I recently stayed at Hotel De Sovrani and had a great experience, especially thanks to the housekeeping service provided by Mr. Paltu. Late one night, around 11:50 PM, I requested a change of bedsheets. Despite the late hour, Mr. Paltu arrived swiftly and with a warm, professional attitude. He handled everything quickly and efficiently, ensuring I was comfortable and satisfied before leaving. In a world where good service can be hard to come by, Mr. Paltu’s dedication and promptness truly stood out. It’s rare to see such responsiveness and professionalism, especially so late at night. Kudos to Hotel De Sovrani for having such committed staff. A big thank you to Mr. Paltu – you made my stay even better!
