We stayed here for two nights while visiting Budapest. The host is very friendly and good communication. She even did our washing for us! The building and the room is very quirky as in antique, but comfortable! Nice view from our room as well. Quick walk to the hustle and bustle of the city and it was very quiet while we stayed there.

The worst place I have ever been to. The host is nasty, the place is dirty, spooky, messy and old-fashioned.
They have the worst rooms made of left-over furniture. The toilets are really tiny and uncomfortable. I DO NOT recommend this place at all!

Really nice building with antique furniture! The location is absolutely quiet and still well connected. The owner is an absolute gem. She helped me with info about everything in town and made very sure that I wasn't lacking anything. I hope to return soon!!!!

Fairly inexpensive apartments, that are very quiet with a pretty cool view over the city. The apartment itself is pretty old-fashioned, but clean. Friendly staff.

I did not dislike our experience here, but it could have been a lot nicer. The decoration of our room was OK, but all a bit dated. The heavy wood antique furniture, which in its own right is pleasant enough, is however an acquired taste. Communication was not good and the host come over as not very approachable. The kitchen was not very well equipped although we did like the charming tea and coffee cups, the cooking utensils left something to be desired. The location is great for transport and walking into the City. The advertising implies it has a spa, but it doesn't. The Gellért Spa is next door and that is fabulous. Our host insisted on cash which could have been a problem but we accepted her request. It is not so expensive to stay in, so perhaps we should not expect to much. The house is grand and could be such a better experience with a friendly smile here and there

It's okay. Pretty basic, prices little too high, but still fine. Some interieur damaged, rooms pretty shady in comparison to the advertisements.

Worst ever customer service!!! Dont even try if you dont want to spoil your time, vacation, etc. Not reachable hotel representatives, either by mail or by phone. But very good at skimming your money for nothing!!! Would never recommend to anyone!

The location of the hotel was perfect, yet calm but still super close to the city centre. The host was friendly en the continental breakfast was good. A place to visit again!

Location is great, price level is acceptable, but the "economy" rooms are in the basement which is quite depressing with its bad lightning and outdated furniture. This is not really promoted anywhere... The owner is a bit strange, can't really handle any negative feedback. The overall experience is not good, I would recommend to look for another place.

We booked last minute at panzio because of problems with the booking at another apartment.
The owner has received us warmly and is very thoughtful. We got a spacious, clean room with daily clean towels and a private bathroom.
We have felt welcome: we were allowed to sit anywhere in the garden or on the terrace. She gave recommendations on what we could visit in the city.
For a next visit to Budapest, we will come back here.
