I visited Mumbai for business and met some friends during my stay. I stayed at Lucky Hotel for 3 nights.

Services & Positives:
1. Very convenient for those driving to Mumbai or the Goregaon side, as the hotel has its own safe car parking.
2. Located around 14 km from the airport, which is quite convenient.
3. The hotel has its own restaurant and a café, which is helpful.
4. Most of the hotel staff are cooperative and understanding.
5. The room and washroom were clean and decent.

Needs Improvement:
1. There were cockroaches 🪳 in the rooms and around the property, which needs serious attention.
2. The wardrobe needs repair/fixing.
3. The front desk staff should be more polite and welcoming.
4. The restaurant cleanliness needs improvement.

Overall:
It was a good stay overall 👍, but with some improvements, the experience can be much better.

Breakfast veg options very less and paratha quality was not to the mark. The hotel is under renovation so windows were open throughout and hence outside noise was coming .
Hotel Location is very good and in dinner biryani was excellent.

The place was okay for the budget. They have very nice food with friendly staff willing to assist with my needs. They need to improve on the Internet connectivity as I was unable to access the WiFi the whole 3 days I stayed there

Hotel rooms are clean only bed linen was not changed which they changed after my complaint.
Bathroom is clean, rooms amenities are good, hot water kettle to be added.. Car parking is gud.

The staff at hotel are very rude.very commercial.they asked me to change to executive from deluxe.i had booked for 2 days but extended for one more so they closed availability & Asked me for offline booking.wash rooms are not modern.Geysers are very small.ACs are window instead to Split.Food is expensive .They are selling rooms like stock market.There is no competitor near by that's y they had Attitude.

It’s an old hotel, limited serve of breakfast. Rooms are old and beds and bathrooms are not so comfortable

Super shady place;staff was disrespectful, rude and at one point i felt unsafe. At one point they refused to return my stuff saying as i lost the luggage token. Luckily I had the photo of token on my phone.
