The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the city, close to everything yet peaceful and comfortable. The staff is truly outstanding: extremely helpful, attentive, and quick to assist with anything needed

Excellent clean hotel, sauna and the gym are open 24/7. Also bedding was super comfy

Check in was comfortable, we checked in early almost 3 hours before the check in time and they didn’t ask anything. Room was very spacious with comfortable bed. Staff was supportive and helpful

The only downside was that I had requested a late check-out on the last day, but the next morning, the housekeeping manager said there was no record and wouldn't agree

The room was quiet, and the hot water was plentiful and heated up quickly. The gym was a bit small, but the view was nice, allowing me to relax my eyes while running

Breakfast: one of the best in town - a lot of options and large sitting area, plenty of seats choice Amenities: standard, but a good gym and spa! Location: not the closest to the city centre but close to metro, 2 mins walk, with a shopping mall underneath it

This will be my first choice for future travel due to its convenient location

Hotel staff are fantastic, everyone is very pleasant and helpful. Location is also excellent, on the edge of the city center / main tourist area on the Pest side, with metro, buses and tram stations all next to the hotel

The location is super convenient, with a mall right downstairs and a supermarket across the street, making shopping a breeze. The front desk even gave us chocolates, and the service was amazing. Highly recommend!

The stay at Crowne Plaza Budapest was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a large king-size bed and modern design. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and professional

The location is great — just a short walk to the city center and public transport. Although breakfast was not included in my booking, the nearby options made up for it

The biggest convenience was the bus stop right across the street with frequently going bus, that takes u to the central area only for few minutes

Room is spacious, bigger than more hotels would typically provide, bathroom was not an exception! It had bathtub and towels were changed every day! It was clean and the maids were making our room every day too! Perfectly locates, not central but near the city park

Very good hotel) new renovation, so cosy room. And a great advantage here is the swimming pool, hot pool, and sauna, which gives you to fully relax during your stay here

Before coming, I only knew it was a century-old hotel, and it turned out that wasn't just a gimmick. You can see from my photos that it truly has that antique charm, that old-world feel from the last century

Breaky range is just nice just that staffs are short handed to manage the crowd A short walking 🚶 distance to Tesco, H&M etc

The hair dryer is installed too high. It has a bathtub which it is good soak for the tired 🥱 body

What truly stood out was the impeccable cleanliness of the bathroom; it was spotless, with gleaming fixtures and fresh towels, which really speaks volumes about the hotel's high standards and attention to detail

My room was very spacious and comfortable, and I had a beautiful view of the Fisherman’s Bastion, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One small point that could be improved concerns the wellness area

The massage service and the sauna would benefit from a bit more attention. It would be important to always have someone present in the massage center and to extend the sauna opening hours

For example, on Saturday afternoon I asked to book a massage, but I was told that the therapist was not available and would only return on Monday

I had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza Budapest, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what truly made the stay exceptional was the staff

The hotel is very well located, it is right in the center by the Jewish quarter, the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is somewhat basic but very tasty.

The Spa is free and well worth a soak at the end of a busy day walking around. All have the staff have been friendly and helpful

The lavish breakfast had SO MANY options and it was SO GOOD! The rooms were a good size and comfortable. Close to multiple metro stations

The reception was friendly and almost always staffed, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding, constantly being refilled. Everything tasted delicious and nothing was missing

The receptionist the night before said she could print one and give it to us the next morning. But when I checked out the next morning, a different receptionist came, and no matter what I said, she didn't have one

The hotel's convenient location close to public transport (bus, Földalatti, metro) provides quick connections to the city center. We were pleasantly surprised by the very comfortable beds and modern rooms

It's alright, close to Heroes' Square, which is convenient, but there aren't many restaurants nearby. There's a Chinese supermarket across the street. The housekeeping service and breakfast were okay

A big plus: secure parking options in the courtyard or underground garage! We felt very comfortable, received exceptionally friendly service, and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel

The hotel's a 20-minute walk from the train station. The street's kinda quiet, even though the trolleybus runs by. We got a room for disabled people, even though we didn't need it

Amazing hotel!!! Very good breakfast, beautiful building, Chinese full body massage by a professional, very good and clean room. The location is also fantastic, close to the park and the metro station

Friendly staff, all workers are amazing, girls in the kitchen, the guy who is cleaning the room. , young men and girls at the reception helped us with all questions and gave us priceless advice

Also, Alina was very helpful during check-in. Rooms are a bit old style but clean. Some rooms are carpeted, and some have laminated/ceramic tiles. The size of rooms varies, depending on reservation (regular or superior)

This apartment hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms and location are fantastic, directly opposite Heroes' Square and museums

The location is fantastic, right next to Heroes' Square and the starting point of the M1 metro line. The room was clean, and it even had a super large hot water kettle and authentic jasmine tea.

The lobby and spa are stunning. I loved that this hotel was walkable to all the best neighborhoods / nightlife in Pest. It’s also ideal for families given all the amenities and food options nearby

We wanted to try the café but the line was very long so my friend and I decided to sit in the bar. We were lucky to catch the bar opening ceremony and were served a yummy complimentary cocktail

The restaurant features a luxurious Baroque style, with dazzling crystal chandeliers, exquisite murals, and a resplendent gilded dome. Every detail reflects the opulence of the 19th century

We initially planned to have some tea which they graciously served us in the bar (jasmine pearls - so good!) and were also given some honey nuts

It’s a nice perk to be able to skip the lines at NY Cafe for drinks. We stayed 5 nights and wish we booked for longer

The Anantara is exceedingly elegant, but not pompous. Our room was spacious and the king mattress was memory foam and very comfortable. The staff was more than helpful and gracious, tending to every need

It is very close to the exhibition, only 5 minutes' walk away, but it is quite far from the city center, so you need to take a taxi or walk 20 minutes to the subway entrance to take the subway

If you need to attend an exhibition, you can recommend this room, and the total price is not expensive, it is quite cost-effective

The overall hotel room facilities are pretty good and clean, and the service attitude of the service staff is also very good

The room is big and it is a hotel in a complex of pavilions.

There are 3 different sauna, steam room, swimming pool, large hot tub, salt room, multiple sunbeds both indoors and outdoors etc

I stayed at this hotel while passing through and it was a good choice for a short rest. The price was reasonable and there’s a safe open parking area right in front, which you can pay for directly at the hotel

The hotel also has spa and wellness facilities that you can use. The pools and hot water were nice, and breakfast was included. Everything was clean and well maintained, so overall a successful hotel

We used the pool extensively and was especially popular with our son. Our room was clean and so far everything in order, only the walls should get a new color, as some signs of wear were visible

Really good value for the price we booked. (Probably last minute offer, really cheap...) A little bit old school but the services (spa, pool, gym, superb breakfast) makes you forget this.

We had an early flight from Budapest, it was Easter and we wanted to enjoy some spa as well, the hotel was a little bit further but worth the money. we had to pay for the parking tho

The rooms are huge! We arrived late, and our booked twin room wasn't available, but the staff were amazing and upgraded our room for us – a big thank you to them! We booked breakfast at the New York Café at the front desk; it was 30 Euros per person

Top notch hotel in Budapest! Quiet and comfy room (twin beds could be a bit wider, though), nicely decorated, great shower, outstanding breakfast with the option of freshly squeezed orange juice (do it yourself) and great location (walking distance to many sights)

I arrived late about 1am and the dark haired chap on night shift at reception gave me a warm welcome the hotel itself is beautiful staff very relaxed and friendly good house keeping

We arrived early in the morning, the staff was kind enough to let us check in early with a surcharge of 15€. I thought it was the best decision after a 7 hours bus ride!😆

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and have never been disappointed. Great location with plenty of food options, coffee shops & supermarket nearby. Nice to have a room with coffee/tea making facilities and fridge

Not far from the center. Great location and fine breakfast. Not glamorous but all ones needs are met! Restaurant Main Stream Kitchen (next door) has a great menu and food was delightful!

Penny’s (Local store) just around the corner, tram on the next street and approximately 20 min walk or so to arrive at parliament building. You can’t really ask more from the rooms, comfy bed and decent shower

Willing to let me check in at 9:00am because the room is available, which I really appreciate. Many hotels don’t let that even though they are not full. The room itself is a bit old, but it is very clean

A fridge is included in the room but there is no complimentary bottles of water so you will need to buy your own. Breakfast was not included in the price and, if required, will cost 15€ per day

I recently stayed at this hotel and truly an outstanding experience from start to finish, The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful We stayed there during my husband birthday and when we returned to our room ,we found a beautifully chilled bottle of champagne waiting for us!!! along with a personalized birthday card from the General Manager

Just returned from 4 day trip to Budapest Xmas markets. Hotel location is excellent for this as just a few paces away from the main section of the Danube as well as the Xmas markets. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean

Only negative is there is not an area in the hotel where we were able to meet up to have a drink with friends we travelled with , so always had to go out and find a separate bar/ coffee shop to do this

The wine and cheese from 4-6pm is a lovely touch and the singer needs to sing London Grammar as she would be amazing (she is anyway) but a great stay, love how the lights in the centre of the hotel are the signature of the hotel, and the door handles at the entrance hasn't gone unnoticed, the decor is just lovely! Fab, fab, fab x

The location of the hotel is perfect: next to the shopping district and the famous St Stephen church. The staffs were really friendly and welcoming, and never was there once a bad service

The hotel has a fantastic bar on the top of the hotel, High Note which has a wonderful ambience. The only downer for me was the lack of kettle in the room and the compact gym with minimal equipments

First of all, the location is very perfect. It is very convenient to take a taxi and the subway. There are many good restaurants nearby, so you can enjoy a variety of foods

I stayed in a deluxe king room on the 6th floor. It had a balcony, and overall the experience was very good. Breakfast was served hot, so it had to be cooked to order; other meals were buffet style
