I had a massage with Maria and my wife had a massage and facial with Dina, who were excellent too

The staff are the real highlight though, always asking how they can improve the experience and never leaving you with an empty glass, without being too formal or pompous

Everything was as expected from a top 5* resort. Stuff attentive, well managed, facilities well organized and tidy.

Looking forward to enjoying the rest of the week and experiencing the other restaurants

Our second visit to an Ikos resort, Ikos Aria exceeded our lofty expectations

At aria you very much felt the ‘have not’ of not being deluxe guests - the deluxe only pool commands the best position at the hotel with a lovely view of the sea, and had lots of space throughout the day

Wow, what an amazing 11 days we had in this gorgeous hotel. The staff or on point 💯 of the time. We had room 311 with a hot tub. It was amazing with the best views. We ordered room service two nights and it was delicious

On our departure day, those on duty said their goodbyes with hugs & well wishes, just perfect. We wish to thank all of the remaining staff who would always greet you & with a smile

We had a jacuzzi suite which was very comfortable, amazing views, sun beds & lounge chairs on the balcony. Having booked half board we were not disappointed with the selection of food both at breakfast & in the evening

The thing that made this hotel was the service of the staff, who were all outstanding- for the Waitresses at the restaurant, to Dimitris in the bar, and the reception staff/porters, we were made to feel welcome

We arrived late due to our flight being delayed, but from that moment onwards it was the staff that shone throughout our holiday. Check in was quick, courteous & our bags quickly dispatched to our room

We were there to celebrate a special birthday, and the atmosphere allowed us to thoroughly relax and enjoy the luxury of a la carte dining. Thank you to all the staff for this experience

The beach is a bit stoney and unkempt but still good. Best beach is magic beach just along the coast. Best staff were Anna on reception and Katrina on the bar

My husband and I stayed for a week sept 25 , my first point is I have booked to return this year, using EasyJet. The hotel, room, pool area, pool toilets, breakfast room was spotless clean

Breakfast was plenty full , loads of choice , ok you have to wait for the toaster , another one would make it easier but it is Greece and that’s fine ! I love Kefalos it’s quiet, peaceful, no rowdy gangs, just good restaurants and a few good bars nearby

From the hotel to the other end of the bay where there are a few more bars and restaurants is a good walk of about twenty mins if you are slow , walking on the sea front there is not for the disabled choose the main road

Our room was serviced daily by a pleasant singing mature cleaner who was lovely. The view is amazing of the bay, most of the rooms are on the ground floor and get plenty of shade

There are sun beds belonging to the hotel just down a few steep steps, never crowded always got some with like minded book worms

Great food, excellent service. The staff is warm and welcoming. The view from the tables makes Sydney the best place to grab your lunch, dinner or favourite drink. 💯 recommend!

Came twice during our week to Kos, amazing cocktails but on the slightly higher side for Kefalos but very very good. Had the buffalo burger both times and quiet possibly one of the best burgers I've ever had

Easily the best meals we had in Kefalos. The service was superb and the food really was something else. Both the grilled Octopus (with bacon jam) and Vegan Burger were some of best food we have ever eaten

Sydney bar & grill was just fantastic. The food was amazing the service and staff are so friendly and even got to use the shishas which was a nice treat indeed! Amazing music choices too

I highly recommend this bar/restaurant for a night out. You can even stay there which i found out on my last evening of the holiday

Their prices were similar to others (we did the 3 island tour for €40pp and the Nissyros trip for €35pp). Kos is a beautiful island, and if you stay at the Albatross you will have a great time

when there’s a change over of staff food ends at 4 so would recommend Eating out in several of the Bars along the road to get your evening entertainment. great seafood to be had everywhere

Go to the local beach and watch the sunsets Walk to the Castle 35 mins way on foot and best Supermarket is about 1 km away Kefalos market with a nice bar attached

The food is excellent, varied, and carefully prepared a real treat at every meal! And what about the view ,a splendid view overlooking the sea, soothing and magical, especially at sunset I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, friendliness, and relaxation

There was some confusion with the booking when we first arrived, but it was swiftly resolved by Maria. After a welcome drink we were taken to our room which was spacious, clean, comfortable with beautiful views

The food was great, the staff were great, the other holidayers were great. A holiday to remember for sure. A big shout out to Mya, Abdulla and Christina who were all amazing at the reception bar and pool bar

The massage we had for my Birthday was fantastic and I even treated myself to some of their saffron moisturisers which has been delicious. The staff and people we met here made this an amazing holiday

Made the experience very personable, they all started pouring our drinks before asking, as they knew what was coming. Truly lovely stay and couldn't be happier with the experience

The evening entertainment was quite good, including traditional Greek dancing, a karaoke singer, and Asian dancing

It was the BEST massage I have ever had. The time, care and effort that went into it was unbelievable. They made us both feel Incredibly welcome and comfortable and I walked out feeling like I was walking on air

It was our first adult only hotel and wow, it is in a different league! The hotel is clean, tidy and in a good state of repair. All the staff are very friendly and polite, they really make you feel welcomed

This hotel is fantastic! Myself and my partner had a spectacular stay here. We had a swim up pool room which was excellent. We visited the spa and I had a Cretan massage - my therapist was Zoe

It was very relaxing, Zoe and sorry I can't remember the name of the other girl, but they where both excellent, I would highly recommend it, the hotel is very quiet because it's the end of the season, so If you like peace and quiet and no rushing about this is the time of year to come, honestly I can't recommend it enough

There is nothing much close to the resort in terms of villages or sight seeing, but most guests won't leave the resort anyway. If you are looking for a place to rewind, this is it

A very pleasant hotel for families with children. Great pools and a large, two-level paddling pool. Unfortunately, the main restaurant is very crowded during peak season

The beach was sandy, loads of sunbeds and it was easy to swim in the sea. Really hard working, courteous and helpful staff throughout - thank you all. It seemed a really well managed hotel to us

We went late October so it was peaceful and quiet. The main buffet restaurant was great, so much choice for every meal. We booked the other restaurants with no problem too

A large pool with not overwhelming entertainment and a separate adults only pool was a great luxury to have (wish smokers were corralled into a smoking area though)

the car hire attached to hotel excellent and very thorough in showing you the car and where to go. Kos town nice evening out, Zia definitely worth a visit especially at sunset

Omg did we have fun here with all their little sailing boats on the beach. Lovely food, friendly staff, great beach. I tend to visit the rest of the world then going to the same place again

Kardamena is arround 40 mins by foot, local bus to Kardamena is 1,8 eur per person one way, which was too expensive comparing that you can take a car for 25eur/day in Kardamena

Food was awesome, but the drinks for the dinner was too expensive (drought Mythos 500ml beer - 4,5 eur). Seashore is near, like 2 minutes away

Beach was fine, and for the better - you can go 10 min to the west by the seashore

The private beach is a plus as well. I like the many options to hang out in the areal. The stuff is friendly, good service, helpful

Overall, I would rate the property 3 out of 5

Some stains could be easily cleaned with right products and some effort. The food is good, I always find something, however, sometimes it did not look so nice. All in all I had a very good and comfortable stay!

The food is good but I guess it depends on preferences, good thing that the lunch and dinner is everyday different

Super friendly front desk staff! Also hotel has super spacious area and nice beach

Own private beach which was great as we were a 2 minute walk. Staff were lovely especially good with kids

Food wise - there is variety but for our son who does have aversions they seemed to run out of chicken nuggets by the 3rd day so we ran out of variety for him. We would stay again but not out of season

Beautiful looking hotel on the outside. Lot of tiles loose and broken around the property. Food quality good in buffet. restaurant quality not so good. No socket beside mirrors to use straighteners etc

Although you can get transfers you are quite far away from everything so we do recommend having a hire car so you aren’t restricted unless you aren’t planning to leave hotel

In short: Pros: - Rooms were lovely and kept clean - Good selection at the buffet - Staff were friendly Cons: - It’s a game of luck to get a ‘ Renovated/ Nice’ room and you might be left disappointed - Not the right place if you don’t like buffet - Could do with a bit more staff interaction sometimes felt like the hotel lacked personality

We went at the end of season which made it a little tough as for all inclusive, we had to walk to the other side of the hotel

We were just on bed and breakfast and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. There were plenty of sunbeds available, the ones on the beach having mattresses. The gardens were beautiful and so well kept

Breakfast was good lots of choice and always a table available. We only stayed bed and breakfast so had to pay for all drinks which could have ended up being pricey

We were transferred to this Hotel as our original accommodation was unable to host us. We were actually really pleased. It's a nice hotel with loads of facilities. The staff on reception were very welcoming

Everything is great about this hotel, enough space, and you have many choices for going dinner even if you aren't all-inclusive. There are 4 pools and one beautiful beach, one playground which is kidfriendly

It was large and comfortable with a nice bathroom. It had a garden and sea view which was lovely. The veranda was spacious and there was a clothes airer

The location was good, the hotel grounds and gardens are beautiful very impressive. Our room was large and spotlessly clean, plenty of sunbeds available

A live food section which offers different options but all the food is well cooked and compared to other all inclusive resorts is very good. Staff in the restaurant are great and clear your table very quickly

All the therapists were friendly and welcoming and helped talk us through the relevant treatments on offer and what was good for what

Entertainment A wide variety of activities for all age groups throughout the day and night. The holiday village staff are amazing and work so hard to make sure everyone is enjoying themselves

There is also some specialty restaurants which are very nice too. There is a wide range of all inclusive drinks plus a pizza, sandwich and ice cream area which you can help yourself to

Food and drinks were plenty and a good choice for everyone. A choice of 3 pools and a 2 minute walk onto the beach. If we were to come back to Kos I wouldn’t not hesitate to stay over again

We visited the water park, Nisyros and also hired a car for a day and did a road trip round the island. We did not want to leave and cannot wait to go back! Hopefully for a 10 day stay next time rather than 7! ☺️

Ideally located around a 10 minute walk into the town centre. We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights as a family of 4, room 320! The hotel, staff and facilities were great and would say that they are a 5* hotel

There was plenty of choice at meal times and the staff were genuinely some of the nicest people we have ever met! Kardamena is a very short walk away, just 10 mins along the beachfront

The local village Kardamena is just a 10 minute walk and you get to walk on the beach front seeing the amazing scenic views. We stayed in room 230 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The bar is well stocked and they also serve lovely light meals from the bar. Breakfast is good with a wide choice of food. It's close to town where there are many restaurants, bars and shops

We just wanted to get away for a week and Kos was a destination easy to get to with a 5 year old on board. The Nissia Kamares is perfect when you're not into big all-inclusive hotels that can be found a lot on the island

Great apartments on a small complex. The staff are helpful and can't do enough for you. The apartments all have a balcony or terrace and are situated within lovely flower laden courtyards

Each room has a fridge and facilities for making a brew. The hotel is run by the most wonderful family who have been warm and welcoming on every visit and are so helpful to every need, can’t wait to go again

Down stairs is the pub part of Rio hotel food is excellent again if any requirements needed to make meal more to your liking again nothing is too much will accomadate to your needs as I say nothing too much beautiful family and staff

The hotel is family run, and not surprisingly this means excellent and friendly service. The Pub part is a bar and restaurant , and hotel guests get a discount

Would highly recommend Rio Hotel service second to none , hosts are friendly nothing is too much and treat guests as friends make all feel extra welcome , go as strangers and leave as friends

Perfect central location with everything you could want on your doorstep an abundance of restaurants, bars, shops pools and beaches to visit. The hotel is very clean with daily maid service

Towels and bedding are refreshed every other day or so. There is a shower room available to use for freshening up if you have a late flight, also at no extra charge

What can I say first time at this hotel and won't be the last looking forward to returning next year from the moment we walked in the door until the day we left we felt so welcomed everyone always made time to speak and check all was good We stayed in the junior suite overlooking the pool the room was spotless and location perfect Being above the pool bar yeah there was music played all the time...

The room came with everything you need for your stay including an iron & board which came in handy as I'm not the best suitcase packer. The hotel itself is also kept very clean and we'll maintained

Stayed here as a single parent with a 9 year old daughter in August 2025. We had a Seaview double room which was kept spotlessly clean with the daily maid service

Every single year we always visit George & Dave for a greek night. The food is gorgeous and there is plenty of it. The greek dancing is fantastic

The Agrellis family & their team completely make this place special. It's perfectly located with a few minutes flat walk into Kardemena

A lot of pools all clean, swim up bar which is essential 😁. 3 restaurants and a gyros/pizza by the pools. Plenty of bars throughout complex. Always get a sunbed, towels available

There are multiple pools and restaurants, one of them being adult only. I did not get to try that one but I appreciate the concept for people that do not have children with them. Staff are very friendly and helpful

The shop in the hotel was stripped empty when we visited. We wish the hotel all the best for the future but we did not feel that it offered value for money and we are mystified as to how it has achieved a 5 star rating

Katerina, Eleni and Sonila in the restaurant provide an excellent service and advice on the many varied dishes on offer and are always pleased to welcome you to their restaurant, all the staff in the restaurants and bars were always cheerful and helpful

everything was spotless and excellent cleaned daily. we chose the all-inclusive option and couldn’t be happier with our decision

The food and drink at this hotel was fantastic- the cocktails included in the all-inclusive menu were actually proper cocktails made fresh to order, and not some of the rubbish that you get in other all inclusives! These drinks are also included in the beach bar which was great, and sometimes you can get them delivered to your sun bed (although often much quicker to go to the bar yourself, which isnt...

The service was excellent, both at the hotel and the private beach club. Best of all, it’s conveniently close to the airport. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Gorgeous unobstructed sea views whether you have a front view or side view room, though obviously the front view rooms do have a bigger sea views. Good air conditioning in the rooms

Great rooms, genuinely friendly staff and the sea right in front of the private beach is lovely and full of a variety of fish. The coffee is surprisingly good

Fantastic resort - lovely space to walk around with a number of pools and restaurants to choose from. Evening entertainment was available each night. We ate breakfast and dinner in the restaurant which had lots of choice

We had a good week eventhough it was the end of the season. We liked the sports, pools, the food and the service. We had two twin beds which was very sad and the room in general was small. Would recommend though.

We had a truly perfect stay at Neptune Luxury Resort! Everything was outstanding – from the beautiful resort grounds and spotless rooms to the excellent restaurants and the relaxing spa

The facilities are top-notch, and I was thrilled to see the new check-out lounge and showers—such a great touch for guests. I even got a lovely room upgrade with stunning sea views, which made the stay even more special

Overall, for the money paid the hotel was very good value for money. The service was beyond what you would get at any big 5 star hotel

I stayed recently at the Sunny View Hotel. George and his son Francis were impeccable hosts and made our short stay unforgettable. This beautiful, clean hotel will be our first choice when we return to Kos.

My wife and I stayed there with our son and daughter. It’s a wee bit out the way but there’s a fairly decent bus service or not too expensive taxi ride to Kardamena. Preferred the village to Kos town

Delicious food, the best Frape coffee in the area, excellent location. In short, the owners treat their guests as themselves. We highly recommend this hotel if you want to spend time in peace and quiet

Good sized, quite private terrace with very small table, chairs, 2 sunbeds and fixed in place parasol. Cleaners came everyday and were very good, all the staff were very friendly throughout the hotel

Beds comfortable and good size, ample hangers, wardrobe space[no drawers] lots if different lighting, kettle and mini fridge

I went with my friend on 28/9 - 7-10 celebrated my birthday and they spoilt me from putting balloons and flowers and birthday banner on table in dining room to baking me a birthday cake and all the staff came in singing happy birthday

Stayed here for 10 nights in bungalow 77 with a shared swimming pool. The hotel is around a 20 minute walk to the main resort of Kardanena where you will find restaurants, bars, shops and beautiful promenade
