Best view ever. From checkin to checkout, the service staff is at your beckoned call. We had issues with our hot tub and they fixed it a and gave is a bottle of wine for the inconveniences. You wont want to leave your room, especially if you have to fight the foot traffic in Oia on a day when cruise ships are in harbor at Fira!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in July 2023. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the hotel manager and his colleague. Not the best hotel in Santorini. The room is alright. Outdated, the room is divided into 3 parts, bathroom, then bed in the middle, the small sitting area with TV. Loved our stay at Ilioperato! Family run, every one was so nice and welcoming. The location in Imerovigli was perfect! Short walk to restaurants, but far enough from the main stretch to allow for a quiet, romantic retreat. Would definitely book here again!

The views of the sunset and caldera are unreal, and the rooms are super cozy and unique. The staff makes you feel so welcome and taken care of. Hanging out by the pool with that view is absolute perfection. Definitely a must-stay in Oia!

This place is beautiful. Service is fantastic. The on-prem restaurant is very good. It’s near all the bars and restaurants. Rooms are caves, clean, very nice bathrooms and quite romantic. From our window we see the ocean and it’s magnificent to wake up to each morning. We sleep with the windows open. We are lucky we found this place.

We had a nice stay with my family. Very good location close to the beach Kamari, 3- 5 minutes walk. A lot of restaurants and shops around. The hotel is very quiet. My husband and I spent a week here for our honeymoon. All the staff are really lovely, and so helpful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The location is ideal, only 10 minutes away from the airport by car and less than a 10 minute walk away from the main strip of Kamari. We have just had two lovely weeks here. Hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean. Rooms were really nice with A/C, cleaned daily, fridge in the room. Staff were so nice! Always welcoming and spoke to you, wished you a good day etc. Breakfast was very nice and all you can eat. We were in the pool most days. Loads of sunbeds both in and out of the sun. Great holiday staying with the team at hotel28. Spotlessly clean. Room mopped and beds made every day. Towels changed when you want them to be. .Breakfast is fresh and although a limited selection, it's all you need. No kettle on the room.... Get a grip. This isn't an issue. Quirky with the sink in the bedroom but the shower is amazing... Not in the bedroom. 😂 the pool and area is great. Comfy beds...

Me and my husband had a fantastic honeymoon staying at hotel 28! The staff are so considerate and don't let you lift a finger whilst you're staying with them. Eva George and the fantastic bar tender (sorry I didn't catch his name) are welcoming and go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I chose a sea-view room in Oia, but I was very disappointed. The door faced the sea, but there were telephone poles nearby. The sunset was blocked by buildings on the side, and it was a 30-minute walk to the cliff where you could see the sunset. Even more ridiculous, because I needed to get to the airport at 6:30 am, I asked the restaurant to prepare two breakfasts the night before. What I got was...

A very nice hotel, excellent breakfast/restaurant with a superb view. The pool is fantastic! The staff is very attentive. You need a car on Santorini, but otherwise you'll be a 20-minute walk from Oia.
