Ikonik Parlament in Budapest

location is quite close (around 5 minutes away) from the hungarian parliament building. service could be slow at times (took 30 ish minutes for a dirty kettle to be delivered), but reception was nice and friendly. room is not the cleanest, but acceptable.

I had a pleasant stay at the Ikonik Parlament Hotel. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were excellent, and the location was very convenient. The staff provided attentive service, and the hotel facilities met my expectations.
However, for a 4-star hotel, the breakfast selection could be significantly improved, offering more variety and quality. Additionally, the Wi-Fi service could be more robust and reliable to better meet the needs of modern travelers.
Overall, I would rate my experience 8 out of 10. Thank you for the hospitality!

great value for money, new hotel in downtown, but quiet location with modern rooms

Great and nice hotel

We had a great stay at the Ikonik Parlament in Budapest! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the hotel is very well located (close to Metro Line 3). The service was also great; Sofia was especially helpful and suggested lots of cool things to do around Budapest. The hotel also offers free coffee and tea all day, which was a wonderful surprise. I would recommend this stay to anyone interested in visiting Budapest.

The stuff was helpful and friendly

Centrally located in Pest, ,quiet, modern, stylish, clean with helpful and efficient staff. Good size room overlooking quiet central.courtyard. Good breakfast covering all tastes at very reasonable price. 24- hour self-service refreshments lounge on ground floor. Overall a haven of tranquillity right in the city centre.

Very comfortable and clean. Modern design, excellent service. Complete breakfast with lots of options. Most of the must-see places in Budapest are at walking distance.

We stayed here for a week (7 nights). The Hotel is very well situated, you can reach it by Bus and by Metro.

The hotel has a 24/7 concierge / desk. Very friendly staff. They have a water purifier and a coffee machine in the lounge, that as a guest staying there you can use free of charge, which was fantastic.

We had a room with 2 single beds. The Bathrooms were spacious, the shower good. The only drawback was, that the bathroom had a glass stained door that wasn't sealed (meaning there was a gap on all 4 sides of the door, so one heard everything going on).

One issue we had is that the room cards would stop to work after being out for a day. The cards seem to use the actual magnet stripes to unlock the door, thus if you were on a metro or bus with a pantograph the card wouldn't work when returning to the hotel. Luckily the front desk could always help out. We had this happen to us 3 times during our stay.

The breakfast the hotel offers was fairly decent, it cost 15€ per person. They have a decent selection of breads, 2 sorts of jams, some Muesli and other cereals, as well as some hard / soft boiled eggs as well as scrambled eggs. Last but not least they also have some lunch meats / sliced salamis.

Well worth staying here.

Very clean. Great reception staff. They helped us with tickets for a cruise. You can store your luggage. The room is adequate for the purpose. We were in room 411. There are sky light style windows. They don't have curtains or any coverings. This is not a negative unless you like to sleep in. Bring your eye mask. It was quiet and just off a main area. Restaurants near by (Mazi's) was great.
