Great location, close to the bus station. Beautiful view from the balcony and nice breakfast. Staff is really friendly and you can store you can store your luggage begore check in.

Easily walk to restaurants and stores. The view was spectacular for sunsets and watch the cruise ships. Loved our stay and would stay there next time we come to Santorini

The rooms are nice and clean with amazing views of the caldera. We enjoyed being right off of the Fira to Oia path, though the rooms still maintained complete privacy from the walkway

Easy to get to from the parking and drop off area. The hotel staff and front desk were great and very helpful and most of all the Caldera view from here was amazing. IMO better than Fira and Oia.

Our room was great - large, simply but adequately furnished, with a private terrace to enjoy that view and sunset! Breakfasts were good, Eddy and the team were great. The pool is larger than most, and rarely busy

The rooms are huge, each with own terrace for the morning sun, just delightful! The infinity pool was pretty special too! The staff helped carry our luggage up the stairs, of which there are many in Ioa, they did it with ease! Highly recommend this little hotel😊🇬🇷

Our stay at Pezoules of Oia was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality it immediately felt like a peaceful sanctuary above the caldera

We also loved the shared infinity pool and bar that the hotel offers - we almost always had it to ourselves since the hotel has such few rooms and guests

Had an amazing time at this boutique hotel! The room was spacious and beautiful - it had a private hot tub with a view, closet space, a couch and many details that made all the difference

But what stands out the most is the service - Nikos going above and beyond to help us with food, Marina from housekeeping and her outstanding service, and Marta from front desk

This is definitely one of best Hotels I've ever stayed in on Santorini. Very clean and all the staff are very friendly and very helpful. The owners were also very friendly

We stayed at the Tholos for 2 nights and our experience was fantastic The location is wonderful - in Imerovigli. It is close by to many cafés and bars , and also just 10-15 mins walk to Fira

The staff at Tholos is excellent , as soon as we arrived - Victor helped us with our luggage down to the room. Dimitris and Marianna who are at the reception are wonderful people

Right from our welcome drinks till the time we left - both of them attended to all our queries with a smile and ensured we are well taken care of

Had juice delivered with hair in it, was supposed to be replaced - they don’t bother to bring you a fresh glass or even mention that they won’t bring it

Asked the server to replace it when they got it to the room, you’ll not see the server again even though they mention they’ll replace

Our Room was very clean and neat and had wonderful Caldera view and we could watch the sunset from there

Ask, the staff if the jacuzzi is cold because ours was hot. The views from the hotel are beautiful. Overall a pleasant stay ***rent a car in Santorini and if you stay here they have parking

It can be a challenge the first time seeing the road so drive slow and when you see the small cannon it’s the next road to the right***

Once we got settled, his colleague came in with a chilled bottle of white wine and snack. The full breakfast was also incredible. There was so much choice for both vegetarians and meat eaters

From checkin to checkout, the service staff is at your beckoned call. We had issues with our hot tub and they fixed it a and gave is a bottle of wine for the inconveniences

Fantastic hotel that is adults-only. Infinity pool with a bunch of lounge chairs. I feel like we ordered too much and, in some way, punishing the chefs

Everything is amazing! Staff, location, service, food, views, EVERYTHING! Cannot say enough good things about this location. We stayed at 4 hotels on our two week journey and by far this was the best stay

You wont want to leave your room, especially if you have to fight the foot traffic in Oia on a day when cruise ships are in harbor at Fira!

I would have rated the room 5 stars except for an issue with a noisy pool pump outside our room

Pros: free delicious breakfast (starts at 8:30am), beautiful view of the Caldera. Cons: outdated, shower look dirty, pool is very very small and the hot tub was not working at that time

Joanna was in contact with us before our arrival. They also make arrangements for our pick up from the airport. Asked us for our breakfast options and delivered them to our room every morning

The location in Imerovigli was perfect! Short walk to restaurants, but far enough from the main stretch to allow for a quiet, romantic retreat. Would definitely book here again!

The pool area is fantastic with views of the sunset at night meaning you can enjoy it in your own private area rather than sharing with lots of people

WOW! The views are incredible, the rooms and breakfast were great and the location was perfect! The staff were so friendly and helpful and even helped us with transportation, dinner reservations and recommendations for our trip

The views of the sunset and caldera are unreal, and the rooms are super cozy and unique. The staff makes you feel so welcome and taken care of. Hanging out by the pool with that view is absolute perfection

The climb up to the hotel after taxi drop-off was not bad at all (3 minutes?) just be sure to wear sneakers only. Our request for a room near the pool was accommodated

The rooms are large spacious and felt like a 2b/2b apartment with a living room and patio! It even had a warm jacuzzi from which we were able to watch sunsets! Their breakfast is served in the room or in their restaurant and is done so elegantly

The day we checked out we could leave our suitcases with them till late, then come back take a shower in their check out guest bathrooms and leave. So very convenient when your flight is much later than the checkout time

The pool was very quiet during our stay and we were the only ones that used it. Breakfast can be served to your room or in the Black Rock restaurant

Very nice hotel in a great location, good value for money. For the cheaper ones: breakfasts could be more varied (we had 3 sets to choose from) and bar/pool bar prices a bit lower.

Amazing staff and hotel :) On arrival we were greeted and our luggage was taken to our room. We then had a bottle of Prosecco delivered to our room as a welcome gift

The Master Suite we stayed in room 62 was spacious with outstanding views of the ocean. The hot tub was also lovely to have drinks in the evening

A Boutique style accomodation with a pool or private villa options. We had a room only accommodation which was perfect for a couple

The view alone is worth everything! Definitely book one of the 5 rooms with the view. Do yourself a favor and skip the complimentary breakfast and walk down to Confetti next door for breakfast

However, it’s actually an amazing view throughout the day really! We had the honeymoon suite, which had its own terrace with a hot tub from which we had views out to the caldera

Another fabulous stay at Black Sands. A family run establishment, with great staff supporting them. Pool and bar area spotless, house keeping carried out every day and the location is minutes from the beach

The location was ideal - only a short walk (no more than 10 minutes) to the beach and a variety of restaurants and bars, all serving amazing food! I’d also highly recommend the open air cinema within walking distance

Our room was spotless, cleaned daily and spacious enough for our needs. The breakfast selection was small (as to be expected from a small hotel) but well cooked and plentiful enough to fill us up for the morning

The selection included toast, pastries, cereal, ham, cheeses, eggs and sausage/bacon. We visited Fira and Oia via bus which was a very cheap and easy way to travel (€2 per journey per person)

I especially appreciated the pool area, which offered an idyllic spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The staff at Maria Perka truly made the stay exceptional

The is a on sight restaurant which serves the most fabulous food but be warned tho with a good appetite the portions are high and the bring you dessert and raki or ouzo free of charge!! The hotel and restaurant all run by the same family who a so friendly nothing is too much trouble from the housekeeping staff to reception to Marco in the restaurant to Mama in the kitchen who is definitely a feeder...

Great hotel with the kindest staff ! The pool was great and the hotel is very close to the beach. The hotel was clean and has q great location (the bus stop is just accross the street to go to Kamari, Fira or Oia).

Our room was very nice and clean (maisonette for 2 people) and it had a great view of the pool. The pool is very nice, although there are not many seats available, but it usually is less crowded in the afternoon

Very good place to stay if you are in Oia. A few minutes walk and already in the centre of all the attractions. Rooms are cleaned everyday. The food is amazing with good serving. Very friendly staff.

If youre looking for views of inside the volcano, this is not it, however, the views of the farmland here is stunning. Great indoor jacuzzi, larger pool outside, full concrete bathroom is amazing

The room is okay. It is in the center of Fira town and very close to the train station and the cliff path. The service is good, but the room smells a bit damp.

Had an amazing stay at luzios. We choose the honeymoon room with Jacuzzi and it was a delight. 100% recommended

The only drawback is that the shelves looked a bit run down and also that we could hear some noise from people at the pool, but not a reason not to stay here
