Pretty rude and unhelpful person answering the phone. Spoke to me like I'm a child when I was asking pretty reasonable questions. Thank goodness it was an enquiry about sailing and that we're not staying there. Otherwise, seems lovely!

The one thing I need to mention is that the "family rooms" all are directly next to a bar where they play loud music until midnight several nights a week. It's the first time we've ever returned to a hotel as we like trying new places, in fact we are returning in late may with the family in May. The management and staff here will make your stay memorable. The hotel maybe 3 star but the staff are definitely 5 star.

I bought the All Inclusive stay at the hotel, the room I stayed in was quite bearable, but the food was very poor, the portions were tiny and the food was not always warm. I do not recommend this hotel due to the poor food and noise associated with the close airport.

The hotel staff was very nice, the restaurant staff were very helpful and kind. We felt very flattered that we chose to stay at this hotel.

Theodore made our stay/holiday better then we could of ever imagined. The swiiming pool was brilliant and everything felt amazing.

The hotel was clean but the balcony overlooked a roof where a cat stayed and it was smelly with food on the roof not great … the staff where not friendly or helpful apart from one older guy in reception… the facilities where basic no entertainment apart from the beach not a lot to do at all I was not made to feel welcome at all

Arrived to friendly staff at reception,room was clean and tidy and cleaned regularly throughout our stay Juan was brilliant with the kids and always a happy face, the bar staff was also excellent especially spiros who would always stop to speak as would shop staff and the mealtime staff worked very hard.had a brilliant holiday here and would not hesitate to come back

The emenitys are good . Swimming pool is great and always clean , the sea front view is amazing . The rooms are clean . Juan the entertainer is good at activitys he does he is very interactive with the quest and overall is very chatty and a good man

Hotel needs updating. No disabled access. Breakfast was ok. The beach was just across a very busy road, very pebbly and not very clean. On the plus side the location was great. Lots of really good restaurants within walking distance and 10 mins from Rhodes town

Nice hotel, but disappointed with the breakfast (went B&B). Hotel rooms good, location good. Staff helpful. Only one bar which is the pool bar. Rooms are nice and clean, with great housekeeping. Lovely views over the sea. Only issue is steps up to the reception area.

This hotel is a budget option with wonderful staff and sits in an excellent position on the Ixia coast. The rooms was clean, beds changed daily, fresh towels and great sea views. The downside Awful food stayed on a BB basis would not recommend anymore than that sadly. Some awful guests who were noisy, slamming doors shouting in the early hours and one large family were just awful took their child...

Thanks to the lovely staff again for making our holiday a pleasant stay,this is our 3rd year at Lito.its a 3 star hotel well equipped, plenty of sun beds, great location for visiting the medieval town,we walked there & got a taxi back for 10 euros,Lito has entertainment 3 times a week,lovely stay,will be back
