We had a wonderful stay. It was above and beyond. All the members of staff are absolutely helpful and attentive. The breakfast was amazing, too. You will definitely be over the moon if you stay at Kano Sari Ubud.

Our second stay at Kano Sari, this time for our 10th wedding anniversary. It was as perfect as we remember from our previous visit. All the staff were warm & friendly, and Wren was able to organise tours, activities, transfers and a very special anniversary dinner - the perfect combination of things to do and also plenty of time to just relax by the pool. It was over all too quickly but we hope back as soon as we can. Many thanks to our hosts - Wren and the lovely staff.

I had a brief trip to Ubud and was so happy with my experience at Kano Sari Villas. It is in a beautiful spot within walking distance of many of the temples and shopping areas. They also have a car and will take you to other areas that are close by. The hotel grounds are gorgeous and so quiet and peaceful - with the exception of the tokay gecko outside my room (it's a signature sound of Bali and I feel lucky to have had a guardian!) The rooms are beautiful, very clean, and mine had a veranda where I could have dinner or a drink. The breakfast is delicious, and the kitchen is open all day so if you don't want to leave the pool, you can just grab something there. Everyone on staff is very friendly and willing to help with arranging tours, taxis and providing sarongs for temple visits. It was a perfect spot- and the price is so reasonable- I feel very lucky to have found it! It is a small place -I think they only have 8 or 9 rooms- so you really feel pampered and welcomed!

From the minute you arrive the service at the Kano Sari Villas is impeccable. In fact, even before you arrive the service is impeccable. Agung helped me plan our 3 day stay and booked a driver and activities for us. I am so grateful for her knowledge and patience. Our driver, Agung, worked for the hotel and it was like having our very own tour guide, he was engaging and friendly and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. On arrival we were given a very warm welcome, the villa(s) and setting is stunning. It is small, quiet and exclusive. The thoughtful touches like a sari for the pool, a sari for visiting temples, the mosquito repellant (much needed), the turn down service, and the uk travel adaptor all set this villa apart from other larger less personal hotels. There was a choice of breakfasts every day and although not normally served until 730, the team were happy to serve it at 715 to allow for our busy schedule. There was a good choice for vegetarians. . We had dinner in the hotel one night and it that was also superb. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk into the centre of Ubud, which we enjoyed, but there is also a shuttle service provided if you prefer. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly, it was fantastic.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed. It’s a small boutique hotel located in the central area of Bali (Ubud). The staff is super friendly. The room is super spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The laundry and spa service are fantastic I would highly recommend this hotel and I would certainly stay there if I come back to Bali.

Simply fabulous. Was there for a week to celebrate a milestone birthday with friends. Everything was perfect. The room are beautifully decorated and spacious, the pool and gardens are so wonderful and ideal for relaxing, the food (especially the breakfasts!) is excellent. The fantastic staff looked after us so well and made this a really special stay. Too many fabulous things to list them all, but will definitely be back.

The service was excellent and very attentive. They greeted us with smiles and saw us off as we entered and exited. They were quick to help with any problems we had. On our last night, when we were rushing to catch our flight, they informed us that we could use the bathroom after checking out. The breakfast was also delicious.

The hotel is rustic with various tropical plants. The hotel manager and staff are very friendly and can help customize travel plans. It's also very close to Udai Palace (1.5 km away), but might not be suitable for those who prefer modern living. The hotel's wooden lattice windows don't have screens, and the showers are semi-open-air. Although mosquito nets are provided, mosquitoes are still present. Additionally, you'll hear frogs croaking at night, so it's not suitable for those who value quiet. Overall, it's worth experiencing.

I absolutely love this place. It's cozy, quiet, and comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the food they cook is delicious. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a quiet, beautiful place to relax and unwind.
