Just got back from our trip and i could not pass this opportunity to write a review about this place. Our stay at Ketikies Chromata was impeccable. We spent 3 nights there! The rooms were spacious and nicely put together. We had our private pool and lounge area. Their hospitality was exceptional! Adonis welcomed us at check in like a family member. Phillip, very sweet guy! He went above and beyond to serve us at breakfast. Philip was constantly running up and down those hard steps to bring us every little thing we've asked for and that was no joke. We were 6 of us in our group, all vegetarian. Chef John attended to our needs and provided us with special dishes. He wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with our meals that he prepared. Thank you for this wonderful experience and spoiling us.❤️

The best view I've seen in my life! Waking up to those jaw-dropping caldera views right from the cliffside is something you'll never forget. The whole place has such a peaceful, special vibe, the service is top-notch, and I genuinely can't wait to come back!

Our stay at the Katikies Chromata was wonderful. The service is excellent and they make you feel very taken care of. Well appointed and comfortable rooms. The complimentary breakfast was a high point - incredible food! We also had drinks one evening and they were very good. The staff is wonderful from Alex at the front desk to Zestomi helping with the bags at check in and check out. The pool area is also nice for a relaxing morning or afternoon.

You won’t be disappointed by the views of the caldera and this lovely hotel.

It was an amazing hotel experience! All the staff were incredibly helpful and responsive. A special thanks to the manager, Katerina, who personally walked around the property to ensure everything was perfect, and to Galateia, who was so welcoming and professional. I don’t know the names of the others, but every single staff member was wonderful and made sure we had an unforgettable vacation. The pool, the view, and the entire hotel were spotless and beautifully maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It truly felt like five days of living in a dream! 😍

Great service and friendly staff. Great view and great location (between Oia and Fero). Room service is easy to arrange and make an appointment with. Staff are always willing to help with almost anything. Beautiful pool and bar staff are great too, easy to talk to. Enjoy breakfast on your own terrace with a beautiful view. Only downsides... beware the low ceilings, hurts. Toilet flush is really weak. Despite the disappointment in the room, I think it's worth it for the view, pool, location and excellent staff.

Friendly staff and beautiful place.

We moved to Chromata from our hotel down the road because we had a bad experience and checked out early. Well let me tell you; the moment we walked into reception you could tell this place was special. We were upgraded to a lovely room with an indoor jacuzzi - plenty of space and very clean. I loved the turn down service at night. I loved the pool, we neglected our plans to walk and explore because it was so nice to lay but the pool on the comfy loungers looking out at the view and the lovely music playing from the restaurant. The service was exceptional, everyone very friendly and attentive. Got a little surprise drink/smoothie by the pool every now and then which was a lovely touch. The pool menu was also reasonable and the portions were generous. My only negatives which I think are helpful to share; some of the elements in our room (bathroom door, furniture, shower floor) need updating as they are looking a bit worn. I also thought the drinks menu was a bit overpriced (20€ for a cocktail / 11€ for a local beer).

A special thank you to Jessie from housekeeping — she was such a delight, always greeting us with a smile and making sure our room was spotless and welcoming. And Omar… what a gem! Be sure to book a dinner reservation through him at the hotel — not only is he knowledgeable and professional, but the dining experience was one of the best we had in Santorini. The food, the ambiance, the view — pure magic.

The complimentary breakfast each morning was another highlight. The spread was generous and delicious — fresh fruits, pastries, eggs made to order, and rich Greek yogurt — all served with a view that’s straight out of a postcard.

The property itself is stunning. The infinity pool overlooking the cliffs is everything you’d hope for, and the rooms are spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. Every detail is thoughtfully curated to make your stay feel special.

If you’re headed to Santorini and want an experience that feels luxurious yet personal, Katikies Chromata is the place. I can’t wait to come back!

This is a spectacular hotel with a spectacular view. What makes it extra special are the staff that work there! We had an issue with our room that was very quickly addressed with multiple options given to solve the issue. The manager offered an explanation personally and they were very professional apologetic. We had great breakfasts and a fabulous dinner at the restaurant on site. The BEST Sunset views without leaving your hotel!!

The room was immaculate, with daily service ensuring it remained spotless throughout our stay.

We were delighted by the delicious breakfast included with our stay, offering a fantastic start to each day. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip special, even surprising my wife with a birthday cake without any prompting from us. It's those little touches that truly elevate a stay.

The hotel's location in Imerovigli is ideal. It's situated in a prime spot with stunning caldera views and is just a short cab ride away from the iconic blue domes of Oia.
