We had a five night stay which we thoroughly enjoyed. The service from reception was excellent. We found that the bar staff were slow and on occasions it was unmanned. The restaurant food was excellent although we found if it expensive.

Very friendly and professional staff. We were quite spoiled. Beautiful view of the ocean and of Turkey across the sea. Fantastic breakfast buffet!

I stayed here with TUI and had an amazing time! We arrived at 1am and were pleasantly surprised to be given packed lunches so we had something to eat after our journey. Sorry to say but Kos was hideous. As Australians I felt like I was in some kind of bad English film. Our room was very average with 2 single beds pushed together. The furniture was old. We picked this hotel due to its private beachside location and proximity to Kos town, as the bus runs every 15- 25mins. The Gaia Garden was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and the place was spotlessly clean.  Our room was superb - I think that they may have been recently refurbed because they were beautiful. We stayed here first and last night of our holiday before taking the ferry to get to and from Patmos. We only stayed here for one night as we were travelling the next day. It was great value for money. Room 200 was for 3 people and was very comfortable and clean with free water in the fridge. The bathroom was good. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and beanbag loungers. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The staff were friendly too. I have nothing but praise for this hotel...The location is perfect, the hotel is extremely clean, the staff is always smiling and friendly, the breakfast is delicious and varied, for me the best ever in 3-star hotels. When you look at what you get for your money, this is the best choice in my opinion.

we asked for a breakfast basket because we were leaving early. The food offered as breakfast to go was a stale sandwich and an apple and water. Thanks to the front office person at the early morning shift who offered us some coffee. The room we had was facing the road, and it was terribly noisy, couldn't sleep at all.

The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, with prime views, and very comfortable. The bathroom is particularly spacious, which is quite rare in the Dodecanisos. The restaurant’s food is outstanding and with beautiful unencumbered views of the Egean sea and of Turkey on the background. The restaurant’s live music is sophisticated and romantic, but can disrupt early sleepers.

My therapist Savvina was very welcoming and knowledgeable. My hydra facial was so relaxing and the spa facilities were a lovely calming atmosphere. All the therapists were friendly and welcoming and helped talk us through the relevant treatments on offer and what was good for what.
