Tanah gajah is the very nice place to experience, it is the best choice for couples and families or any to past the holidays. I decided to celebrate kid birthday here to make her wish come true. Ganah gajah team provided us all best service from check in, luggage service, parking service, and welcome ceremony, there also has tourism car during guests living hotel, SPA, swimming, yoga, gyms, tea break and free car service. This is an excellent hotel. The staff are really nice, and the Japanese cafe inside is also fantastic. Staying here for a few days truly brought a full sense of relaxation and vacation. I was able to participate in various hotel activities, tried the hot air balloon, and also sampled traditional Indonesian dishes – all of which were great. I'd definitely go back if I get the chance! 👍

The room was spotless and cleaned daily. The service was excellent too; upon check-in, they created a concierge group for us, covering everything from driving to food and housekeeping – very comprehensive! Plus, laundry was free. Finally, the environment was completely private and spacious. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

We arrived quite late, but the hotel upgraded us to a pool villa, which was spacious and spotless. The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious! We were very satisfied and will definitely be back! 👍

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for two nights and three days during our honeymoon in Bali, and every moment exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, everything felt truly special.

We stayed in a private pool villa, which made our stay even more memorable. The thoughtful surprises—a chocolate crepe cake and a beautifully prepared flower bath—completely amazed us and made us feel genuinely welcomed and celebrated.
Although the hotel was originally built in 1989, it was impeccably clean and wonderfully maintained. The antique charm blended perfectly with elegance, making every corner of the hotel visually stunning and full of character.

Enjoying afternoon tea, cocktails, and breakfast while surrounded by the serene nature of Ubud was an unforgettable experience. The peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking views created moments we will cherish forever.

The hotel's public areas are beautiful, and the service is excellent. However, the room facilities are a bit old: the lights don't have a master switch, so you have to find each one individually, and one of the sinks in the room only has hot water, no cold. The restaurant isn't great; I'd recommend eating out. The bacon at breakfast was even fishy, which felt a bit half-hearted. They do offer a shuttle service to the city, which is very convenient, taking only about ten minutes. The spa environment is lovely.
