, tavernas etc Manolis was what you would expect from a small (14 apts), family-run studio block - well, what WE would expect! Others seem to think differently, apparently wanting four-star luxury at 2-star prices

Greek showers are always seen as too small, shower-curtains are awful; rooms too small (it's summer, why are you staying in the room???), too poorly-equipped, hot water insufficient (solar heating; shower earlier!) and seemingly no servants to meet their every whim

We went self-catering and cooked a perfectly fine meal every night on the two-ring wossname, had some nice snacks at the bar and found the owners perfectly nice - they do like to try teaching you some Greek! Yes, lots of older people go every year, but it's a nice place to stay; relaxed, chilling and clean

if you walk up the hill and cross over by the Ikios hotel sign and walk down the drive, you get to THE most spectacular beach - Agios Stefanos, right across from Kastri island

Perfect location if you arrive by ferry and if you want to enjoy the Kos Town and old town. Staff are really kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and overall our experience was excellent. I highly recommend this place.

not that hotel wasn't great, but beginning with Yuna, (Italian Lady behind the desk during the day) everyone was extremely friendly, no matter what time is it they were ready to help

not just saying, I lost my key card , and had to call the management at 2:00 a. in the night, nicest old lady came and helped me out, she still had a smile on her face

Kefalos is a lovely friendly resort with many excellent restaurants, good beaches and lots of boat trips etc to keep the kids going, we all went handlining and caught a tin of sardines and a bottle of wine before a lovely beach barbecue

We stayed here for two weeks in August 2015. Caryl was the British girl running the pool bar and she was incredibly helpful and friendly. The apartments were basic but spacious, clean and well equipped

White Pearls is EXTRAordinary ! We loved it so much we had to force ourselves to venture out! - It's small but perfectly formed , if I had to create a boutique hotel I'd do exactly this and if I had to employ a team I would snap up Michaelis , brilliant at reading guests requirements and went above beyond - the very best Hotelier I've come across - Chef Lette often seen popping out for fresh local...

What an absolute gem of a hotel. Firstly, the rooms are spacious, very clean and the bed is one of the comfiest I’ve known in a hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is delicious

Theology has as much cocktail knowledge as any London mixologist so we enjoyed her creations around the pool and Keno , whose service at the bar & restaurant with a smile was so professional yet relaxed

This small restaurant/taverna is a MUST for any food lover, well worth the effort to visit our highlight of two weeks in Kos. Three years running so 8/9 visits it doesn’t get better
