Our first experience in India. The service from all the staff was excellent; they were all very friendly and attentive. This is a business hotel so it functions for business conferences etc. It can get quite crowded. The rooms are quite big but the decor is very dated. The Hotel foyer appeared to be main hub which lead to many different buildings attached behind. Our particular room was in the basement of what seemed like an adjacent building near their laundry. The room was acceptably clean, but yet again the bathroom was undesirable where we had to shower standing in a bath with all the water backing up to our ankles. Ewwww.

Decent hotel with reasonable charges. Services are basic. Offers rooms with decent rates, so that you do not have to bargain hard with the receptionists. I only faced two small problems, when the lady owner brought her own car and I had to shift mine to accommodate hers along in the roadside. Secondly the sound of the bar is felt feebly even inside the rooms, though it stopped after eleven.

We stayed at Imperial when we visited Jaipur for a shoot. A crew of six, we had three rooms to ourselves. The stay was neat and clean. Hot water in the mornings from 6-11 am. Food was decent, tea was good, service was apt. Would definitely stay again.

Location is good, receptionist and staffs are humble, room are big but bed linen and pillow cover had lots of hairs seems like they didn’t change them. Bathroom floor was not much clean, had mud stains and hairs particles. There is an in-house pub in the hotel which plays very loud music from evening to midnight and people keeps shouting even after the music stops after 12am.
