We're the only guests at the villa, so it's like a private villa, since there are about 12 rooms. They serve and cook just for the family. Excellent.

The villa is quite rustic, giving it a secluded, idyllic feel. However, there are a lot of mosquitoes in Bali, so there's nothing you can do about it. The owner lights mosquito coils in the common areas every day in advance.

The picture shows the owner's little black cat; it's very cute.

We went as a family with two young kids for four nights and there was nothing that we missed. Staff was friendly and helpful all the time. The shuttle service to Ubud city works smooth and the food at the restaurant was very delicious.
Rooms were clean and tidy. Just be aware that there can be ants and mosquitos which is by nature to the open housing.
All in all we really enjoyed our stay there and would have loved to extend if possible!

Dedicated and helpful service staff, free shuttle service was actually taxi service to nearby locations, and food was good. Centrally located, close to nature and serene. Comfortable beds and decent toilets. Loud wedding ceremony nearby for half a day, but otherwise peaceful and undisturbed.

We had a wonderful stay at De Ubud Villas Spa with our family of 6. The Villas were beautifully decorated and beds with mosquito nets, very clean with our own pool and set in lush gardens. The many staff could not be faulted. And were so attentive without invading privacy. Nothing was too hard for them. The daily shuttle service to the Kings Palace in Ubud was very convenient. We would highly recommend this beautiful place to stay.

Our stay was fantastic. The experience living in the villa where the bottom floor was open to nature with a private pool, and top floor was more private with massage tables right on the balcony. Living with nature was certainly needed some adjustment, but once you realize none of the bugs are aggressive, they all had their place in the ecosystem. The staff were so nice and prompt on every request we had. They helped plan out daily excursions and had an all day driver service as well. Food was great and no one had any issues.

I was concerned going into this trip because I had never been to Southeast Asia before. But this resort made the experience very easy. All of the excursions offered through the hotel were great. The place was very clean and kept that way daily. The food was delicious. The resort centrally located. All around great experience

Rooms (villas) are gigantic, beautifully decorated in typical Balinese style, each one has a private pool, in addition to the hotel main pool. Staff is incredibly nice and flexible. The hotel has a restaurant which serves high quality food, from breakfast to dinner. Location is great, a few minutes from downtown Ubud (with a free of charge shuttle service from the hotel), in a very quiet area. Only sound you may hear are the frogs at sunset, and birds. We highly recommend the place.

Hello friends, I had one night stay at De Ubud Villas and Spa for my 2 nights trip. Staffs are friendly and willing to fulfill my requests most of the time. Food was good as well. Probably 5-7 minutes (motobike) from the center of Ubud. Overall, it was a great experience.

It's very good. I don't know why there are so few people. The bedding is very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and the Chinese service can be delivered to the room. I fell asleep while eating.

We had a dinner booked at 7. The place started to catch up around 8 and even then there was only a few table. Not so busy place, but with way too many options on the menu. (I doubt they can keep all the ingredients fresh at all time) They welcomed us in a very warm friendly way, asked our name once and since then everybody called us by name, very nice extra touch from the staff. If you around it’s worth a visit because of the nice staff and the atmosphere but definitely found better food around Ubud for a much better price. I paid 430.000++ rupiah for 2 sparkling water 2 starter and a sharing plater. Too expensive

Delicious food, very nice staff. The place is peaceful overlooking the hotel swimming pool. A bit expensive though.
