Komaneka at Bisma in Ubud

Team at Komaneka go above and beyond to ensure every wish and want is fulfilled which just enhances the magical location overlooking jungle and rice paddies.
Every morning I enjoyed the yoga and amazing breakfast. Their spa overlooking jungle river has great therapists and provides ultimate relaxation.
Rooms are huge with beautiful balconies and terraces and thought through till the finest detail.
I dont believe there is anything better than Komaneka which is why I am coming back and will continue to do so.

THE HOTEL IS SURROUNDED BY GREENERY ALTHO ITS JUST OFF A MAIN ROAD. IT IS WELL MAINTAINED.
THE STAFF ARE REALLY HELPFUL, THE SERVICE IS SUPERB!
THE BUFFET BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT AS WAS THE EVENING TEA.
OVERALL THE EXPERIENCE WAS OUTSTANDING. I'LL BE BACK

Located in the good location close to the main area. Well mainrained hotel surrounded by the forest. Staffs are nice and even if we arrived late for the breakfirst time, they were willing to provide us nicely cooked meal!

One thing we were annoyed was there was the leftover snacks someone ate in my room..

We had an excellent stay at Komaneka Bisma, their service was first class, the hotel facilities was well maintained, beautiful garden, delicious food with great options and location was perfect (quiet area yet only 15min walking distance to main Ubud center).

Most beautiful Hotel, the service and attention to detail exemplary, the grounds are absolutely stunning and the staff are amazing, kind and helpful. We would highly recommend.

This hotel was absolutely the best 5-star we have experienced in our worldwide travels. The front desk and restaurant staff remembered us by name and went out of their way to anticipate and accomodate every little detail to make us feel special. Even the expresso drinks had a little greeting on them.

Our family (including a senior) stayed in a 2-bedroom pool villa at Komaneka at Bisma, and it was an absolutely exceptional experience — truly one of Ubud’s hidden gems.

With just 44 suites and villas, this boutique resort offers an atmosphere of exclusivity and tranquility. Having stayed at six different properties in Ubud, I can confidently say this has been the finest. The setting — with panoramic rice field and jungle views — perfectly captures the serene beauty of Ubud. From the seamless pre-arrival arrangements to the warm and attentive service throughout, every detail reflected genuine Balinese hospitality.

1. The infinity pool and breakfast area offer breathtaking views of both jungle and rice terraces.
2. The villa pool begins at 1.3m depth — elegant for adults, though less suited for young children.
3. The villa ambiance is deeply romantic, enhanced by its warm and subtle lighting.
4. Room design is beautiful, though additional power outlets would be a welcome improvement.
5. Breakfast was delightful, with Indonesian specialties standing out as a highlight.
6. Floating breakfast is available as an indulgent add-on.

This resort is a sanctuary of elegance and calm — a place I would gladly return to and highly recommend to those seeking an elevated Ubud experience
