Booked via tours and travels... But they are really very nice and cooperative. Food is tasty too. Rooms are clean and good. Parking is limited. Only problem we faced was of wifi, wifi was fast and strong enough but our room was too far from the router, so we never got the wifi signal but it was the least concern for us.

Location was fine, and it is right at the heart of old city, very close to Hawa Mahal. The room was ok, the only setback was the hot shower wasn’t working.

Very basic hotel. Had to ask to get room serviced. Bathroon stunk and roof covered in mould and needed repair. Staff friendly enough. Breakfast nice but basic.

The bathroom facilities were very poor; the showerhead was unusable, so only a tub bath was possible. The accommodation was not great, but the location was good. The breakfast selection was extremely limited, and many items had to be asked for separately. The room rate was not cheap for the area.

We had a wonderful stay at the Virasat Mahal Heritage Hotel. Being Summer time the weather was quite hot and they helped tune the AC to such a comfortable temperature that it made our stay in the room very comfortable. They also gave us extra water because we were getting dehydrated due to the hot weather. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would recommend it to others also

Service was very slow... I complained about it to manager... But they were not able to serve better. After that the coktail and moktails were not good. I would say completely waste of money. For payment they won't come to your table, instead you have to go to counter and pay it. Every process there takes a hell of time. Overall a negative experience. Will never prefer to go there again.

We really enjoyed the hotel it is a boutique hotel with limited rooms, all of which are very smart, big and pretty. Food was excellent and the manager was extremely helpful and friendly....so were all staff. We even got a lift on the Hotel car (an old Morris) which was a real treat.

Hotel is in front of the Railway station just across the road and few meters away from the metro station as well. The metro reaches Hawa Mahal (The best & divine tourist place of Jaipur). Raya inn is one of my favorites when travel-ling late night or have to catch an early morning train. Staff behavior is appreciable and food is next to home. Raya inn is home away from home.

My stay at Hotel Souvenir Peppermint was quite good. The food they offered was tasty and healthy and they also maintained proper hygiene. The location was also good and it was near to the Jaipur Station.

It was good still there room for improvement like staff is really nice and helpful. But toilets and washroom still needs some extra cleaning i had to buy toilet paper from blink it. I asked the receptionist twice to send some toilet papers but didn’t get any.

The hotel rooms are pretty good and the food tastes nice. One suggestion to all tourists - Please first visit at fort and end with a handcrafted market (blankets, saree, leather market). You have the best gift and traditional craft near the entry gate of the fort. Handcraft market, is a little bit costly as compared to the open market.
