A lovely and nice hotel - as per usual Crowne standard Cleanliness: spotless Room: modern and spacious, love the design! Breakfast: one of the best in town - a lot of options and large sitting area, plenty of seats choice Amenities: standard, but a good gym and spa! Location: not the closest to the city centre but close to metro, 2 mins walk, with a shopping mall underneath it

This will be my first choice for future travel due to its convenient location

Hotel staff are fantastic, everyone is very pleasant and helpful. Location is also excellent, on the edge of the city center / main tourist area on the Pest side, with metro, buses and tram stations all next to the hotel

The location is super convenient, with a mall right downstairs and a supermarket across the street, making shopping a breeze. The front desk even gave us chocolates, and the service was amazing. Highly recommend!

The stay at Crowne Plaza Budapest was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a large king-size bed and modern design. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and professional

My advice would be to book a room with breakfast included when you make your reservation, as paying on the spot can be a bit pricier. The hotel service was excellent

The room is good! Good location! Good staff! The check-in day was my husband birthday and they send us a cake in the room.

Management only gave me a business card asking me to write to the manager. The rooms are cleaned poorly, there were long black hairs on the carpet the entire 3 days of my stay at the hotel, even though I'm blonde)

It is a very nice hotel near to the opera house. Walking distance to famous landmarks. The room is not very spacious, but they have everything needed for the stay. And also, love the christmas decorations.

We had breakfast included on the morning of our departure, and since we couldn't actually sit down to eat, they prepared a very nice picnic for us, which was a great surprise. Excellent breakfast and super clean rooms!

You can take the 100E bus from the airport directly to the hotel, but for the return trip to the airport, you'll need to go one stop forward or backward to catch the 100E

The hotel breakfast offers a good variety and is delicious. It's definitely worth recommending a stay here

The room was very spacious, featuring a sloped roof and even views of sculptures outside. The facilities in the room were comprehensive. The coffee was excellent, and the breakfast was lavish, even including wine

This hotel has a gym, and I was the only one there when I went early in the morning. The Danube River is right outside the door, so you get amazing views, and you can take a walk along the river after dinner

The breakfast was good, there was a day that the food was poor (cold and very dry) but this was only on one day and the days after was great! Had a very good selection to choose feom the the breakfast room was lovely! Will absolutely be booking again when I return to Budapest

We returned after a 13-year hiatus, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. Even on hot summer days, the island stays cool, and from the hotel windows, you can see lush greenery instead of hot, stone buildings

Buses run frequently during the day (every 10 minutes), and less so after 8 PM (approximately every 20 minutes), making it easy to reach any destination with a single transfer. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel

The hair dryer is installed too high. It has a bathtub which it is good soak for the tired 🥱 body

Cleaners only took the trash out and didn't clean anything else. They didn't give us toilet paper (we were alredy out of it) and we hade to ask more from the front desk. Wall paper was ripped and toilet was little dirty

There were no towels in the room when we came, and on third day of visit when we asked for the clean towels, they told us that they dont have any more towels and we didn't get one. Hair dryer of the room didn't work

We had a fabulous 4 night stay at Matild Palace! Nikoletta in Guest Services was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed (thank you again for the upgrade Nikoletta!!). All the staff were so very nice

It is very close to the exhibition, only 5 minutes' walk away, but it is quite far from the city center, so you need to take a taxi or walk 20 minutes to the subway entrance to take the subway

If you need to attend an exhibition, you can recommend this room, and the total price is not expensive, it is quite cost-effective

The overall hotel room facilities are pretty good and clean, and the service attitude of the service staff is also very good

I was told that a toothbrush could be purchased at the reception for €3, which I found unreasonable. Additionally, the room cleanliness was not up to the standard expected of a four-star hotel

So I wanted to stay in the castle and finally decided on Hyatt's Choice, which is as famous as Paris Coffee and New York Coffee. (I will write another article about this later. First of all, the lobby is really gorgeous

Before I went there, I asked a few friends. They all recommended the Hilton in Fisherman's Bastion. But after doing some research, I felt that the facilities were old and it seemed that I could only take photos

We were in Budapest for the Formula 1 weekend at the Hungaroring and also booked a week to spend a few more days in Budapest. The service and the hospitable treatment left nothing to be desired

This hotel is close to restaurants and other attractions. We stayed in the Sissi Suite. One of the very best rooms we have ever stayed in. The photos don’t convey the attention to detail. Amazing location for breakfast.

Overall, a good hotel with a great location. However… I inquired at reception about vegan options at the breakfast buffet. The receptionist wasn't sure, so she asked the bar staff

Room was perfectly clean and well furnished. Our room had a balcony which had 2 sets of doors which kept any noise or cold out at all. House keeping is excellent and the staff very happy to help

The rooms are exactly as you see in pictures. A little darker than other hotels but it sets the scene and is easy forgotton about. 24 hour reception/concierge is helpful

For example in the bathroom, they have a very nice rain shower but the design was in a way that whole bathroom floor was like a puddle after a shower
