We went for my wife’s birthday/late anniversary. The hotel was outstanding, picturesque! The staff…amazing. Maria and her son Stefan were very accommodating & they had petals on the floor on arrival for us in our room. Great, will stay another time! Great stay, breakfast was included, beach near by, friendly and approachable staff, all speak english and very well organised. The only downside was people swimming in the swimming pool without a shower prior, so pool can be dirty depending on a day.

Staff and management were amazing. We left kids clothing behind and Maria took it upon herself to have it shipped to us at our next travel destination. Overall, my stay here was very pleasant. I had a peaceful and relaxing holiday in May. When I first arrived, the room I was given was different from the one I saw on Trip.com. I mentioned this, and they quickly changed it to another room, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Sublime Villas was exactly what we expected from when booking. It offered a quiet and relaxing way to end our vacation in a small village with restaurants, stores and beaches all within walking distance. I had an amazing experience at the anezina villas in Santorini! The receptionist, Demi, was incredibly friendly and helped me organize a surprise birthday celebration for my boyfriend. Stayed here for 8 nights in may and we have travelled a lot in our time. It was the first time in years I walked into a hotel room and was pretty stunned. We liked that it was a family business and they were very helpful to our special needs. The chef was amazing and provided many different dishes. The owner was extremely kind and joyful. Came in on a cruise ship, Norwegian, and took an Uber over to old AI, quick easy and away from the large crowds from Cork cruise ships. Standing shopping, beautiful views, and the food is amazing and fresh.

Nice beach with long walking trail. You can also ride around on an ATV here, or sit under an umbrella and take in the ocean with a nice beverage. Decent selection of restaurants as well as bars. Bus is very much not on schedule, so be prepared for long waits.

The property is great. The room was clean and checking in was simple. I enjoyed the pool though the pool chair cushions could use some cleaning. The power went out in the area both nights i was there for a few minutes so I'm not sure if it is a regular thing that happens.

August 2025 Very nice hotel which is very reasonably priced. Next door to a restaurant, plus vehicle hire, and opposite a small supermarket, so everything you need is nearby. 10 minute walk to nearest beach. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Room itself very good with A/C, but shower room in need of repair and upgrade. Pool a good size and not over subscribed. We will return to Santorini again...

Needs to improve some things: the sink in the bathroom almost have no water (little) and the "box" (bidet) have less than 1 squared meter!!!...The Room is good, mas the Bath is bad!

Happy with our stay here. The main improvement would be more storage space in the rooms. We stayed for a week and only had a small rack to hang our clothes with 6 coat hangers. Truly a gem! Mr. Vaggelis is a wonderful person, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Great room! Great terrace with pool! However, be aware of the breakfast. The website advertises breakfast for 10 euros, but that's at the hotel next door. At this one, breakfast is served in your room the night before.

Amazing place in Santorini. Silent and calm, rooms are really clean and modern. Some of them have also a private swimmingpool in front of the landscape (a wonderful landscape). Swimming pool and bar service comfortable.

Would recommend The hotel is in a very quiet place far from all the noise in fira or oia. The people in akrotiri were very kind and it made the place feel better. The hotel is very clean and is ready to meet any needs as fast as possible. Only negative is that you need a car if you want to explore Santorini but if you just want to stay in a hotel and don’t leave it’s 11/10

The restaurant was excellent. The tomato fritters were a highlight of Santorini for me. Our room was beautiful however the air conditioning was underpowered and couldn't be left on while not in the room which led to a lot of nights where I was hotter than I'd like to be. (This is the only reason this isn't a 5 star review) The staff were very friendly and helpful.
