The hotel is less than 1km from the bus stop. It's a small but clean accommodation. I had an issue with the tour I booked, so I couldn't participate. However, MIA, the receptionist, tried to contact the company until the very end. The next morning, she came to inform me that the tour company had acknowledged the issue and offered a refund. We have just had two lovely weeks here. Hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean. Rooms were really nice with A/C, cleaned daily, fridge in the room. Staff were so nice! Great holiday staying with the team at hotel28. Spotlessly clean. Room mopped and beds made every day. Towels changed when you want them to be. .Breakfast is fresh and although a limited selection, it's all you need. No kettle on the room.... Get a grip. This isn't an issue. Me and my husband had a fantastic honeymoon staying at hotel 28! The staff are so considerate and don't let you lift a finger whilst you're staying with them.
