Hotel is clean and served reasonable breakfast. staff are very accommodating, informative n help us in locating other tourist spots and central market for souvenir and local food

Ms Laura even went extra mile in reaching out to us for the taxi booked going to the airport

This hotel in downtown Budapest offers good value for the price, and the option to park your car for an extra fee is convenient. On the downside, the rooms are not well soundproofed.Poor breakfast

There was a variety of food but didn't like having to get dressed and fetch the food while there was people at reception. Walls are thin you could hear next door snoozing

Cheap and cheerful wouldn't say it was 3 stars needed looking at but overall ok a bed to lay your head. Close to everything we needed and bolt was cheap enough

I can say it was value for money. Bed is comfy, clean bedding that were smelling nice. But also thing i thought it super weird is that each time you exit hotel you need to give them the key of your room

I could not recommend this hotel enough! The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and our room was perfect for what we needed. The hotel is in a great location - all the main attractions are within walking distance

While the entrance was a little challenging to find, we loved the rustic old building with it’s gates and rickety lift. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a view across to the museum and gardens

My room was clean, had high ceilings, and a great view of the National Museum, which I loved waking up to. The staff were all very friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with recommendations

Special shoutout to Vani — she was so pleasant and easy to talk to, really a great example of what hotel staff should be. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting

It was also very convenient to get to and from the airport as there is a direct bus 2 mins away. The price for the hotel was great value for money and we were even able to check-in early

We got a spacious, clean room with daily clean towels and a private bathroom. We have felt welcome: we were allowed to sit anywhere in the garden or on the terrace

Really nice building with antique furniture! The location is absolutely quiet and still well connected. She helped me with info about everything in town and made very sure that I wasn't lacking anything

We booked last minute at panzio because of problems with the booking at another apartment. The owner has received us warmly and is very thoughtful

They basically change bed sheets every three days for long stay guest, so it is also up to you to decide how clean the room is. And as for such a price, I wouldn't expect any room bigger (mine was around 16 sq

You can’t use the air conditioning because they will not give you the controller. Pillow and blanket are very low quality, bed is fairly old. The reminder in the room says cleaning and towel change only in every 3 days

I clearly stayed more and cleaning / fresh towel never happened. You get eggs some salami well and bread. Don’t expect anything fresh and healthy. Coffee is close to non drinkable you should rather choose filter tea

The location is also very convenient, with public transportation stations nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again

It is a suite with all appliances, the bed is very comfortable, the water pressure is strong in the shower, the location is near public transportation system, there is a shopping plaza and a supermarket nearby

The unit is big, equipped with a kitchen. Around the same zone has a lot of restaurants serving different cuisine. Highly recommend

New Year stay Perfectly livable apartment. Just missed a few modest amenities - lamps (main lights very bright), tea-towel in kitchen, a few condiments - salt, pepper, cooking oil.

The personnel at the front desk were consistently helpful, and able to converse easily in English. They were friendly and polite. Very nice and extremely clean, with large nice decorated rooms

There's a small supermarket across the street downstairs, and the mall is just 100 meters to the left after you exit. There are plenty of places to eat, including Chinese restaurants

The German chain supermarket next door is also quite good

Internet is soo bad. It was terrible to use internet which is doesn’t actually works stable. Not clean bed sheets. I found a lit of hairs. Location is good! People in check in desk are friendly.

The garden was lovely, each staff person I encountered was the was kind and welcoming. I was able to use the laundry room for free. There was an indoor pool that looked nice, but I didn’t use it

The neighbourhood was quiet and there were convenience stores, restaurants and coffee shops a short walk away. It’s also just five minute walk to a subway/tram/or bus stations

I chose the room with a little kitchenette, but a daily buffet breakfast was also available. There’s also an Aldi’s ( supermarket) next door, which was a nice surprise

Judging from the photos, I thought it was a very old hotel, but upon arrival, I found that the kitchen and rooms had actually been renovated

On arrival we were wowed from the off when the hotel unexpectedly upgraded us to the Present Suite (which has its own sauna and hot tub!)…what a fantastic gesture! The hotel also has a communal spa area on the roof with hot tub, sauna and sun beds, all free to use!! Staff were very friendly

I don't know if the size shown on the website is wrong or if it's just my feeling, but the room felt bigger (based on a double bed room) The breakfast area is a bit crowded, but I think it's because they couldn't use the outside terrace space due to the weather

A lovely modern hotel within easy walking distance of the City Centre and a number of local attractions. The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious and nice and warm in comparison to the sub zero temperatures outside

We also got a room upgrade, the sauna at the spa was just what I needed after the cold winter of Budapest and the breakfast buffet was very good (coffee - not the best tho)

We booked Escala for our 3 night break with friends in Budapest & I have nothing but good things to say, the suite was very clean & the bed was really comfortable the bathroom & kitchen had everything you needed, the staff were really friendly & done everything they could to make our stay perfect, breakfast was really good with enough choice, I will be definitely staying here again when we come back...

I was very surprised when I came in the door there is a very very small if you could call it a Lobby I was greeted by a very nice young man who helped me with the check-in process and told me about the hotel

I took the elevator to my room and I was so surprised it was a beautiful sweet not overly big but fridge stove all the things you could use if I come back to Budapest I will definitely stay here

Excellent hotel! The rooms are spacious, complete with a kitchen and two bedrooms. They also have their own parking garage, and the breakfast is quite good

Next day, since the unit with a balcony occupied the day I checked in he offered me to stay there for a very reasonable upgrade price. All apartments were very clean and really made me feel like home

The city was full, all major hotels were selling their last rooms for exorbitant prices and then I found this hotel a bit further out of the city center, but still easily reachable by bus
