Where to stay with kids in Santorini

The spa services were outstanding, providing the relaxation and rejuvenation we craved. Every treatment left us feeling refreshed, and the serene atmosphere of the spa was the perfect escape

Such a beautiful resort with Aesthetic interiors. Special mention for one of the staff, Androklis, he is by far the sweetest person we've met in Greece and really made our dinner pleasant.

Fabulous hotel, exactly what you would expect from a 5 star hotel in Santorini

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest hospitality, making us feel immediately at home. The staff were exceptionally friendly, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay

Views, location and the room were really nice. However Breakfast was not good at all, opted to skip because of lack of fresh options and variety

Clean and spacious rooms, we had a view to the caldera (you could also hear the noise from the vehicles that passed, but not enough to keep you awake so it was ok). The pools were amazing, lots of sunbends

We visited Santorini recently with 10 other family members for our niece's wedding. El Greco was our hotel of choice. Great decision!! The complex is outstanding, with several beautifully maintained pools and surrounds

Generally it's a beautiful place. The room is awesome, the pools and plants. The only minuses are: nothing special for breakfast (like in a typical 3-4 star hotel) and the pools not heated (not even one)

Wonderful hotel and service was great. Easy walk to shops 10 mins. Bar service at pool and Esmerelda was great. Breakfast not so good, food not hot e.g. bacon eggs etc. Location was excellent

The complex has an all day restaurant and bar poolside, which was fantastic for cocktails 🍸 after dinner. The rooms are very well appointed, really comfortable king bed

Breakfast is included it the room rate, and although not a five star buffet, the breakfast was OK, especially sitting outside overlooking the main pool area

Tip: Ask for a room around either main two pools, make sure you're not in a room near the main road

The spa facilities let the resort down - for a 5* spa resort the facilities are restricted to two massage rooms, no indoor pool (the outdoor pools were very cold), no sauna, jacuzzi or steam room

Staff were amazing on reception and concierge - special mention to Georgia (I think her name was) who help make our short stay very memorable with her sage advice on how to fill our time. Would stay again.

Breakfast was great - Michelle (or Melissa) was a star; she brought my partner honey ginger and lemon every morning to help with her sore throat. We had a great sea and beach view from our room

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Kamari. Kid friendly, with kind and helpful staff. Breakfast in the mornings was delicious, with so many options to choose from

Super close to the airport too, me and my daughter loved watching the planes go by! Only downside was the pools were very cold, especially at the end of September, however this couldn’t be helped, but be mindful if you’re looking for something suitable for younger kids/babies as my 1

We really liked the hotel and our sea view room. A wonderful complex with swimming pools, a great breakfast and friendly staff. We were very happy to stay here! I recommend it!

Waking up to that caldera view each morning never got old. Breakfast was absolutely amazing - one the best! We also found that most guests tend to stay just a night or two and move on quite quickly

It’s rare to find somewhere that gets every detail right, but Katikies really does. We felt completely looked after throughout and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. A very special place – we’ll definitely be returning

Beautiful hotel in Oia - amazing service and care for every guests' needs. Upon arrival we were wowed by the friendly welcome and immaculate public areas. The room was large and bed and bedding super comfortable

Restaurant was also great, could enjoy both local and global foods, and large portions. On last day, hotel offers free shower services, hence could enjoy the pool / beach even after the checkout

Not living up to the price We stayed in one of the sea view suites with private pool. The room was truly amazing, great view, comfortable bed and very good AC. Enjoyed the coffee in the rom and the loudspeaker

The on-site restaurant is excellent — the food is delicious, and the service is top-notch. We highly recommend choosing the half-board option, as it adds great value to the stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable

The pool and its surroundings are a real relaxation area, where we often rested after swimming. The staff is friendly, especially the two receptionists Maria and Bana

The pool hotel is very photogenic. The service staff are also very friendly and polite (some waiters don't speak English very well). There are also cute calico kittens to accompany us🐈 ps: Our quilts always have holes

The pool is heated to a delightful temperature and there are nearly enough sunbeds around the pool. I say nearly - there usually space if you look hard enough, or are a little patient

Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, always on hand with great recommendations for things to do in Santorini — especially fantastic restaurant tips in Fira (Thera)

The breakfasts were amazing, with so many delicious options to choose from, and their brunch menu was just as impressive. We’re already missing those meals! We were sad to leave but would return in a heartbeat

We stayed at the Tholos for 2 nights and our experience was fantastic The location is wonderful - in Imerovigli. It is close by to many cafés and bars , and also just 10-15 mins walk to Fira

The swimming pool and the pool bar have great views and the excellent service by the team - Albie , Andy and another person ( Victors son) sorry forgot his name

The staff at Tholos is excellent , as soon as we arrived - Victor helped us with our luggage down to the room. Dimitris and Marianna who are at the reception are wonderful people

Right from our welcome drinks till the time we left - both of them attended to all our queries with a smile and ensured we are well taken care of

Our Room was very clean and neat and had wonderful Caldera view and we could watch the sunset from there

Had juice delivered with hair in it, was supposed to be replaced - they don’t bother to bring you a fresh glass or even mention that they won’t bring it

Lovely overnight stay,before catching ferry next morning. Lovely modern standard room with very comfy beds, but lacks space at bedside for personal stuff and hanging space limited for clothes

This is okay for a night or two but not a longer stay. No where to hang trousers or long dresses. Breakfast buffet was really good choice, hot and cold food. Best breakfast of the holiday 😋

Second time in Santorini for us and this time we avoided the hustle and bustle by staying in Mesaria for a night. The hotel is close to the airport and port. 2:50EUR bus fare to the port for our next island

Hotel is also able to assist with the transport rental during our stay. Would definitely recommend 👍👍👍

Stayed for a week here and it was great. Breakfast delivered to your door every morning, room cleaned every day. Ideal location too, short walk into Fira. Everything is clean and tidy, pool is looked after daily

I could go on and on, the staff are so friendly, a close family who treat you as part of theirs. Go and see and experience this place. It's less than 5 minutes to centre of fira ; but you can't hear a thing

A solo traveller as I am : my room is very spacious and plenty of room. The pool area is quite unique. Beautiful, quiet and again luxurious like a 5 star 🌟. I come to relax and unwind, and I always do

The hotel also has a small swimming pool that was never too busy. Breakfast was continental style with a few hot dishes that provided a good choice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay

They can book a variety of boat and bus trips if needed. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we had a small terrace with a hot tub, which was great after a busy day sightseeing

On the next day Theodosia was on the desk and was very helpful 👌 in her expertise on santorini and best way to get to our planned days. and recommended us to go to megalochori and what a spendid day that was

The hotel is in a great area. In the middle of tourist attractions. You get a light breakfast daily. I loved our room very spacious and the view was breathtaking. .

A lovely hotel a 5 minute walk from the centre of Fira. Close to restaurants and bars. About a 5 minute walk to the bus station. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful

Do not trust the scammers at the ferry port trying to charge excessive fees for transport. It only costs 30 euro to get to Fira from the ferry port

Vedema offers a luxury escape in the heart of the small Greek town of Megalochori with its 400 year old cave restaurant (Alati) and some of the best volcanic wines we tasted on the island

Choosing this resort was the perfect way to end our first parents-only getaway. Megalochori’s quiet streets, local vibes, and wonderful people made our stay feel truly relaxing after the busy days in Oia

Low level buildings with privacy for all. Limited choice of restaurants in October for alternative dining experiences. We hired a car which allowed us to explore the island which we would recommend

My only niggle is that the aircon was not very efficient but not a big issue mid October. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and quiet stay in Santorini

The gym is ok but some of the machines are a bit outdated and rusty. Small negative things: the one young worker that was at the restaurant and pool bar needs some training on social skills or maybe costumer service

We booked the Cream Suite with a caldera view and a plunge pool for our honeymoon

Our stay was amazing! All of the staff in addition to being attentive to all our needs, provided great recomendations for restaurants and things to do around the island

Every morning, we had breakfast brought out to our balcony table which was an amazing start to the day. The location was fantastic as it’s very close to Imerovigli allowing us to walk to Fira if we were feeling up for it

Additionally, this suite has its own private entrance so while you could see other guests over the fence, no one would be walking into your balcony area. Overall 10/10, you’ll have a great time if you book here!

Best white and shinning hotel with sun, sea, magnificient sunset view, very comfortable accomodation and swimming pool and lovely people and very important privacy and quietness! We went here as a family of 4 and it was lovely , very close to the beach , shops, bars and restaurants. there were quite a few very nice relaxing pools and they were not busy at all when we stayed

The room was cool, spacious and very clean , we also had a beautiful outside area overlooking the pool. The two shops next to the hotel were very useful and well stocked

Breakfast is absolutely delicious, and the hotel offers direct access to the beach via a short, private path. The whole atmosphere is calm and quiet, with guests showing great courtesy and respect

Having read some of these reviews I was a bit concerned about having to get up early for sunbeds. With four pools there was plenty of space I arrived om the 28th August left on 11th September

I was going down generally at 9:30 am and if the main pool was busy as often or not it wasn't I walked to few steps to another pool with large thick beds so comfy

The hotel room towels are also replaced twice daily. - Staff are friendly, extremely helpful but not intrusive. They regularly come round all the pool areas to check if patrons need drinks, food or anything else

The hotel is beautiful and immaculate at all times – here are a few of the things we were most impressed by: - There was never any ‘race’ to get a pool lounger

There were more than enough loungers for all guests and, because there are four main pools, the areas are peaceful with plenty of space. The loungers are also exceptionally comfortable

And sushi and lunchtime was AWESOME. One portion enough though! - This is a hotel that loves towels. There are plentiful beach towels around the pool areas, these are replenished regularly throughout the day

- On our trip we unfortunately had an incident that required a hospital trip for our child (nothing to do with the hotel, just the way it goes). The hotel staff couldn’t be more helpful

The milkshakes are tasty! The breakfast buffet is a broad spread from continental to country specialties, including plenty of fresh fruit (I did see a TripAdvisor review which said they only have tinned fruit – they did have tinned but that was in addition to, not instead of)

We booked a Caldera view … didn’t realise that also overlooked the road so if we stay again I’ll book a non-Caldera view. No hesitation in recommending this hotel

Our honeymoon at The Majestic Hotel was absolutely unforgettable, and a huge part of that was thanks to Amin. He was the nicest, happiest person we met on our trip — always greeting us with a big smile and genuine warmth

To cap off each day, the hotel faces the sunset, offering a stunning view of catamarans gliding across the water as they watch the spectacle unfold. This is the kind of place I would happily return to year after year

The 24hr WhatsApp concierge was insane! And so immediate! There was clearly a lot of thought in delivering our preferences, as indicated from the special dish that was prepared for us à la carte

First of all, this place is BEAUTIFUL!!! Secondly, I cannot emphasize enough how amazing the interactions felt from each and every member of the Canaves team, both from leadership and staff

Unfortunately it was too cold to swim to enjoy the pool. But all in all we had a fabulous time and highly recommend. Thank you again for hosting us and we will definitely see you again

We recently stayed at this cozy family owned hotel run by “Alexander the Great”. He was very welcoming and ready to accommodate our every need to make our stay comfortable

The kitchen staff was helpful too - nice pool - interior of hotel is very nice - room was fine - breakfast was fine

He hooked us up with a catamaran trip, helped us pick a day when the winds were lite for best experience, plus arranged pick up and drop off at the hotel. - Alex recommended a nearby restaurant we enjoyed

It was walking distance to the bus/taxis and located beside a 24hr coin laundry which we appreciated, having been travelling for 8days prior to arriving here. The breakfast was fresh and well worth it

He recommended we watch sunset from restaurant in Imerovigli because it is less crowded and better view. He recommended a nearby travel agency to book our ferry to Naxos
