Hotel Victerrace International in Kolkata

This hotel is in a very congested place of south Kolkata near a always crowded medical College where rural people come for free treatment. The hotel is surrounded by medicine stores all around. Within 50 meters you can have masjid, gurgldwara and temple. One can easily imagine how much noise cancellation be heard through out the entire day starting from the first azan.

Rooms are small. Food potion is below than expected.

Next come to the price issue. They rooms are highly priced compared to the amenities. Behaviour of staffs is not up to the mark. If you try to complain to the manager or even to the owner, you will get the similar response as their juniors did to you. The owner's behaviour is very rude and impolite. This kind of behaviour does not fit to any kind of hospitality business.

If you have car to park a big no as they do not have any parking place.. not even for their milleniour owner. Their all cars are parked on the pavement which create public disturbances as a consequence you can not be peaceful inside keeping your car outside as any local person can create damage to your car as a grievance.

The Hotel reception staffs behavior is very Rude, we are stayed in 4 days. When I goes to checkout our rooms, the reception staff who's name was Atish And Rohit misbehave with my Wife. Please guys it's not for family responsibility hotel.. please don't stay here with your family.

Very poor service , washrooms are very unclean , they offer guests unhygenic , staff washrooms , not safe for ladies highly disappointed, humanity lost 😞

The experience is very poor. The guy at reception Mr. Dipom is very rude and arrogant. Washroom noobs are broken. When we called reception from our room regarding the broken noobs in washroom he ( Mr. Dipom) rudely said "THIS IS THE ONLY ROOM WE PROVIDE " Very bad hospitality .

Utterly disappointed with the room. Behaviour of the night manager was very rude. Curtains had fungus. Furniture doors were falling off the hinges. Tap was not working. Only the food was good. Day manager was very good.
