Best Hotels in Firostefani

Just got back from my first time in Santorini having stayed in this little gem of a hotel. It is located just a 5 - 10 minute walk from restaurants, shops and bars and a really good supermarket

The rooms are a traditional greek style but are absolutely immaculate, the windows and patio doors had built in shutters and were brilliant for keeping the rooms quiet and cool, the room had a kettle and a full size fridge, free mini safe and also 3 usb and 3 type C charging points by the beds so no need to keep unplugging and charging your items 1 at a time

The room is clean too Do laundry on the veranda It dried well The hotel has a large parking lot. Parking the rental car was easy too. The price is really cheap in Santorini It was a good value hotel

The air conditioning was excellent and free and the shower was excellent with plenty of pressure and hot water. The beds and pillows were really comfortable too

The pool area is excellent and the beds are great quality and comfortable and the grounds are really well kept

The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to the bus station. The hotel has a swimming pool, complete facilities, a refrigerator, and free large bottles of water

The windows are double glazed so it is very quiet in the room. Fridge is a good size so you can buy drinks at the mini mart and stock up. Thoroughly recommend this hotel in Santorini

Amazing hotel! Location, pool, ambience, and the service from Gianni and his staff was excellent. It’s a small boutique hotel and very quiet but in a great location

Because we were going to miss breakfast due to hiking Fira to Oia, they even made us sandwiches to take on the hike. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you to the team at Keti for a wonderful stay!

The hotel was clean and very close to all the restaurants and shops. The main bus stop and taxi area all all within a 5 min walk. We loved our stay and sure to be back sometime in the future

A truly great hotel with views to match. The staff were extremely helpful, weather is was at breakfast or asking for directions or helping with our luggage they were always very helpful

Very clean and housekeeping came everyday to make beds/ change towels. Shower was great- hot and powerful. Lovely roof terraces with great sunset views. Staff were all extremely friendly and very accommodating

The host gave me information about Santorini when I checked in, which was a great help for my trip!! It was about a 10-minute walk from the bus terminal, and it was quick to go up the hill, so the location was really good

Good location about 10 minutes walk from Fira Main Square and bus station. Also about 10 mins walk to the stunning caldera views. Friendly staff Konstantinos and Stan make you feel welcomed. I'd stay again.

It's a very good place where you can stay for reasonable money. They have a beatiful terrace where you can get your breakfast for free. Very well located in FIra's center. Whats remarkable is the guy in the reception

He gives you a map and he explains to you the best things you can do in the island. Definitely I would stay again in this place

The room was very clean and quiet. There was a great communal terrace with sea views. The managers were very friendly and helpful. They gave me tips on where to eat out. I will certainly stay there again.

The hot tub was a nice bonus at the end of each day. Breakfast to order was very good. Ornela, the front desk lady, was amazing, she provided excellent customer service

Although this hotel is not big, it is said that it can only accommodate 7 customers, but we are very satisfied with our stay. First of all, the location is good. It is in the quiet center of the bustle

Also the housekeeper did an excellent work keeping our room and balcony spotless. We stayed for 7 nights and had a wonderful stay! Santorini is a lovely place!

The accommodation was old, and the bathroom and shower were unclean. The lights were flickering, but they didn't replace them. The location was good, as it was close to the bus stop

Very large space even for the lowest rate 'Standard Room'. Great location as it is close to the bus terminal in Fira. The reception is at the east side of the building ehile hotel logo and most rooms are at the west side

the service was incredible, easy and helpful communication before and during the stay, complimentary breakfast was delicious, they accommodated us for earlier check in and offered great recommendations in the area

We loved our stay at On The Rocks for our honeymoon! It is a smaller hotel with cozy cave-like rooms built into the side of the cliff. It seemed like all couples and a few girls trips staying here

Definitely recommend! The staff were very nice and helpful. They made our stay more enjoyable, comfortable, and overall a pleasant experience. The view from our room was spectacular

We stayed our last night in Santorini at On The Rocks. The room had a loft bedroom with a window view of the Aegean Sea. The cave pool was fun, and Linda had a facial that she described as the best she’s ever had

The staff was fantastic and accommodating. We had a 3:30 ferry to Crete and they allowed a late checkout and arranged for a taxi to the port. Expect to climb stairs and hills when visiting

Amazing view, well equipped room, friendly staff! Only downside is if you want to travel around by bus, you’ll have to go back to Fira every time to transfer.

The only rejects are that the tap is too low to wash my hands and no hooks to hang anything at the shower

Reception (kosta?) Was of great help, provided lots of pro tips around the island, excellent food recommendation which was of great benefit! (Esp during the lull season) Hotel view was also breath taking

We had excellent service at the hotel, wonderful experiences exploring the island per their suggestions, such as restaurants and renting a car for a day

Very beautiful hotel, lots of stairs so if you have bad knees probably not for you. We arrived and the reception was closed and had no way to contact them but a local managed too but we had to wait 20 min in the cold

Kostas was very helpful and helped guide us through everything a tourist would need and more. This isn’t something you’d get at an ordinary hotel and I think that’s what made this experience so much more elevated

The hotel itself was very clean. The pool wasn’t set up because we came in the off season and the winds are too crazy to be outdoors much as is. The breakfast was simple but yummy and got the job done

We booked the Belvedere Suite for our honeymoon and we could not have asked for anything more. The staff made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. Vanessa was an excellent host who met our every need

All there rooms are great we stayed in Belvedere, as EFTA was not available but I felt these was perfect for us. shout out to their staff Manos, Chris, RJ, Eli, Cyril, Dani and Antonis

EXCELLENT LOCATION AND ROOM We stayed in the Premier Room (Caldera view) for 3 nights at the beginning of our stay in Greece. Yanis picked us up and did a great job

There was a REALLY LONG line to check in for the flight, so I walked next door for pastries while my husband stayed in line. I would highly recommend this hotel. Mina, at the desk, was also very helpful and kind!

We had our order for breakfast, which we left in the box at the office door that evening. Our room had its own private balcony with 2 seats and a beautiful view. We walked to Fira to dinner two of the nights

If I had it to do over, I'd order double the day before leaving, and have the food in the refrigerator until the morning we left. But there was a bakery next to the entrance to the airport

The hotel was very convenient, and did not have a lot of steps (some of the hotels are down many stairs). The morning we left, it was too early to get breakfast

The room is okay. It is in the center of Fira town and very close to the train station and the cliff path. The service is good, but the room smells a bit damp.

Had an amazing stay at luzios. We choose the honeymoon room with Jacuzzi and it was a delight. 100% recommended

Finally, the service was absolutely outstanding throughout. Really helpful, really knowledgeable and really friendly. Would highly recommend staying here

Loved staying at Loizos Perfect little boutique hotel. Clean, comfortable and great location

What makes it stand out is the service and warm hospitality of the people, especially Irene at the reception and the most amazing Renata in the restaurant

The only drawback is that the shelves looked a bit run down and also that we could hear some noise from people at the pool, but not a reason not to stay here

We enjoyed to stay this hotel very much. Big parking space(not on road) Nice hotel room with all facilities. We enjoy the outdoor and indoor sitting area. Excellent place to relax and enjoy sunrise in the morning

We stayed one night at this beautiful hotel. The location is excellent, just a 4-5 minute walk from Fira's central square. The rooms are clean, completely renovated, and tastefully and thoughtfully furnished

The hotel is very close to the main street, allowing for easy parking. There's a convenience store just down the road, and there's also a nice swimming pool. The front desk service was excellent

The wine cellar room was very unique, clean and beautiful. The breakfast was simply a luxurious feast. And I must mention the service; the owner and his son were incredibly helpful, proactively helping with our luggage

On our last day, we needed to leave for the airport at 6 am, and they booked a car for us for 45 euros

Surprisingly, a luxurious Mercedes-Benz van arrived! We also booked their recommended sea cruise package, which I highly recommend. Santorini is truly a place worth visiting—beautiful and romantic

One of the best hotels we have stayed in Santorini. Great hospitality from the hotel staff and she offered some welcoming drinks to us before the check-in time. The room is very big and comfy with a private juzucci

Service is warm and friendly! Very helpful. Location is excellent, 2min walk to the bus station where you can catch the airport bus and to Oia. The views outside the hotel is magnificent

Our room has no views, but we can step out to the shared balcony for the great views. The kettle in the room has a broken lid so several times, almost got scalded when we pour hot water. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay

Only complaint we had or might warn others of, was the noise from local bars at night. We could hear the music and people yelling til 3am. We did have the room to the top north closest to the streets with the clubs

The room was comfortable enough with no frills. I would give it 3 stars but the 4th star is all because of Maria. She works incredibly hard to make everything right for the guests and seems to do it all on her own

Cleaning, preparing an enormous breakfast spread, lugging suitcases - she did it all! She was very responsive to any messages we sent

And she really cares about the guests! Maria is a gem that makes staying at Santorini Main Square worth it

We stayed here for seven nights and it was the best decision. The location is perfect as it is close to the bus stop, local grocery stores, and restaurants. All the staff are very warm, welcoming, and caring

Lovely restaurants to choose from - our favourite was Anogi in the square. The breakfast every morning are so, so good

Perfect location, the view is breathtaking and the staff is very helpful. The room we stayed in was cleaned every day and we even got really big towels for the beach

During the stay, they were readily available on the phone when we had to ask any other questions regarding parking or arranging taxis. It felt more like a safe space knowing that they were there when you needed them

The pool is also very nice and offers great views as you relax. For the price we paid this was even more than we expected

We booked a superior villa so that we could celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We stayed for 5 nights, so the hotel arranged a free pick up from the airport, which is definitely worth arranging

We stayed here for two nights in early August 2025. The pool area is very nice, and some rooms have their own private jacuzzi or small pool. Service at the pool bar was 10/10 excellent

A very welcoming place and staffs. The moment we arrived they immediately came out to helped with the luggage from the cab. The breakfast here is unbeatable. Buffet and everyday new menus

We had our own Jacuzzi where we stayed that's so wonderful. The resort very close to everywhere. Whenever we sat on the pool they immediately served cold water bottle free of charge

When we arrived at the port the taxi driver we arranged had already gone but one phone call later to the reception and another taxi was there for us within minutes

The hotel provides drinking water bottles free of charge. They had toothpaste and toothbrush in the room. Also close to Carrefour at the front of the hotel. Thank you for a super amazing service

If you have elderly children or don’t like to walk, be sure to choose the Cliff Hotel carefully. Find the way to find the crash. Climbing uphill to the point of doubting life

Stay is good but room is really small for 2 person. Shower wasn’t great coz could not control the water temperature. Very helpful upon checked-in and out. The staff helped to area our luggage to the room
