Fabhotel Amour in Mumbai

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The behavior of the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The hospitality was poor, and the overall service quality was far below expectations.
What was promised did not match what was actually delivered. There was a clear gap between their words and actions, which made the experience frustrating. Customer service was careless, and basic courtesy was missing.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects respectful treatment and decent service. Very unsatisfied.

This business is a scam. They are listed everywhere online and accept booking by accepting payment. And then deny rooms when when we showed up here. The front desk person argued saying an AI spoke to us while clearly when we called the number again, his phone rang. Absolutely horrible place. Never book this place.

Booked a room on Airbnb, staff at reception are saying there is no room available and they will move us to some other dingy property nearby. Horrible customer service, rude staff who have taken bookings and keep telling us to "take it up online Jahaan pe pay kiya hai". Proper scam being run here. Saw someone going through a similar issue who had a booking from goibibo. Place should be delisted from all online platforms immediately as they are affecting the reputation of trusted platforms like Airbnb and goibibo. Horrible experience wasting our valuable time.

I honestly stay in hotels and hostels more than I stay in my own home, and this was definitely one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. The price they charge is completely unjustified for what they offer.

I had pre booked the room and arrived very early after a long overnight flight. Since the check in time was 12 PM and I reached at around 6 AM, I called the hotel several times to confirm if early check in was possible. The staff kept saying “come and we will see”, which was confusing, and even when I asked him to confirm clearly, he kept repeating the same thing.

When I reached the hotel, the person opened the door and immediately said early check in was not available. After traveling the whole night, that response was extremely frustrating. Only after discussing for a while, they allowed me to check in for an extra 500 rupees. And even then, the room was nowhere near the quality you would expect for that kind of extra charge.

The room was stinky, full of mosquitoes, dusty, and felt completely unclean. The bathroom smelled terrible and the cleanliness was extremely poor. The pillow covers and bed sheets had stains and looked like they had not been changed properly.

The staff behavior was also very unprofessional. I had shared my ID on WhatsApp because they asked for it earlier, but even after I checked in and fell asleep, they banged on my door after about two hours saying the ID was not received and asked me to send it again. On top of that, when I asked about the WiFi or their contact number, they took my phone from my hand without asking for permission and started checking things on it. I was shocked and immediately took it back. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Overall, this was a terrible experience and I only stayed because I was exhausted and had no other option at that time. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
