Always a good stay at lemon tree

After 3 weeks in India, this was one of the standout properties. The service was amazing, the restaurant had great food, and the property was in a good location. I really would like to commend the staff at this property because it truly was a luxury stay.

All the staff are very helpful. Virender from the front office grant us a late check out without extra fees. All the staff from the housekeeping are very polite and keen in what they are doing. I can’t say enough about this hotel. I really enjoyed it. It reminds me a little bit of the exotic Marigold hotel. It’s clean and it’s classy. It’s got a certain sense about it. They take care of you. It is right downtown and it’s a lot of a lot. But it’s easy Uber rides to get around if you want to see all the sites in Jaipur. Great internet. Friendly staff. Hot water. This is hotel is like an old vintage building. Everything is well decorated. Not sure is it because too old, the electric fuse dropped several time when we use hair dryer. It will be good to provide bottled water for the international traveller as we may have sensitive stomach in India. The restaurant serve excellent food! We enjoyed our dinner and breakfast soooo much!

I took the hotel’s car with driver package for sightseeing and had the privilege to travel with Mr Satpal who drove us around Jaipur and took good care of us. The Arya Niwas is an old hotel and needs some tlc; it would benefit from some paint and thorough cleaning. Everything seems tacky. However, the staff were good, especially the waiters and the parking-guard. Also the evening of traditional Rajastani music and dancing was very enjoyable

This hotel says this is 5-stars but it is similar to 4-stars level quality. The interiors and the exterior of the hotel are great. The hotel staff was so kind to talk. The cleaners and restaurant staff were not great because they could not arrange filling soups and making waffles after I asked twice each.

Overall, I'd describe my stay as excellent. The hotel was impressively neat, clean, and well-maintained, and the hospitality was notably good. While the food was acceptable, I believe the quality could be improved, particularly regarding taste. Despite this minor drawback, I can confidently say you won't be disappointed. For a brand name like Ramada I was expecting a classier hotel, but I was disappointed. It's an average hotel with smallish rooms and average service. The hotel needs an upgrade as it has started to look jaded.

Hotel is outside the city but it was convenient for us to attend wedding function.

This location is super impractical for tourists. Amer fort is close by but no taxi will take you there to take advantage of the proximity. Hotel is bang average. Room has stains. Breakfast is acceptable but boring. Room service is below average.
