Stayed here for 3 nights and loved every minute of it. The room, the service, the staff, cleanliness—everything was exceptional. Made my Santorini trip unforgettable and I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting for a quiet, relaxed getaway. Bonus points: the food is amazing.

Stayed here last week and my whole experience was honestly amazing, staff, food, amenities, views, location- such a relaxing hotel and would recommend to anyone if you are in Santorini you have to stay here. All staff were lovely but there was one bartender by the pool called George and he was extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond for me and my boyfriend!

We stayed in a maisonette (308) rooms were spacious and cleaned to a high standard everyday . Shower was a little small but okay with plenty of shampoo , conditioner etc . Had a remarkable stay here! Beautiful location. The staff are all incredibly kind, professional and polished. The highlight of Santorini was this hotel/spa. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated with absolute royalty. We loved this hotel! While it is up a small hill from kamari centre, this means it has amazing views, particularly over breakfast. The rooms are slightly dated but service was great, particularly Roland and Fox at the bar.

Overall, the hotel is good. The view from the room is great. There is a small but constant temperature hot spring bath, which is very comfortable to watch the sunset. The hotel is far from Fira town, and there are three free shuttle buses a day. There is a convenience store a few hundred meters away where you can buy some beer and drinks.

Beautiful place Not so clean because the bed couch sheets were dirty. We asked them to change ,but they never did. Breakfast is good. For a 4 star hotel there should be more room service; but we had to carry the drinks instead of them coming and bring the drinks to us. This hotel is amazing! The views are spectacular. The staff are awesome. It’s a quick 10-15 min walk to town where the famous caldera views are. The only thing is the toilet in our room was placed on a super tight corner so one had to sit sideways. Other than that everything was great.
