Pleasantly surprised! I'll definitely stay here again next time!!!
Hygiene: They cleaned at 10 AM and 4 PM every day. In the evening, they'd turn on the lights for you, waiting for you to come back, and even light mosquito coils. It created such a great vibe.
Environment: The rainforest scenery was absolutely stunning...
Service: The staff were always on call, patiently helping with everything. The laundry service was excellent! 👌🏻
Too bad I didn't have time for afternoon tea and the spa.

The hotel service was fantastic; they basically met every request, and arranged shuttle bus transfers for all destinations in the city center. The room was great and spacious, but the outlets were poorly placed. There's a free afternoon tea every day. It's also not far from Yoga Barn. Overall, a highly recommended hotel.

We came here after we got married and WOW it was gorgeous! It felt like our room was in a private jungle oasis. It’s quite a trek to get to some of the room so make sure you know that if there are any mobility issues but the location and everything else truly make up for it. The room service was also delicious, and the staff was so friendly!

The room was beautiful and clean, and the service was incredibly warm and welcoming. It definitely exceeded my expectations. The room service was excellent too, with delicious food that was great value for money. The hotel's massage service was also fantastic value, and the pool was great. I even learned to swim there, which was super exciting!

The hotel offers different room types: suites share a small courtyard and pool between two units, junior suites share a small courtyard and pool among four units, while deluxe pool view rooms and deluxe rooms are in the main building. We originally booked a suite, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a villa for free. Our villa had its own private pool, directly facing the rice terraces. During the day, monkeys would visit, and we loved relaxing in the pool daily, watching them play and wrestle – it was incredibly comfortable. The only thing I found a bit hard to get used to were the pillows; they were much higher than what I'm used to in hotels back home.

The hotel service was also excellent. We booked the Ubud Palace performance through the hotel at the same price as outside vendors, and they even provided complimentary pick-up and drop-off. The hotel shuttle runs a loop: hotel - palace - Monkey Forest - hotel, and you can stop at other points along the way. When we wanted to go to a spa in the afternoon, the hotel also provided free transportation.

Given its close-to-nature environment, you'll hear geckos at night, and in the early morning, monkeys might be scampering on the roof. These little creatures are all gentle and don't approach humans.

Not bad at all. The location is great, really close to the Imperial Palace Monkey Park, easily within walking distance. There are tons of good restaurants nearby, and the street right outside is fun to explore. The Eggs Benedict for breakfast were absolutely delicious, and they even offer a complimentary afternoon tea.

The hotel is a quiet oasis in the bustling city center. Apart from the slightly outdated facilities, everything else was great. The hotel restaurant was also quite good.

We stayed in a one-bedroom villa here for our honeymoon 15 years ago, and we're so happy to be back with our son in a two-bedroom this time! The service is still as friendly and familiar as ever. I absolutely love Ubud! It truly feels like home in the Ubud rainforest. Simply fantastic!
