What to say about this place and not to exaggerate. This place is the gem! It's a small 30 rooms family hotel. The breakfast is great(they really try). Hotel is less then 5 min to the beach.People are so plesent and nice. Elias almost make us feel like we are at home. Lady who works at the reception knows everything about the island and she gave us only good recommendations. I have only words of praise

A nice place not far from the city center but a little outdated. Room just right in size with a bathroom also dated from the 70s. The rooms upstairs are only accessible by stairs but some offer beautiful views of the swimming pool. The exteriors are nice.

Fantastic location! No need to battle crowds in Oia to see the sunset. We could see it from our hot tub. Breakfast served on private terrace each morning was deluxe. The reviews don't do this place justice. The junior suite we stayed in was lovely, especially for the money we paid. The room was small but adequate. It was clean and tidy. Brand new hotel in Imerovigli, Santorini. Rooms are nice, modern, minimalist. It's a small hotel overlooking the Aegean. You need a car to visit other touristic parts of the island. Best Choice, had the best Place to stay, perfect with sunrise View, near to beach , private pool and parking and good staff and on top on that planes flying over your head. We stayed at an air bnb. This area is minutes from the airport and we heard airplanes coming and going and yes they are loud. However the amazing accommodations we had made up for this minor intrusion in our time there

However, the only thing i would recommend for the hotel staff to add is a holder for the shower head and the curtain to be longer so that it prevents water going out easily. We had a nice stay with my family. Very good location close to the beach Kamari, 3- 5 minutes walk. A lot of restaurants and shops around. The hotel is very quiet. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. It is close, about 15 minutes walk, to shopping and restaurants in Fira. The breakfast was wonderful, with many options for food and drink. We took advantage of one of the Spa packages and had a fantastic experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Santorini. Loved it.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. The room was comfortable but could benefit from blackout curtains due to the street lights.

Breakfast was lovely, lots of offerings— pastries made fresh on site. Wifi signal was strong, not spotty as in some hotels. The property itself is gorgeous, a former winery that was converted into a hotel. The staff was very helpful and attentive, helped to arrange a transfer to the port on my last day. I wish I had been able to use the spa but a nasty head cold prevented me from enjoying that perk...

Very friendly staff pool and bed just what you want when on holiday. All very clean and tidy good value B&B. Free air con free kettle free safe. Free fridge TV avaliable with smart TV selection. Out of town for peice although not to far to walk to main beach front.

My husband and I spent a week here for our honeymoon. All the staff are really lovely, and so helpful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The location is ideal, only 10 minutes away from the airport by car and less than a 10 minute walk away from the main strip of Kamari. The sunbeds by the pool are amazing, so comfy and ideal for couples. The pool is clean, and not chlorinated which was nice...

We have just had two lovely weeks here. Hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean. Rooms were really nice with A/C, cleaned daily, fridge in the room. Staff were so nice! Always welcoming and spoke to you, wished you a good day etc. Breakfast was very nice and all you can eat. We were in the pool most days. Loads of sunbeds both in and out of the sun. Pool bar was open 10am-6pm. Maybe would benefit a bar...

Great holiday staying with the team at hotel28. Spotlessly clean. Room mopped and beds made every day. Towels changed when you want them to be. .Breakfast is fresh and although a limited selection, it's all you need. No kettle on the room.... Get a grip. This isn't an issue. Quirky with the sink in the bedroom but the shower is amazing... Not in the bedroom. 😂 the pool and area is great. Comfy beds...

Me and my husband had a fantastic honeymoon staying at hotel 28! The staff are so considerate and don't let you lift a finger whilst you're staying with them. Eva George and the fantastic bar tender (sorry I didn't catch his name) are welcoming and go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Location is great, we walked everywhere. Hotel clean, room small but comfortable. View was nice Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk was a doll. she was very helpful. Great restaurants near by and bus to Santorini city a few minute walk. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is really close to sea, whole crew is nice and helpful, airplanes are loud but we quickly adapted and stop hearing them. Our room was cleaned everyday. Definitely would recommend!

We had a lovely stay in this hotel, perfect location across from the beach, has its own sunloungers, we had bed and breakfast and couldn't fault it, everything from bacon, eggs to fresh croissants, the staff were helpful and friendly, rooms serviced daily, only downside for me would be the very small bathroom

Stunning location right in the heart of the action and on the beach front, so option of pool or beach day with “lounger” service at both. Drinks and food a plenty. So much choice at breakfast.
