Very good rooms and reception people, the breakfast is simply lovely and the room service comes to ask and clean your room twice a day, the location is on a small road and a bit hidden, on the bigger road there is another hotel but that is the wrong one in our situation

Close to the metro station, and walking distance to the central city. The room had facilities if you wish to buy your own food to heat up. The staff were friendly and helpful

The location is incredibly convenient, right next to a subway station, which makes getting around very easy. The breakfast spread was also very good, and there are plenty of convenience stores nearby

As a solo traveler, I spoke no Hungarian and my English was very limited. The front desk staff were incredibly kind, and my room was spacious and clean

It’s good location if you don’t want to be in the huddle and huddle of the city

The only thing I would change is maybe breakfast but that it my personal opinion; it was nice. We had a balcony in our room and we loved to sit and enjoy in the evening. I would recommend this hotel to others

There is a lot of things to choose for breakfast so everybody can find something for themselves. I was thrilled with gluten free products

We stayed for three nights and honestly enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and clean, the breakfast had a nice selection and all was pretty tasty. Our biggest disappointment comes from the lack of hot water in our room

Extremely cozy place! Stayed here just for one night before our flight, the place is clean, quiet, staff is so friendly and nice. Breakfast included and the variety is cool as well. There are options for gluten free diet

The hotel is in very good area. The staff was really kind and helpful, only one morning old breakfast staff was a little unkind. Rooms were clean.

Fantastic location, large rooms, two very small televisions, towels thin from being washed a lot, understaffed breakfast buffet - something always missing and when replaced something else is missing, watery juice, interior worn, impossible to shower without getting water on floor

Will recommend everybody, who goes to Budapest to stay in this hotel. Tamas of reception, is a great person, who helped us in each & every step, when we required any assistance, within hotel premises or beyond that

Excellent location in the city centre and close to the bus stop for the airport shuttle bus (100E) which costs 900 Ft per trip. Reception staff were friendly and the classic suite room is spacious at 431 square feet

Plenty of seating available plus a microwave, kettle, sink and well-stocked fridge. Bathroom includes a bathtub and the toiletries provided were shower gel, shampoo/conditioner and liquid soap

Honest opinion The outdoor seating was cool and the food was okay. disipointing stuff is that the indoor pool is extremly small suitable only for 1 family very disipointing

The breakfasts had lots of choice and we had an excellent evening meal there

outdoor pool extremly cold even in august which is the hottest month. rooms upon arival ware very dirty human hair everywhere notified receptionist and they have corrected it by cleaning

Their garden (more like a park) is full with toys and playgrounds for kids, and looking over a dense forest. And dogs are allowed at the restaurant too. It's just 10 minutes away from the popular green hiking trail

You could hardly be in a more well located hotel! However, we were given a ron on the first floor, with a windows to a busy and noisy street

The carpet was ugly stained even though the cleaning lady tried hard to remove it. The front desk gays were kind and helpful

Wonderful getaway from the city in the city 🥰 We spent 3 days here at Chtistmas. Nice breakfast, cosy wooden chalets with sauna, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Just loved it.

Breakfast was more than ample and fresh with a good variety of savoury meats, eggs, beans, breads and also cereals, and fruits, and some sweet options. Quiet and I had a very peaceful night

We did bring some of our products but the hotel's was decent too. They had a towel rack which made our towels nice and warm and helped dry off our swimming stuff after a nice visit to the Széchenyi Thermal Baths

Great location. Friendly Staff. Towels very thin. We asked for a double duvet for myself and partner, but were given 2 single duvet covers.

The room was larger than I expected, and the high ceiling gave it an open feeling. The service from the reception staff was also excellent.

It was a bit narrow with the placement of the desk and chair at the foot of the bed but we shuffled around to get by. There was a large storage cabinet as well as hangers for our things to help get stuff out of the way

The room has a mini fridge and we got a kettle and tea from the front desk during our stay. The room was quiet and the bed was comfy. The room ran a bit hot but the large window helped bring in some cool and fresh air

We were also steps away from the large Central Market Hall and we were on the popular Vaci Street so there were plenty of souvenirs, restaurants, bars, cafes and other conveniences close by

It's a neat and nice place to come for mostly package holidays, but it's hard to walk around because the surroundings are too dark and squashed. Luckily, it was good to sell wine in the restaurant.

The big downside is check-out at 10:00 AM. Parking is free (even though the app says it's paid), and it's closed, which is a big plus. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

However, we were not informed of this and had to look for a restaurant quite late, which is not obvious when you know that the hotel is quite remote. So there is still some work to be done to give the 4 stars some shine

Had a lovely 3 night stay in Budapest. The Hotel was perfectly located for all my exploring. The breakfast supplied was sufficient and a great view from their restaurant. My only criticism was the bathroom sink

Nice hotel in a great location. Breakfast is tasty but limited to one coffee (just one!), one juice and a dish of your choice. Served in the rooftop SOLID restaurant, with an amazing view

We spent two nights at Queen’s Court Hotel and were genuinely impressed from the moment we arrived. We booked the King-size Suite, and it exceeded our expectations in every way

Even though the gym isn’t large, it has everything you need for a short workout, and the view makes it feel more open. The spa area is definitely the highlight of the hotel

But what really impressed me happened after I checked out. I had accidentally left behind a bag with my training supplements — they’re expensive, but more importantly, they’re something I use every day

My experience at Castle Garden Hotel in Budapest was great overall — the rooms were clean, the location is quiet yet central, and everything felt comfortable and welcoming

There are lots of walking groups nearby which can be annoying but tge hotel was very quiet. The hotel room and bathroom were spacious and clean. I found the reception staff unfriendly and not very helpful

A small, quiet hotel in a beautiful location near the castle. It is a 5 minute walk to a bus stop with a very regular service. Public transport is very good and easy to navigate your way around

Friendly staff, all workers are amazing, girls in the kitchen, the guy who is cleaning the room. , young men and girls at the reception helped us with all questions and gave us priceless advice

Also, Alina was very helpful during check-in. Rooms are a bit old style but clean. Some rooms are carpeted, and some have laminated/ceramic tiles. The size of rooms varies, depending on reservation (regular or superior)

This apartment hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms and location are fantastic, directly opposite Heroes' Square and museums

The location is fantastic, right next to Heroes' Square and the starting point of the M1 metro line. The room was clean, and it even had a super large hot water kettle and authentic jasmine tea.

The room wasn't big but clean and bright. When I borrowed a kettle from the hotel to boil water, it tripped the circuit, causing the power outlets in the room and the hairdryer in the bathroom to stop working

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Kelenhold Station. Downstairs, there's a McDonald's, Starbucks, a pharmacy, and a small supermarket. The breakfast was good, simple yet tasty

I stayed recently at Hotel Charles for 9 days and it was very good 👍🏼 The staff are friendly, the rooms a clean, my room even had a bathtub, the breakfast was fine and I really dont understand why its only a 3 star hotel it should be 4 🙂🙂

My parents-in-law always stay here when visiting. It's obviously not a five star hotel but the price is rights, the rooms are clean and the staff does their best

We especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture for New Year's Eve: a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine in our room. Additionally, we were provided with tea bags every day, which was a lovely touch

The restaurant is pretty good as well, and the location is great if you want to be close to Gellért hill, the castle district, and just a few bus stops from the city center

It was a bit out from the town but excellent public transport to get you around. Decor a bit outdated but the room was perfect. Room was warm, bathroom like a sauna. Street facing, traffic was not too noisy

Short stay vacation - Budapest I personally enjoyed the heritage of the building and the antiquity. My room 15 was well pointed, large and 2 windows. The breakfast was sufficient to get your day started

Bus stop was 2 mins away but we always did the 20 min walk to the chain bridge and fully explored the Buda side both day and night as it was all conveniently on our way
