Host Kostas’ attention to details was excellent from pre and during the visit. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant recommendations were great. Location was convenient for some key scenic points

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It's also great that you can do your shopping right away. There are lots of restaurants and supermarkets. I recommend it.

This hotel is in a good location and closes to the public bus stop. Also, it can easily get to shops and restaurants. Facilities are good. Staff are very friendly.

The stay was great, the owner provided a list of food/bar suggestions. The house keeper was also very friendly and helped show us our room and amenities

Great room! Great terrace with pool! However, be aware of the breakfast. The website advertises breakfast for 10 euros, but that's at the hotel next door. At this one, breakfast is served in your room the night before.

Amazing place in Santorini. Silent and calm, rooms are really clean and modern. Some of them have also a private swimmingpool in front of the landscape (a wonderful landscape). Swimming pool and bar service comfortable.

Our room was cleaned every single day, and they even prepared a delicious breakfast daily, ready for the next morning , which was such a thoughtful and convenient touch! ❤️ We stayed in a room with a private outdoor jacuzzi and a stunning view , it was just perfect! 🥰 Fresh towels were provided every day, and although the area is peaceful and quiet, it’s still easy to reach Fira or Oía

We rented a 4x4, which was perfect for exploring the island and nearby beaches , everything is close by if you enjoy adventure. Honestly, this place exceeded our expectations

I highly recommend to get the top floor- the hot tub on the roof with the view is to die for! The food and pool area are connected to the hotel next door, but everything is shared

This hotel is an absolute delight. Its location is amazing, set in a quiet area of perissa but such a short walk to all the facilities, the beach and bus stop

needs the odd update here and there - Remember its a 2/3 star and not everything is perfect. But it more than makes up for it with everything else and at such value for money- even the air conditioning is free

The owner was very helpful, both in recommending a delicious and affordable restaurant to eat dinner and booking a taxi so we could catch our ferry in the morning

The room was spacious and clean, and a nice outdoor sitting area overlooking the mountains. It was a very beautiful, relaxing, and tranquil environment

If you're wanting a clubbing atmosphere, this isn't for you, but it's a gem of a place for those wanting to chill and have a relaxing holiday

The bus stop is also near by, we took the bus from the port to Fera, and from fera to the stop near this location

He gave us all the details for the hotel, the island, the perissa area (he knows the best places) and he booked for us a car and tranfers too for our departure. Clear, fresh and even with towels for the pool & beach

We didnt had breakfast, but in a distance 50m we had supermarket, and a small caffee with snacks and pies. The location is perfect, in 10 minutes you are at the perivolos beach or to perissa village

Villa Dima is a very nice hotel. located just 3 min from the beach. the beds are very good, offering cleaning everyday. We had a room with kitchen on the first floor with a very nice balcony and seaview

It has a beautiful view to the sea and just walk 3 to swim. All the restaurants, beach bars and shops in Perissa beach are near the hotel

The reception is very helpful , and you can drop off the luggage at the checkout day for late flights. We enjoyed our stay at Villa Dima

I stayed 5 nights at Villa Dima in Santorini and the place is amazing. The room we had number 12 is located on upper floor at the left and it has a spacious balcony with seaview

Villa Dima is one of the most recognizable apart-hotel located in Perissa beach. The rooms are traditional rooms and studios with kitchen or without and have breathtaking views

Being our first time to Santorini we were definitely blown away by the beautiful views and beaches. Our room was fine as it was just the two of us

Reasonable, basic hotel quality Bed is super uncomfortable. The rooms are poorly decorated, however the balcony and the view is super nice. The staff are grumpy and the breakfast lacks quality

Lovely family run hotel very friendly, ten min walk to Kamari beach and Kamari town. Great pool. Lovely spacious rooms with private balconies, beautiful gardens with a variety of flora. Would definitely come again

A great place to stay with family. It is a clean place with a pool and a garden and is walking distance to Kamara beach which has many restaurants and beach activities. It seemed to be a family-run business

Pool area had shaded areas, change area, bathroom and outside shower. Breakfast came included and was great. Room was clean as was the hotel area. 10 minute walk to beach and restaurants

Such a nice beach hotel I say maybe a 3 Star, Staff where so friendly and helpful both staff on reception,and Zikos and Kostas. Shower was very small and never hot water even though staff said it was checked

We have booked One Bedroom Villa with Caldera View and Shared Pool. The view is great facing the sea, location is very good. The issue is with the shared pool

Very good place to stay if you are in Oia. A few minutes walk and already in the centre of all the attractions. Rooms are cleaned everyday. The food is amazing with good serving. Very friendly staff.

If youre looking for views of inside the volcano, this is not it, however, the views of the farmland here is stunning. Great indoor jacuzzi, larger pool outside, full concrete bathroom is amazing

Although we didn't use it, the bus to Oia and Fira is less than 5 mins walk from the hotel. The pool was always quiet with sunbeds available at all times. Occasionally we were the only people using the area

Great hotel just a small walk back from the beach on perissa. Air conditioning worked really well and large rooms all with kettles

Hotel located directly on the beach, small, clean and friendly. Hotel rooms could do with a slight uplift but offer plenty of room. Plenty of choice at breakfast and great views while eating

The hotel is kept very clean and the rooms are cleaned everyday with fresh sheets and towels!! Every morning there is fresh breakfast with fruit, cereal, eggs, tuna, feta cheese, bread and all sorts of great food

Spiros and Hirako (owners of the Hotel) was very kind and helpful. Hotel has nice pool with mountain view. It is in a good location very close to beach and lots of restuarants and cafes. I would choose this place again

Wow! Stayed at this beautiful hotel about 10 times. It’s so clean, the hosts brilliant and an amazing pool. Breakfast is typically Greek, not a cooked breakfast but sufficient for us

Just had our usual September visit to Spiros &Hiroko hotel fabulous as always ! Everything is spot on from arrival to when you sadly have to leave! Hiroko serves a substantial Greek breakfast of yogurt fruits freshly baked bread and cheese juices and fresh coffee you feel set up whether you are going sightseeing or relaxing by the tranquil pool where you don’t need to reserve your sunbed there are...

Another fantastic 18 nights at this little gem! We go every September and will continue to do so. The hotel is immaculate and Spiros & Hiroko are so welcoming. Excellent location for beach, bars & restaurants

We had a lovely stay in this hotel, perfect location across from the beach, has its own sunloungers, we had bed and breakfast and couldn't fault it, everything from bacon, eggs to fresh croissants, the staff were helpful and friendly, rooms serviced daily, only downside for me would be the very small bathroom

Stunning location right in the heart of the action and on the beach front, so option of pool or beach day with “lounger” service at both. The place impeccably clean and tidy

Specifically, the bathroom had an unpleasant odor, likely stemming from the rusty drainage and shower pipe. Furthermore, the glass shelf displayed watermarks, and the tap showed residue

The rooms are nice and clean with amazing views of the caldera. We enjoyed being right off of the Fira to Oia path, though the rooms still maintained complete privacy from the walkway

Easy to get to from the parking and drop off area. The hotel staff and front desk were great and very helpful and most of all the Caldera view from here was amazing. IMO better than Fira and Oia.

Our room was great - large, simply but adequately furnished, with a private terrace to enjoy that view and sunset! Breakfasts were good, Eddy and the team were great. The pool is larger than most, and rarely busy

We were very excited to see they had 24 hour reception even during low season. It was nice to have a place to stay after our 4AM ferry. Staff was all very friendly and accommodating. The room was cute and clean.

We stayed here in July and had an amazing experience. The staff went above and beyond to give us information about the island and the town, and also made us welcome to come to the lobby at anytime for a drink and a chat

You can't drink the water in Santorini from the tap nor use it to boil to drink as it is salty. Hotel provides only 1 bottle of 1 litre drinking water so you have to buy more on your own

The room was ideal and the location of the hotel is perfect. The man who brought us to the port spoke to staff there to make sure he dropped us off at the correct spot for our ferry

It is near the bus station but as it is winter, the frequency is limited. Room is clean, beautiful and spacious with an outdoor patio

New and beautiful hotel. It has a swimming pool and it is 10 minutes walk from the beach. Breakfast is not included, but it costs just 6€. My room was small, but really cozy and tidy.

August 2025 Very nice hotel which is very reasonably priced. Next door to a restaurant, plus vehicle hire, and opposite a small supermarket, so everything you need is nearby. 10 minute walk to nearest beach

Particularly friendly reception, Erjana gave us super tips, a taverna for near the red beach, absolutely recommendable and she reserved us a great place in a restaurant in Oia with a view over the old town and harbor, thank you very much again, dear Erjana!

A special shout out to Erjona who was so so friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great as its a short walk to the beachfront and a 20min bus ride to Fira/30min bus ride to Oia

We arrived at Hotel Hellas and everything was smiles. We chose the cheapest room, but Irene offered us a better room for the same price. The hotel is very clean and close to the center with a fantastic pool

Lovely beautiful care we received from Irene and some amazing views of the sea rooms are lovely glazed stone and have pretty lights inside. Great location would highly recommend 👌 :)

This was a last minute booking after our previous stay didn’t work out! We needed a room and booked late, however, the staff at Hotel Hellas was incredibly understanding and even stayed there late in order to accommodate our check in

Fantastic location! No need to battle crowds in Oia to see the sunset. We could see it from our hot tub. Breakfast served on private terrace each morning was deluxe

Things that aren’t mentioned on the website and maybe should be are the lovely extras such as shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, razor kit, cotton buds and cotton wool pads, emery board, toothbrush and toothpaste

Staff were very helpful in arranging a rental car for us. My only complaint was there did not seem to be any way to recycle but this was a problem at every hotel we stayed at in Greece

The villa and hot tub have been so very quaint and the views could not actually be any more beautiful. We have had many days when we haven’t wanted to go out and explore because the villa is so tranquil and comfortable

The breakfast is served to your room so you can eat it whilst taking in the view and what a view we had! The only disappointing thing for us was when we had to leave as we didn’t want to go it’s so nice
