Staff are frequently described as very friendly and helpful, with several guests highlighting bartenders who make excellent cocktails and contribute positively to the atmosphere. The food receives praise for its variety of Greek dishes and overall tastiness, with daily menu changes and buffet options appreciated by many guests. The pool area is noted as spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of sunbeds and a pleasant grassy area for relaxing. Rooms with sea views offer stunning vistas and blackout curtains help mitigate noise for better sleep despite the nearby road. The hotel’s proximity to Rhodes city center allows for a pleasant walk along the sea, making it easy to explore on foot. Noise from the busy road outside and evening entertainment can be disruptive, especially for rooms facing the street, with some guests unable to enjoy their balconies due to traffic sound. Cleaning standards are inconsistent; some guests report only minimal effort with floors not cleaned and bed linen changed infrequently over long stays. The bathroom layout is considered cramped and awkward, with limited space for toiletries and impractical towel placement. The hotel does not provide beach or pool towels, requiring guests to bring their own. Drinks quality is often criticized, with free beverages described as watery or unpleasant and no minibar or in-room tea/coffee facilities available.

Stayed in this hotel for a week, and I don't understand how this hotel is 4-star.
If you want a quite place, don't go here.

The positive was that the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and they all spoke English very well. The other positive thing were the cats. They are strays, and you shouldn't touch them, but during each meal you had a lot of company from begging cats, and they are adorable!

The location of the hotel is right next to an extremely busy road. The road leads from the airport to Rodos-city, and all the tiny villages in the area are connected to this road. Therefore it's busy with heavy traffic 24/7! On top of that, the wind blows from sea to the hotel, amplifying the sound and battering the hotel. We had a room with sea view, and the road was right below our balcony. The view was absolutely amazing, but we couldn't sit on the balcony because of the traffic sound. It was horrible.
The sound of the animation was also very loud. It started at 18.00 hour and lasted until 23.30 hour.

Then there was the room. It was dated, but clean enough. Not super clean.
The bed was hard, but you can ask for a topper at the reception and housekeeping will put it on your bed. The pillows were various forms of brick, or almost without stuffing.
The bathroom was a disaster. Super tiny, and the shower was installed in a bathtub in an awkward angle and therefore I was really afraid I'd slip and fall. The sink didn't provide a lot of room for toiletries. The towel rack was right above the toilet (gross!) and it was the only place to hang a towel. Adding a hook or two on the door would fix a lot.
There was also no space to place your suitcase.

The choice in food was limited. They did change the menu every day, and of course you get Greek food. But all the food was cold, and at best luke-warm. The desserts were the same every day, just a different flavour of petit four or jello. The choice of drinks and snacks for an all-inclusive hotel was sad. You can get either alcohol, drinks with bubbles, or a disgusting cup of coffee. The snacks were limited to a couple of pastries and a cookie. I would have liked some options for fruit, yoghurt, or maybe even crisps during the day.

There were some places to lounge. The lobby had a couple of sagged couches, and it was always busy and loud. Not really made for relaxing. The pool area was fine to relax, but the pool was green with algae and the water was cold. My advice is to go to the sea and swim there. Bring water shoes because it's a pebble with sand beach.

Close to the hotel is a taxi stop. I do advice to take the cab. The prices are fixed (there's an extra fee when they pick you up from the hotel) and it's not expensive.

All in all, I wouldn't go here again and I wouldn't recommend someone going here.

In short, everything was excellent, the food, the room and especially the staff. And the lovely Adrianna (I may have misread her name) at the mini market.

We had a holiday with my family in this hotel and it was great. Tho location is quite good and the ocean is just across the road. It was very easy ro cross the road and we did not experience any problems with that. Beach has a lot of nice round stones that massage your feet if you walk on them. Or if you are used to step on lego bricks this is easy for u. When you get in the water there is sand under your feet. Staff was very nice and kind in the hotel and during the week we stayed the food was delicious and there was so many sorts of things that you could make different type of meal every day. We loved it. We had all inclusive vacation so we did not have to think about food at alla. There was plenty at almost any time. There is snacks and a bar at the pool so you stayed well hydrated also. The bartender, older man was so nice and had good sense of humor. Also during the evenings they had a bar inside and the bartender there was also great dude. Room was pretty simple and had i guess everything we needed. We did not stay there after all more than nights. Cleaning was great and room was cleaner almost every day. I have no complaints whatsoever about the room. Location is in a walking distance from Rhodes city center. About 2.5 kilometers or something. Very nice walk with ocean view every meter.

not sure i'd class as a 4 star hotel, staff were excellent, Sirene owners should be proud of them, however only having 1 restaurant with a buffet style offerings for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, no in room facilities for tea/coffee and no minibar, meaing you need to go to the restaurant/outside pool everytime you wanted a drink. Location is nice, views are (for me) excellent, and easy to get to town via taxi/Bus. Would i recommend, probably yes.

All was just perfect, Perhaps should mention to bring your own pool/beech towels and bring your own shower/shampoo,

I have just come home from five days here with my daughter and had a great time. The hotel was lovely and the staff were very friendly. Pannos the barman made fantastic cocktails, the choice of food was excellent and everything was well cooked and seasoned. There was no shortage of sunbeds and the layout of the hotel was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel and would come back to it - Alice and Cara from Scotland.

For a 4☆ I would say its okay. Friendly staff, service good. Beds need to be a bit more comfortable maybe mattress toppers. Cocktails not consistent.

All inclusive was a surprise we didn't know about before arriving ;)
Bus stop right next to hotel.
Great, kind and helpful staff.
Pool after long day of exploring town and hills is always great.
Take beach shoes for stoney beach!
Street next to hotel is one of the main streets in the island so it's bit noisy.
Great place if you don't want drunk people all night long around.

Positive:
1. Very friendly staff everywhere. I especially want to highlight the bartender, who makes excellent cocktails – the balance of flavors and the presentation are wonderful!
2. The food is very tasty, with many different Greek dishes.
3. Beautiful area around the pool. There are several spots for sunbathing: by the pool, on the grass, and on the terraces. The view of the sea and mountains is stunning.
4. You can walk to Rhodes in about 40 minutes. But the walk is truly beautiful, as it goes along the sea with lovely scenery all the way.

Negative:
1. I am very disappointed with the cleaning quality. Let me remind you that cleaning a room is not just about changing towels! The floor was not cleaned, and the bed linen was changed only twice during our 10-day stay.
2. My husband and I did not pay for two single beds pushed together, which kept sliding apart all the time.
3. There was trash right by the pool (sugar packets, candy wrappers, and plastic bags were “sunbathing” there for all 10 days of our stay).
4. Sadly, the beach itself is uncomfortable and quite dirty (broken buckets, bottles, plastic bags). The sunbeds are not owned by the hotel, so you have to pay for them.

Wishing you success, great reviews, and satisfied guests! But please, make sure to improve the cleaning quality throughout your hotel.
