Taj Mahal Tower, Mumbai in Mumbai

Yet again another amazing stay at the Taj Hotel. Been multiple times now and I wouldn't stay anywhere else having stayed at the Taj. Amazing service, 10/10 Service from staff and a prime a location.

All was excellent No words to explain. The food was nice. Yes but being in Maharashtra no main Marathi channels like Zee and Star Pravah.

It was a wonderful stay overall. The rooms are on the smaller side, but the service is excellent and the location is great. I was surprised that, on two separate occasions, different employees approached me to confirm whether I was an in-house guest. I’m not sure if this is standard practice for all guests, but it did catch me off guard, and made me feel uncomfortable especially given that this is a well-known international establishment. That aside, I would definitely recommend the Taj. Beautiful Christmas decorations!

A fabulous hotel with impeccable service. Staff are lovely and the hotel is stunning. Rooms are comfortable and luxurious. Breakfast is varied and delicious. You can order fresh masala dosa as well as eggs.

The pool area is beautiful and I had a lovely morning swim. The water temperature was perfect.

I only stayed for 1 night as this was a last-minute booking due to a cancelled flight; I'll definitely be returning to this hotel.

We stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace for 5 days and 4 nights as a couple, and our experience was truly unforgettable. We were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade from the Tower to the Palace wing, which made our stay even more special. The welcoming ceremony set a beautiful tone, and the complimentary drinks and chocolates sent to our room were a thoughtful touch—especially the hot chocolate, which was honestly the best we’ve ever tasted.

The breakfast buffet had a good spread, and everything we tried was delicious. The à la carte portions were perfect as well. A special mention to Kiran, our waiter, who was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

Our room was always spotless thanks to Sachin, our housekeeper. His attention to detail truly impressed us—flower-petal art on the floor, towels neatly placed under our shoes, and beautifully arranged toiletries. These thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely cared for.

We also want to highlight Sapna from the front desk, who went above and beyond to arrange breakfast to be sent to our room on our last day since we had an early morning flight. Her efficiency and kindness made our departure smooth and stress-free.

K. Singh, the bell boy, was always welcoming with a pleasant smile and ensured we felt comfortable each time we entered or left the hotel.

The gym was well-equipped and enjoyable to use, rounding off a perfect stay.

Overall, our time at the Taj Mahal Palace was exceptional from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will definitely return soon.

I truely feel that here at The Taj, it is customer care not just routine customer service, everyone is so nice, friendly and kind. 
My stay here has been more than just the hotel building itself, the people here made it extra special and a place I can’t wait to come back too 10 out of 10, would rate it even higher if I could 👍

Amazing heritage hotel with excellent services and location. Went for the hotel tour and obtained the great historic background which made my stay even more memorable.

From the panchal family, a big thanks to Perenia / Rashi / Mayank @ front desk, the wonderfully friendly night staff girl at the harbour bar and the super friendly & knowledgeable waiter from nagaland in the Indian restaurant. They made our stay effortless, memorable, and they showed they really do care. My mum had visited 50 years ago - I had no idea. No body said no, they just did their best to delight. Staff even come outside to say good bye. My parents loved being there, they still talk about it.

The food is nice, the staff are helpful. The Taj Mahal Tower obviously shares the same location with the renowned Taj Mahal Mumbai Palace.
