The hotel was quiet a bit inside from the main road but close to the Park Circus station. Room was not that spacious but good to go for a one night stay. Not all the amenities were good in shape. They should give more time in maintainance.

Room is ok, but the blankets should be cleaned properly, food is also not that good, while ordering food I asked about the food , but while delivering it was different and not up to mark, so I returned it and they said we didn't cook food here we order it from other places as per order. So my point is that it was not my problem right , you order food or cook food, when I ask you regarding your food you should explain it properly and deliver as per explanation, I had to pay money without any food as I returned the food.

I have stayed in this hotel 4 times and I liked everything, I had only one problem in my 4 visits and that was the blanket, their blanket is so useless that I can't tell, that too without a cover. I told them at least 3 times to change the blanket but they have not changed it for 3 years. They give very dirty and poor quality blankets, so please visit here. Bring your own blanket

The rooms are extremely small, so much so that if you open a Cabin size trolley. You won't be able to move. The vibe it gives is horrible and feels Unsafe as you'll smell beedi and cigarette also.Receptionist is rude, rooms are smelly because the neighborhood is a butcher area. Bedsheet and Blankets are dirty with stains on it. Thankfully I didn't have to stay overnight so I managed. Staff isn't Professional, I had to wait outside as the room wasn't ready during check in. Would never recommend to stay here.

Pretty bad experience.. Never book this hotel... Booked through make my trip app before 15 days.. But didn't got the room upon arrival.. My family was with me... Suffered a lot finally the booking was cancelled.

The location was not the best, on a very busy road. The receptionist Vikki was very helpful. He helped us to find a cab early morning, or else we might have missed the Vande Bharat.
