Food was okk. I didn’t like non veg and live counter made uttapam was not well cooked. You should add fruits and juices in dinner as well and keep varieties in deserts also. It may be an old fort converted to a hotel. The building has an interesting architecture and some beautiful decorations. Some parts of the building is abandoned or under construction. We were worried by some of the negative reviews. Sure, it is a bit faded around the edges, but it is full of charm and character. All the rooms are beautifully furnished and decorated. My husband and I stayed for two nights at the Dera Rawatsar during the Holi Festival. The outside courtyard area is lovely, covered in trees and flowering plants. We were able to eat outside each day. Staff was always helpful and accommodating. Our room was enormous! Two floors, with a seating/TV area downstairs and the sleeping area upstairs. The cleanest hotel you'll find in India! My husband and I have stayed in various hotels, but this one is the epitome of cleanliness compared to others! The room had three windows (hotels often don't have windows). It was NOT humid at all (which can't be said about our previous hotels). Very pleasant and friendly service. A normal hotel. A little tired place, but they're trying, fresh renovated rooms start from the third floor, the staff is responsive, safe, cool roof, great view! The prices are more than attractive.

Good overall, staff behaviour is ok

Cleanliness-cleanliness was ok Location - 3 to 4 km from jantar mantar and Hawa Mahal. Parking- Not enough for more than 3 to 4 cars Rooms - Room was average, Mattress was not comfortable and room was smelly. Staff behaviour - Staff behaviour was good and polite.

Neat rooms (we stayed in 2 different rooms on 2 days, with a break when we went to Ranthambore); excellent customer service by the front desk staff; food was good. Friendly staff & willingness to help. Located in the new part of Jaipur.
